Abstract

Any sports club would expect a good composition of players and in accordance with the standards that have been set. As in the Handball Sports Club. To obtain these players, it is necessary to carry out a selective and comprehensive recruitment. The process of recruiting players is a vital thing because it can determine the success and success of a sports club. This procession is not an easy matter, because it involves many player criteria that must be assessed and accumulating the results of the assessment also needs to be done with an objective method/algorithm. This study aims to design a scoring system for prospective handball players using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and implemented into web-based software. The research process and system implementation use the Waterfal method which was developed according to the needs of the research. The results of this study are web-based software and criteria data and assessment sub-criteria consisting of posture criteria with height sub-criteria with eigenweights of 0.07 and body weight of 0.04, posture criteria with situp sub-criteria with eigenweights of 0.06, pushups 0.10, sprints 0.13, and shuttle run 0.14, and technical criteria with passing sub-criteria with eigenweight 0.16, flying shoot 0.14, and standing throw shoot with eigenweight 0.15. Abstract

Social media is one of the many sources of data that can be extracted to obtain various information. In R Programming, there are thousands of packages that can be used to crawl social media data, both the default packages and the developer versions. Difficulty in extracting data will result in less than optimal research, so there is a need for adequate tools to support research. R Programming is able to become a bridge for researchers to explore existing tools, both by utilizing packages and building simple algorithms in R programming. Twitter data crawling is done through an API connection on Twitter with R Programming, so that we can get data by entering keywords according to the desired search both in realtime and at certain times as needed. With these packages it makes it easy to research in crawling social media data such as Twitter and other social media

Abstract

Computer networks are growing very rapidly, both in commercial institutions, the academic world, and even people's homes that need internet access. The internet is accessed by many people without exception of hackers and crackers.[1] In the configuration, the output generated is in the form of making a homepage for hotspot user logins, firewalls, namely blocking sites, RADIUS, Blocking internet access at a predetermined time and making SSID. This configuration is very necessary when we access the internet, especially for schools, because with the construction of this configuration, we can limit the use of internet access hours, and students are not allowed to access certain sites during study hours, for example YouTube, Facebook and others, with this configuration Wifi routers and teachers' wireless networks can also limit who can access the internet on certain days and certain hours, especially at SMK N 1 Pendalian 4 Koto. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, it shows success, starting from the internet connection test, both ping to the router and pinging to google, and also when teachers and students access the internet via hotspot login with the voucher that has been provided also successful, then the test results for time restrictions internet access has also been successful, site blocking has also been successfully carried out. So it can be concluded that the research on wifi router and internet configuration at SMK Negeri 1 Pendalian IV Koto has been successful

Abstract

Business growth in Indonesia continues to increase, as evidenced by the many new business fields that continue to emerge. One of these business fields is the bakery business. These business actors are only carried out by large producers, traditional micro small and medium enterprises have turned out to be the biggest contributors to this type of business. It is evident from 100% of these business activists that around 60% of their businesses are carried out by traditional micro small and medium enterprises. Not a few business actors in the bakery sector run their business conventionally which has an impact on their income. Whereas the existence of information systems in the world of business and management is to serve various needs and can be the key to better management and can be a success in running the business itself. For this reason, this study aims to create a website-based cake ordering information system. The software development method used in this research is the waterfall method. This information system is built using the CodeIgniter Framework. With this system, it is hoped that it can help customers in finding information on ordering cakes easily in Pontianak City quickly and accurately

Abstract

Coconut plants are very much found throughout Indonesia, especially located in Riau province, making coconut plantations an economic base, the largest coconut plantation area to be precise in Indragiri Hilir Regency which has a coconut plantation area of 501,576 hectares. The contribution of coconut plantations in Indragiri Hilir makes Indonesia as a whole as the center of the largest coconut plantations in the world. The majority of Indragiri Hilir people work as farmers. The lack of knowledge and understanding of farmers regarding the management and utilization of coconut production is one of the reasons for the lack of coconut processing business in Indragiri Hilir Regency. It is necessary to have information related to the processing of coconut derivative products. This of course can be an illustration to farmers about the benefits that farmers get when selling coconuts that have been processed into products. Based on the results of ICT Literacy processing, 83% was obtained, this shows that post-harvest information is very important about the processing and utilization of coconut plants. Therefore we need an information system that can provide information about the use or management of coconut plants and the conversion of coconut derivatives in Indragiri Hilir district.

Abstract

In the world of education knowing the personality type of students is very important. This is because a person's personality is influential in his learning activities and how he digests and captures the material presented by the teacher. For this reason, knowing the classification of students' personalities needs to be identified so that teachers or students themselves can optimize self-change in a better and positive direction. This study aims to develop a psychological classification system for student personality types using the C.45 decision tree algorithm. The personality type used as a class in the classification is based on psychology, including: Sanguine, Phlegmatic, Choleric and Melancholic. In this study, a web-based system was developed, so that it is easy to use for teachers and students to recognize the personality of these students. To determine the personality of students psychologically, students answer questions in the system, then the system will classify based on the answers from these students. The C.45 decision tree algorithm serves to find knowledge or patterns of characteristic similarity in a particular group or class. From the test results, the pecision value is 90%, the recall is 85% and the accuracy is 88%. This shows that the C.45 decision tree algorithm can perform personality type classification well

Abstract

CPU scheduling is important in multitasking and multiprocessing an operating system because of the many processes that need to be run in a computer. This causes the operating system to need to divide resources for running processes. CPU scheduling has several algorithms in it such as First Come First Serve (FCFS), Shortest Job First (SJF), Priority Scheduling, and Round Robin (RR) algorithms. The writing of this study is intended to compare the First Come First Serve and Round Robin algorithms with four specified parameters namely Average Turn Around Time, Waiting Time, Throughput, and CPU Utilization. The experiment was conducted with the First Come First Serve algorithm and the Round Robin of three different Quantum Times. These calculations at different quantum times aim to find out if the differences affect the advantages of the Round Robin algorithm over the First Come First Serve algorithm. The conclusion is that the First Come First Serve (FCFS) algorithm is superior to the Round Robin (RR) algorithm. This is indicated by the average turn around time, waiting time, and throughput values of the First Come First Serve algorithm more effective in running the process

Abstract

Recently computers have been able to produce photographs that allow users to compose selfies with van Gogh paintings. Inspired by the power of convolutional neural networks (CNN), he first learned how to use CNN to reproduce famous painting styles combined with self-portrait images. The method used is called a neural network transfer. However, early versions of neural networks had optimization problems, requiring hundreds or thousands of iterations to transfer forces combined with a single image. To overcome this in-efficiency, researchers developed the CNS-style PerStyle-Per-Model (PSPM) transfer method. The development of force transfer using a deep neural network is also called NST by training the VGG-16 model to change any image in one feed, foward propagation. A trained model can adjust to any drawing mode with just one iteration instead of thousands of iterations over the network and to get the most objective possible style of transfer
