Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) for image segmentation is a concern this year, especially in the development of computer vision. The object discussed in this study is about interest, which uses a dataset from ImageCLEF2017 by taking 8 flower samples. Image of flowers in the dataset is still a lot of noise such as the initial background behind objects such as leaves, tree trunks or others. So we need a method to eliminate the noise, this method for cleaning noise is done by color clusters using the K-means method. By color clustering using K-Means and using color clusters k=2,3,4,and5. After that, a morphological process is carried out in order to obtain a clean area so that it can be compared with the original image and the Blob values formed. Blob analysis is calculated after the process of cleaning the noise is done in order to get the best value in the process of recognition of images with objects of interest. The results of the segmentation process that have been done are the highest MSE and RMSE values are at k-means results with k=4, while for PNSR are at k=2, and for the lowest MSE and RMSE values are at k=5, while the lowest PNSR is at k=4

Abstract

Determining a shortest path is a crucial and necessary thing in connection with optimizing the time used and some savings in other fields. This research aims to design a software for determining the shortest distance on a web-based LPG gas distribution line by applying the Dijkstra solving procedure at PT. Amartha Anugrah Mandiri. This study uses the SDLC (software development life cycle) development method using waterfall modeling, to determine the closest route during the distribution of LPG gas using the Dijkstra solution procedure, namely by determining which location is used as the initial node, then set the distance value at the initial node to neighboring nodes. the closest one by one. The results of this study make it easier for drivers to find the closest route that can be passed to the base location. Dijkstra's solving procedure in the software for determining the shortest distance in the PT. Amartha Anugrah Mandiri can form the shortest distance traveled to get to the base

Abstract

Digital repository is one source of data in human information needs, especially in an organization. In a digital repository, various digital documents are stored that can be used by users, for example, a publication journal repository. Every day the published articles in the repository grow in the hundreds or even thousands in number, besides publication journals usually consist of various formats and languages. This will cause the search of results relatively low level of relevance. To optimize search results today, the application of an information retrieval system in a repository is important. Preprocessing is one of the most important stages of the development of a retrieval system, especially in the process of selecting a stemming algorithm to generate basic words (terms) which will later be used in determining the level of similarity between queries and documents in a search process. N-Gram is a method of character decomposition from a string that can be used to analyze words or sentences which are words or sentences from what language will later affect the determination of the stemming algorithm. Cosine Similarity is a method to determine the level of similarity, which will calculate the angle that represents the query vector and the document vector. In this study, a repository will be built that implements retrieval systems using N-Gram and Cosine Similarity, then the system performance will be calculated where the average total accuracy for Indonesian-language queries and English-language queries is 0.967, precision is 0.851 while the average recall is obtained. 0.869.

Abstract

A more detail investigation of color feature for flower segmentation using K-means and fuzzy C-means was conducted in this paper. The sample images containing 1, 2, 3, 4 dianthus del- toides L flowers, obtained from ImageCLEF 2017 will be used. K-means and fuzzy C-means will use different color model components as the feature for segmenting the flower objects from their background while keeping the value of k for K-means and fuzzy C-means constant. Then the performance of the segmentation approaches will be evaluated by using the ground truth infor- mation. The evaluation parameters involved are Hausdorff distance and a number of classifier performance metrics such as accuracy, error rate, sensitivity and specivicity. It is shown that the segmentation process will greatly influenced by the use of LAB color model components

Abstract

The quality of the software can be seen from the functionality of the application system whether it is in accordance with user needs or may be detrimental to system owners and users. For software testing, there are several methods used by testers to launch software, namely Black Box Testing and White Box Testing. In this study, the testing method used is Black Box Testing by applying Equivalence Partitioning to develop Web-Based E-learning applications at the Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya because it is considered the most suitable for application testing by dividing the equivalence class into 2, namely valid and invalid classes. . The research stages are determining system functions, designing test cases, conducting tests, and drawing final conclusions. The results showed that this e-learning application screen was used as a distance or online learning medium at the Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya.

Abstract

PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance is a car showroom company that serves car sales on credit, which is located on Jl. Ayani Megamall Complex Block B. No. 35 36.PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance is a company as an intermediary or service that helps or cooperates with partners in the car loan process. The partner is a limited liability company that sells car units on credit, but if the prospective buyer wants a car loan, the partner will obtain data on the prospective customer's credit application which will then be processed through Mandiri Tunas Finance. Therefore, there are still many partners who need a place to disseminate information on car units with the credit method so that they are widely known by external parties and make it easier for the car loan financing process. So the author makes a website-based car loan financing application at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance uses the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language, where this application is made for prospective customers to be able to access the website to apply for a car loan easily and simply select the desired car unit on the website

Abstract

MyTelkomsel is a service in the form of an application that can be accessed by mobile which was launched by Telkomsel to make it easier for its customers, where the application is in the form of self service for its users. However, the MyTelkomsel application still gets several complaints from its users, such complaints as failure in the login process, failure in the process of making payments/transactions, the types of packages offered on each user's device are different and sometimes do not match the customer's budget, as well as some comments from users. regarding customer service that makes them dissatisfied. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of e-service quality on user loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application. In this research, the model used is E-Service Quality. Methods of collecting data in this research, using online questionnaires to MyTelkomsel user respondents through the assistance of social media for the dissemination process. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents from MyTelkomsel application users. The type of sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. For the data analysis process from this research using the SmartPLS and SPSS applications. The results of the research indicate that e-service quality has a significant influence on customer loyalty in the MyTelkomsel application

Abstract

Durian is a fruit that is very popular and very easy to find throughout Indonesia. Durian fruit is a thorny fruit with a very pungent smell with a distinctive taste, and for some durian fans, the distinctive taste of durian is what makes durian unique compared to other fruits. However, it is unfortunate that the production and quality of durian fruit in Indonesia is currently still low due to the limited knowledge of farmers in caring for and maintaining durian plants from pests and diseases on durian plants. So far, in detecting pests and diseases, farmers still carry out pest and disease detection manually, and of course, this is very dependent on pest and disease observers/experts. For this reason, so that later the level of production and quality of durian in Indonesia can increase, we create an expert system to diagnose a disease in durian plants to help farmers overcome problems around pests and diseases commonly occur in durian plants. This study uses the Naïve Bayes method as a determinant of durian disease. The experimental results yield an accuracy of 82%, which indicates the proposed method is quite good in diagnosing durian disease.

Abstract

Educational games are very interesting to develop, because of the diversity that can be done. Some of the advantages of educational games compared to conventional educational methods, one of the main advantages of educational games is the visualization of real problems. Based on the pattern possessed by the game, players are required to learn so that they can solve existing problems. Game status, instructions, and tools provided by the game will guide players actively to explore information so that they can enrich their knowledge and strategies while playing. One of the interesting educational games to focus on is an educational game that discusses the introduction of foreign languages ​​focused on Japanese. With this educational game, it is hoped that it can help students to understand and memorize the hiragana letters in Japanese. This study aims to create a windows-based educational game application as an alternative medium for learning to recognize Japanese Hiragana letters. This game can later be used as an alternative learning media for the general public who just want to learn Japanese, by knowing the basics of Hiragana letters. The research method that can be used for this research can use the MDLC development method. The stages in this research process are Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, Distribution. The result of the research is an educational game of Japanese hiragana letters which introduces the basic Japanese hiragana letters and how to write them. In addition there is a quiz game of stacking letters into words to train children after knowing the basic letters of Japanese hiragana. Thus it can help children learn Japanese more easily. With this educational game, it is hoped that it can help children to understand and memorize the hiragana letters in Japanese

Abstract

The Prosperous Family Card is one of the government's programs in accelerating poverty which functions as a marker for the underprivileged. The implementation of the PSC policy is still not optimal due to factors, namely the lack of socialization and information from village and sub-district officials to the community regarding programs issued by the government. This research to classify the beneficiaries of the Prosperous Family Card, because there are still many other disadvantaged families who have not had the opportunity to receive this assistance program. The method used in this research is the Naive Bayes method and the K-NN method. The results of this study are the classification of beneficiaries from 6,491 KKS recipients with the K-NN Algorithm method yielding an accuracy value of 66.46% with a distribution in 5 villages, including pred Argasunya class precision 64.90% pred Harjamukti class precision 65.18% pred Kalijaga class precision 66.64% pred Kecapi class precision 68.44% pred Prohibition class precision 68.34% while the Naïve Bayes algorithm is classified with true in each kelurahan with true Argasunya distribution of 1,196 KKS class precision 100%, true Harjamukti 1,339 KKS class precision 100%, true Kalijaga 2,067 KKS class precision 100%, true Kecapi 1,137 KKS class precision 100%, true Prohibition 744 KKS(1 KKS true Argasunya, 1 KKS true Harjamukti, 3 KKS true Kalijaga, 3 KKS true Kecapi) class precision 98.64%. the accurasy value of the Naïve Bayes algorithm model is 99.88%.
