Abstract

Eggplant crop cultivation is often influenced by various factors, factors that often occurs is pests and diseases. Lack of information and still rely on the experience of farmers to deal with pests and disease is a major cause. This problem is particularly serious because the can lead to crop failure. In this research, expert systems to diagnose pests and diseases eggplant created to help farmers cope with the problem - a problem that occurs in terngnya garden and provide solutions and suggestions prevention caused by pests and diseases. Certainty factor method is suitable for expert systems to diagnose disease eggplant crop is because these methods produce results of the highest percentage of belief an expert.

Abstract

Data security is a mechanism to protecting data and any attempt to impose limits on a system for access that does not have an authority (unauthorized person) causes poses a risk to valuable fan-sensitive information. To improve security in the text, images, video, and audio can be done by using two data security techniques such as cryptography and steganography. Cryptography is the process of plaintext to ciphertext randomizing using certain patterns. The secret message steganography focuses on inserting data or secret messages into other data such as text, images, video or audio. To increasing the security of data hiding, a combination of the two techniques is used wherein the initial data or message will be encrypted using the SPICA-XB algorithm which is a combination of two cryptographic algorithms namely spinning caesar and binary XOR.

Abstract

Limitations of blind people in the vision causes them difficulty to perform daily activities. In fact, not infrequently the word about a missing person who is blind majority served in a variety of media today. In this study guide and monitoring tool designed specifically location of the blind using HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and is equipped with U-blox GPS Module Neo 6M. HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor is used to detect an obstacle at a distance of 150 cm. Buzzer detection results will enable the sound output. In monitoring the position, U-blox GPS Module 6M Neo will transmit data such as the coordinates through a cloud platform that can be monitored with the channel location. The test results show that the system of eight variations of distance testing data,

Abstract

Limitations regarding the leave application process at the national university students tend to be effective and efficient because it still uses a manual system that makes students feel difficult. Since the number of files that accumulate leave so as to make the part of academic administration forgot to process when there are students who ask leave of absence. The purpose of this design will generate student leave application program is web based, so as to provide convenience to the user in filing and processing leave. Software system development methods using Waterfall Model. The results of this study will show the main page there is also a facility to leave application, as well as leave application status changes. Through this website, students can leave application process online.

Abstract

Expert system is a development of AI that is designed to meet and facilitate decision making. Although the expert system is artificial intelligence, the expert system has only one domain in problem solving, such as medicine, engineering, and business. The method used in this study is the naïve bayes method. Naïve Bayes is a calculation method with probabilities and statistics in calculations. This research was made by combining information technology knowledge with health science which is intended to facilitate the use of computers in anticipating kidney failure. Kidney failure is a disease that is often experienced by people, especially in Indonesia. Because kidney failure is a deadly disease even though it is often underestimated by the community, especially Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to assist the public in anticipating kidney failure that is still lacking knowledge and sensitivity to the disease. The application of the expert system is made with the naïve bayes method which has the function to calculate the percentage of presentations due to kidney failure and can help the role of doctors in making decisions in determine the type of kidney failure. In this application, an expert system for diagnosing kidney failure has an accuracy value of 81.67% from 60 test data.

Abstract

Cats are one of the most popular pet in the world. In addition to adorable, maintenance is not too much trouble is also a reason that makes this animal rage. However, the way poor maintenance can make a cat exposed to various diseases. Some diseases in cats can even be transmitted to humans. For this reason, research was undertaken to design an expert system to diagnose the disease in cats that can be transmitted to humans using the method of Certainty Factor, so that the cat's owner can recognize the symptoms of the disease in cats peliaharaannya. Black box testing results show that the features of the application has been running well. While the validity of the test showed that the data are in accordance with the reference books.

Abstract

The inefficient process of requesting lecturer workload at national universities tends to be ineffective because it still uses a manual system that makes lecturers feel slow. Due to the large number of other lecturer workload files that accumulate, making operators or HR forget to process when there are lecturers who submit workload sheets. The purpose of designing this system will produce a web-based lecturer workload program so that it makes it easy for lecturers to submit and process lecturer workload sheets. This software system development method uses the Waterfall Model. The results of making this application lecturers can easily make a report of the workload that is directly connected with the people concerned with the report of the workload itself so that the use of paper in making the report of the workload becomes reduced even almost not using the slightest paper.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis. In 2017 Indonesia entered into the third largest number of TB cases in the world. Lack of public knowledge of the dangers of tuberculosis makes this disease is growing rapidly. This is the main reason why it is necessary to create a system that can diagnose the early symptoms of the disease so that it can assist in tackling tuberculosis early. An expert system is one of the techniques in the diagnosis of disease. This research aims to develop applications early diagnosis of tuberculosis disease system is expected to facilitate the public in the early diagnosis of tuberculosis. The system uses the calculation of symptoms / complaints using CF (certainty factor). Results of testing performed by the system and test method validation black box shows that each feature can work with both the application and the content therein can be trusted. In addition, this system is quite powerful in handling more users are accessing the system simultaneously.

Abstract

People do not realize that the heart is an organ that plays an important role in the circulatory system, and are very dangerous if the heart is experiencing problems or disturbances. But there are still many people who do not know the symptoms caused when the heart is having problems. In fact one of the causes of high mortality in Indonesia is due to heart disease. The purpose of this study is done to provide an update to the user to know the symptoms of heart disease as well as solutions. The method used in this study, is to use the Forward Chaining method. Expert systems will be created using PHP and MySQL database driven website.
