Abstract

Public health activities for the control of viral hepatitis have increased during the last three decades. In 2010, there is growing public awareness about the public health burden of viral hepatitis. However, there are major gaps in the response and increased mortality. Five virus responsible for most cases of viral hepatitis are hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. All hepatitis viruses can cause acute hepatitis. However, only HBV, HCV and HDV frequent cause of chronic hepatitis, which can cause progressive scarring of the liver and primary liver cancer. Of these, HBV and HCV causes 96% of deaths from hepatitis virus, So the need for special treatment for hepatitis, with the creation of an expert system for diagnosis of hepatitis using Naive Bayes method that aims to diagnose the onset of hepatitis disease is expected to help users who still lay on knowledge as well as related information from hepatitis. Based on test results using 10 samples of data to get the value of accuracy of 90%. Ketikakuratan 10% is due at the time of the calculation method that uses a Naive Bayes highest value for the results obtained and if the same value system will take the value of the list of the first order for the results to a user

Abstract

Detection of blood type is usually done manually by the process of testing red blood cells with the serum to see Whether clots will occur or not clot. The purpose of this study is to design a tool that will be used to detect blood types. In this study, the detection of groups was designed with electronics using ABO blood groups. This tool is designed using the Arduino Mega 2560 Module as a device, three light sensors, LED as a transmitter and a diode as a receiver. Clumping or non-clumping sensors from serum samples have been mixed. Furthermore, it will send a voltage to be conditioned by a comparator circuit and then sent to the Arduino for processing and the results will be displayed on the LCD, From testing 25 samples the percentage level can be calculated that is 100%.

Abstract

In determining the insurance product common problems faced by insurance agents and prospective customers, namely the length of the process of determining customers' products and a lack of understanding of the products offered. It required a system that could be used by an insurance agent in the product selection process in accordance with the criteria of the prospective customer. This study aimed to design a decision support system for the selection of insurance products by using AHP and TOPSIS. The system is built to produce perangkingan insurance products according to the criteria of the prospective customer, ie, age, income, purpose, sex, smoking, and menika status. CMS system accuracy testing is done by comparing the output of the system by manual calculation process which is known there are differences in the results.

Abstract

Based on the observations it can be seen that problems in Tumblertees sales transaction process is still done manually which led to the possibility of human error that would result in misinformation and also experience problems with over-stock so that the proper stock management is needed in order to avoid waste of product purchase. This study build an e-commerce based website by using the waterfall model as the development of the system and apply the method Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to facilitate the ordering process, the sale and purchase of products on Tumblertees. The test results showed that the use of the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is able to reduce costs to support the increase in sales turnover.

Abstract

Interactivity is the student activities or relationships between students with anything related to the course, his example by attending a class attendance responds directly at the appointed hour. What is meant here is the liveliness activities interactivity of students to answer the questions that exist in the online lecture forum, whether he is copying and pasting answers with other students or not. The number of student answers archives make web manager can not judge whether the student was copying and pasting the answer to her or not. Therefore we need a system that can provide a connection weights to archives word answers and calculates similarities between students answer word. To analyze the data from these students, writers manipulate the data using text mining. This research using tf-idf method cosine similarity, the parameters used are folding case, tokenizing, stopwords and stemming. The results of this study are that have a common answer to answer other students not considered effective in the online lectures, corresponding similarity weight percentage of statutes that have been determined.

Abstract

Imageis a 2-dimensional intensity function f (x, y), where x and y are the spatial coordinates and f at the point (x, y) is the brightness of an image at a point. An image obtained from the capture of light reflected by the strength of the object. Output image as a recording apparatus, such as cameras, digital games can be analag, Figure itself was composed of pixels that can be taken into account. Thus the images suitable for use as a sample in this study. In this case the process of designing and manufacturing of online attendance system that is able to detect the validity of a student. The system uses the template matching method is used as a student face detection. Mathcing Template Method is a technique in digital image processing to find small parts of the image that matches the image of existing templates. The application will test the input image is detected or not. The results showed that the inputted face image detected correctly. Therefore, the study concluded that Macthing template method is suitable for use in the attendance system.

Abstract

The development of SMEs has very important role in creating employment and reducing poverty. However, the intensity of business competition is very high too, so the SMEs need to have the strength of competitiveness in order to sustain in the business world. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify the main factors influencing the success of the SME competitiveness. Exploration is used as the basis approach for the analysis, in which the flexibility and productivity of the business become the main aspects. The results showed that the ability of SMEs in building a network effectively and efficiently is a determinant of the level of flexibility and productivity of SMEs. The network characteristics are marked by three conditions, namely (i) the efficiency of business by minimizing transaction costs, (ii) the increase of working capital accessibility, and (iii) the innovative business climate. The analysis provides important insights for the government that the efficient and effective expansion of the business network should be focused on the SME development policy.

Abstract

Corn is a third main plant after the paddies and squeeze in the world, and occupied a second position after the paddies in indonesia. Corn grows both good in the hot areas and cold with the rainfall and irrigation. But it's often dealing with a corn peasants Other than the pest is less information about the disease that attacked corn plants so that cause productivity becomes reduced. The expert - based expert system that has been built with framework php is the codeigniter and MySQL As the databases and methods used in detecting initial disease on the corn plant is Naïve Bayes. The result in the probation is a prodial by a disease on the corn plant is being used as a probe for decision for the farmers'decision. The system that has been built is expected to help the peasants in determine and Choose the right handling and according to the level of 92% of the system.

Abstract

Selection of new admissions is the usual routine universities every year, this activity is done as a way to get students who have quality standards in accordance with the acceptance criteria determined by the university. However, at the National University in particular on FTKI, admission is actually doing is good enough but the results of the selection has not been implemented to the maximum, making it less optimal data processing activities such selection. Because the need for Decision Support System to be the result of the value of some of the criteria for the standardization of prospective students. In making the decision support system, TOPSIS method is used to determine students based on proper criteria by comparing the level of the quality of each prospective student using TOPSIS calculation will produce a ranking to help become FTKI UNAS selection consideration. The criteria used in this TOPSIS SPK, among others: CBT Computer, Mathematics and Language CBT, CBT Sciences, Interview, Department of the Home School, Home School Accreditation and Average - Average Value UN. The system in this research alternative filter 75 of the total 275 alternative data. The system accuracy up to 82% by making comparisons and calculations manually.
