In learning to teach not only the students who evaluated the results of the study, the Tentor also evaluated the teaching and learning system, this is done to know the feasibility and quality of the tentor who teaches so that it is known which has a good and professional performance description. In determining the best sort order often appears subjectivity of decision makers, therefore there are often mistakes so that there is a problem that causes the effort to determine the order of the achievements of the tentor that will be rewarded, from this can cause jealousy for each tentor who feel himself best but do not get the award as it should. The Promethee method is a method used in multicriterion order determination or prioritization. The Promothee method is a very efficient and simple method, and is easy to implement compared to other methods of completing multicriterion-based problems. Testing the application of decision support system to determine the best tentor, in the decision to use the sample data results achieved in the following three ways: Leaving Flow, Entering Flow and Net Flow.

The development of information is currently growing rapidly, in the era of globalization television media (TV) is still the favorite choice for the public in getting an information as needed. With the advancement of technology in television and internet media, television broadcasting can not only be done on television sets but can also be broadcast via computer devices, laptops and cellphones with streaming technology based on websites and mobile. Streaming technology services are already widely used in website-based television stations in the user's need to facilitate online television broadcasts. But not only television stations that have streaming TV websites, every university has a streaming TV based website. To build a TV streaming website design, the WordPress blog engine application is used using the PHP programming language with the xampp application needed on the MariaDB database, as well as the local apache web server and YouTube Unas TV as a server in the streaming process. The final results of this study with the campus TV streaming website can make one of the electronic media that can inform campus activities streaming through the TV streaming website application, by using the internet students can view campus information media and can access it anywhere

This site was created by first starting the system design using UML then proceed with the creation of a user interface and using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as database management. This site still has some shortcomings both in terms of features and security

Quality Assurance Unit Unit Penjaminan Mutu (UPM) of Nationa University (UNAS) Information System Programas part of the Quality Assurance Agency Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM). UNAS to guarantee the safety activities of lecturers in the UNAS information system study program, in order to guarantee the quality of education. The implementation of an ongoing monitoring process requires a computerized system, with the hope to improve the quality and strengths in the evaluation process of improving lecturer competence. The evaluation process is still manual. The use of this manual system has not been maximized, and this concerns evaluation results that are prone to human error, such as incorrect data entry, the evaluation process and results are relatively longer. Storing information needed to improve lecturers' quality assurance is always late. therefore, an information system is needed that is expected to help the quality assurance unit (UPM). UNAS information system study program. In the data processing supported by the lecturer. The author wants to discuss web-based systems using the PHP framework namely Code Igniter (CI v.3) and MySQL DBMS. By using the method of SDLC design waterfall (waterfall) and system testing using the black-box method.

Computer technology and artificial intelligence experience rapid development every year, one of which is in media speech recognition. Speech recognition is a virtual digital data assistant that exists in software applications, and is used as a tool to help human needs such as communication, but is often misused by users. This study conducted a voice recording to get the difference in the sound of each human gender data. The study uses the Yin algorithm to extract data, then the sound pitching process is performed using the histogram pitch feature of the standard deviation and the mean. From this study, it was found that the pitch of men is different from women. The shape of the pitch histogram contours is similar between men and women but the female pitch histogram shifts to a higher frequency than men. This pitch shift in women occurs in all expressions.

Often with the development of increasingly sophisticated times we are required to follow it. One of them is in making system that can be applied to the community in various ways to facilitate its use. In an organization/institution a system is needed to facilitate the regulation of incoming and outgoing data. Especially in the case of letter archiving. Because after conducting a case study at the National University Administration Bureau, it was found that managing the filing of letters was still done manually and was not well organized, therefore a neat and orderly information system was needed. In this archive system it is necessary to store, update incoming and outgoing letters and provide reports of incoming outgoing letters if needed. It is hoped that with the realization of this archive system, managing correspondence is more structured and helps in the complete information process.
