Abstract

Today's technological developments, where work can take advantage of existing technologies. Radio is a sound-shaped source of information and nowadays radio has evolved so that it can be accessed through the Internet with streaming media. Streaming radio is not a new technology, but this streaming app is widely implemented by many people. There is a lack of physical radio media among the limited range of broadcasts in an area, limited reach due to weak transmitter frequencies in the area. From the limited range it gives birth to an idea to be able to listen to your favorite radio broadcast anytime and anywhere by utilizing the development of Internet technology as a technique in data compression. In addition, the development of Radio Streaming Media in Indonesia has experienced an increase in which Radio Streaming users from time to time are increasing including application on campus-both public and private campuses. Based on the background that has been outlined, the author will build a Streaming Radio system on the campus of the National University with the Shoutcast method. The results are done by some testers that 93% of online radios can provide up-to-date information, media chats and media requests for listeners and online radios can be accessed well by various users using Internet media via desktop or mobile phone.

Abstract

The spread of the covid-19 virus pandemic is very fast, where was start of the virus spreading from Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China and suddenly spread out widely to almost around the word. According that kind of pandemic phenomena, this research was conducted to make clustering based on data of latitude and longitude due global spreading of Covid-19 use DBSCAN (Density-Based Spatial Clustering Of Applications With Noise) and K-Means to find a level accurate and suitable in calculating for this pandemic case as the alternative choices for condition analyse in decision making purpose. The algorithm had developed calculate based on characterization from geolocation of the country which is to determine the number quality of cluster use Silhoutte Coefficient and Elbow Methods. Therefore, from calculated results can be analyse similarity of covid-19 spreading pattern refer to clustering in each province or country. From data testing show that DBSCAN method separate the data of noise points with eps=22 and minimum pts=4, and for K-Means method with k = 3. After calculation by use the two methods, finally, can visualize the mapping cluster continent of Asia, Europe and Africa with showing the pattern of increasing covid19 cases that can began controlled. The other result show cluster for continent of north and South America have increased significant and the Australian Continent cluster gets the lowest case and can controlled.

Abstract

Muscle, Bone, Joint Problems are health problems in the human body. Problems of muscles, bones, joints felt by almost everyone, both parents, adolescents, and children. Symptoms of muscle, bone, joint problems can be pain in the knee, pain in the shoulder, pain in the neck, pain in the hands, pain in the legs or pain in the back. To categorize the problems of muscles, bones, joints, there are many problems in management reporting to find out the symptoms that often occur in one semester. Based on this it is necessary studies that lead to the creation of a system that can categorize the spread of symptoms in muscles, bones, joints to determine the results of diagnosis based on the pattern of symptoms experienced by patients. So that helps management to find out and get information based on the pattern of symptoms that occur in patients. One alternative to the problem, this study we make a search pattern or association rule association (associative rules) of large-scale data and is very closely related to data mining that can be used to find certain rules that associate data with one other data with a priori algorithm method. The purpose of the method is to search historical data to identify data patterns based on previous characteristics to determine the disease diagnosis. So that the information generated can be used by management to provide appropriate diagnostic information according to the natural pattern of symptoms by the patient.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to increase the productivity of employee assessment of an agency. So from that high competent human resources can support the existence of employee appraisals, it will be known the achievements achieved by each employee. Decision Support System Application (SPK) was made to assist study programs in employee appraisal. One method of decision support systems is Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which uses the calculation of criteria weights and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assess employees. Currently, the National University is still using the manual method in the process of employee performance appraisal by calculating the score of each criterion using Microsoft Excel. The manual assessment process is very likely to occur errors in calculating each criterion and takes a long time in the calculation process. At present, the National University does not yet have a specific application used for employee performance appraisal. Therefore, a decision support system is built using a web-based Multi-Objective Optimization (MOORA) method in order to facilitate the process of evaluating objective employee performance based on weights and assessment criteria that have been determined.
