Abstract

In 2017 we held the election of the chairman of the Youth South Manggarai in a conventional way, Which were displayed many members who did not came. There are many causes that are still unused ballots and the results of the voting are calculated Relatively long Also have a risk in the results of voting. With the existence of such contradictions, then to Utilize technology has been developed that makes the Electronic Voting author system. However application, the public did not trust e-voting, there will be manipulation of the results approved by each candidate. For that reason, the system can guarantee results of voting using RSA security, public key and private key to approve when you do the voting. Built using the method with waterfall SDLC. The validation test results concluded that the system is valid. Algorithm testing is done by the user entering the first odd value of 15 and the second odd value of 13 getting the value of m 168 and public key 169 from the calculation of the FPB the which is Relatively prime to m. If the public key is inputted Correctly then the user can vote. The voting results show that candidate # 2 has 32 votes, the candidate 1 has 20 votes and the others is non-voters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, brand and promotion on purchasing decisions for spicy general chips at Griyo Taman Asri Wage Sidoarjo. This research was conducted on the decision to purchase spicy general chips with a population of 100 samples. The sampling method with saturated sampling means that the entire population is sampled, ie 100 samples. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that prices partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the tcount of 7.131> t table of 1.985 and the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And partial promotions have no effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the value of tcount of 3.099> t table of 1.985. and a significance value of 0.003> 0.05. Partial brands also have no influence on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the value of tcount of 1.172 <ttable of 1.985. While product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test obtained Fcount of 19.751> Ftable of 2.47 and a significance value of 0.204> 0.05. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the quality of products, prices, brands and promotions can be accepted by statistical tests. From the results of the analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.454. That is, the four variables of product quality, price, brand and purchasing decisions together contribute 45.4% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 54.6% is a contribution / contribution to other variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

The current population census is still Carried out by visiting each house. With a process like this, it will take a lot of time so that it will have an impact on the number of costs incurred by the government. For this reason, an online application is needed to Facilitate officers in conducting population censuses. Also, through this population census, the Researchers conducted a grouping of education levels intending to find out the population based on their level of education. The method used is the k-means clustering algorithm. There are three groupings items, namely C1 = population at a high level, C2 = population at a moderate level and C3 = population at a moderate level. The final centroid value used at C1 = (4.8000000,959.20000), C2 = (4.00000,854.000000) and C3 = (9.00000,668.00000). So that the results Obtained grouping C1 = RW2, RW7 and RW8,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the production of chicks through egg incubators by using solar panels as a backup source of energy in controlling the temperature and humidity of the air. Manufacture of egg incubators through design with a capacity of 20 eggs. Hatching room temperature during egg incubation in the first 18 days is 37?C - 38?C, while the hatching period from day 19 to day 21 is 38?C - 39?C. Humidity is maintained in the first 18 days 50% - 55% RH and in the hatching period on the 19th- 21st day air humidity 55% - 60%RH. From the results of tests and observations, the temperature and humidity values ??are in accordance with the desired 38°C - 39°C and relatively stable humidity that is 50% - 60%RH. This tool can be used as an egg incubator without worrying about the electricity flow is interrupted.

Abstract

Non-cash Providing Food Assistance (BPNT) to the community from the government is a form of effort to Strengthen household food security, especially for poor Households. Determination of the criteria for the beneficiaries of aid is Often a complex problem, for that we need a tool to be Able to Facilitate decision making recommends that the reception of food aid the which certainly adheres to Several criteria. In the calculation for the consideration of taking a decision to receive food aid, this application uses the Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method of ranking Several alternatives from Several criteria. The results of testing the application using the TOPSIS method Obtained the highest value of 1 with the name Yusran while the manual calculation with the SAW method Obtained the highest value of 100 with the same name.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the frequent problems of queuing at company services such as banks, so that there are things that are not profitable between customers and banks. This problem Generally Occurs Because it is the caused by the need for services performed by customers that are exceeding capacity, the which makes the customer have to wait in line for some time to be served. The time-consuming queuing system will harm both parties for the customer and the bank. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile-based online queuing system using the mobile web applications and to get a queue number, so that customers no longer have to come in advance to the queue and can use the time to queue practically. This application is expected to reduce the long queues on bank services and the service process works better and more efficiently. It is hoped that this system will provide benefits and impact on the satisfaction of customers and the bank. This system implements a single phase roomates multi-channel method can use more than one teller and only has one queue number. Thus Spake the teller can serve the queue number without having to wait for other tellers to serve the customer, so that it can reduce the queue that Occurs in the bank.
