Abstract

Education is one of the most important things that can bring progress in a country. This study aims to design and build a decision system for the selection of the best supervisor class that can help the selection of supervisor class using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with pedagogic, personality, social, professionalism, education assessments. The SAW method is a method that uses the weighted sum. With this method the optimal solution is sought from alternatives and certain criteria. In this study, the researcher conducted research at SMA 1 Perbaungan so that the selection of the best supervisor class was right on target.

Abstract

Data mining on process carried out to obtain information from a database or data that can be used to help solve the latest problems or solutions, data mining that is used in this paper is the process of merging by using K-Means solutions. K-Means is one of the techniques used to group non-hierarchical (bulk) data which is supported to provide existing data partition in the form of two or more groups. This method partitioned the data in groups so that the different characteristic data was grouped into other groups. The purpose of grouping this data is to support the objective functions arranged in the grouping process, which generally support variations between groups and take advantage of variations between groups. The agreed clustering was the grouping of non-commissioned police officers in the North Sumatra regional police, with the data collection used was the placement data within the North Sumater Regional Police HR. The procedure that is carried out in this research is the problem process to the design and testing of the program. The knowledge gained from the grouping of the Bintara Police of the National Police in the North Sumatra Regional Police HR is the 5th data Placement based on data collected related to the position of the Brig Ro Sarpras of the North Sumatra Regional Police, as well as related to the data analysis with the K-Intended Algorithm in the North Sumatra Police Brigade. Based on the analysis of the latest number of changes based on the calculation of the K-mean algorithm ie the value 79-100 Being the range for the First cluster, the range 70-78 becomes the second cluster and 60-69 is categorized as the Third cluster. Abstract

Tuberculosis is a common infectious disease, and in many cases is deadly. Tuberculosis usually attacks the lungs, but can also affect other body parts. Tuberculosis spreads through the air when someone with active TB infection coughs, sneezes, or spreads their saliva through the air. the limited medical staff in the puskesmas compared to the total population results in often delayed services to TB patients. Abstract

Helped develop information technology in line with the development of human civilization. In the health field, also developed a technology that is able to process and think like humans ie Artificial Intelligence technology. Artificial intelligence is divided into several areas of science, one of which is the expert system. expert systems can help people in gaining the desired information, khususnta information about diseases of the stomach. The stomach is an important organ in the body because it is one of the organs of digestion of food and beverages consumed by humans. To help people in making the diagnosis of diseases of the stomach, it would require an expert system that can diagnose diseases of the stomach in order to determine the type of the illness, symptoms dialamin and how treatment solutions. In this study, researchers made a gastric disease diagnosis expert system using Bayes methods. The data used is the type of disease, symptoms, and treatment solutions. This system will produce the output of information type of disease diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

Abstract

Latex is the production produced from rubber trees by means of tapping using a special knife, and in the plantations there are some plants produce processed in the plant itself becomes a basic ingredient or finished goods to consumers. During this time determine the outcome prediction latex production does not use a method so the results are not in accordance with what diharafkan. This is due to the lack of an objective method to decide the outcome prediction latex production, the rapid selection based on the data of workers tapping some rubber trees with some techniques and ways to get good results. With reference to the solutions provided Naïve Bayes algorithm to help predict the outcome of latex production, A leader collects sap yield of 3 items are Latex, Lump and Treelace. Calculations are done with the third item Naïve Bayes algorithm method with classifications that apply data mining and data probability. Data Mining is generally defined as a system capable of generating and handling of problem solving. Naïve Bayes algorithm can determine the value of the preferences of each alternative, and may be the best alternative from a number of alternatives.

Abstract

This study discusses how to apply the method of Certainty Factor in the world of health, especially in diagnoas disease that resembles an expert and build intelligent systems sebauah based systems. The object of this study is hepatitis. various pemasalahan were encountered in the community such as lack of experts in the field of this disease and the high cost to the doctor. However, the issue of concern is the development of technology that has entered the digital age. This research resulted in an expert system which adopts the ability of an expert. The results of this study are expected to help the community in the diagnosis of hepatitis and soon overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofimplementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the quality of the financial statements in Kabupaten Majene. This research use saturation sampling who all population as sample are 58 Civil Servants (PNS) who work in Regional Office of Finance and Assets (BKAD)of KabupatenMajene. The research method uses quantitative research methods with simple linear regression data analysis techniques that are calculated manually as well as data collection techniques by means of documentation and distributing questionnaires to all Civil Servants (PNS) who work in the Financial Board and Regional Assets of Kabupaten Majene. From the results of simple linear regression calculations, the results of study indicate a correlation or relationship between the implementation of SIMDA and the quality of the financial statements in the Kabupaten Majene, where the correlation value shows a very strong relationship. Then from the results of the calculation of the statistical t test ,known t count is greater than t table, which means that the implementation of the regional financial management information system has a significant effect on the quality of the financial statements of the KabupatenMajene, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected..

Abstract

Cashew water is known by the Latin name Syzgiumaqueum. According to experts there are two subgroups taxonomy guava, guava fruit is small that the average acid (Syzygium aqueum) and large fruit guava and sweet (Syzqium samarangense). In terms of cultivation, handling guava honey was not easy. During this time the problem occurred in the field is the lack of knowledge of the owner of the types of pests and plant diseases guava honey so frequent misdiagnosis resulted in delays in menagani plant pests and diseases. In analyzing or diagnosing diseases in plants guava honey, the author uses the method Dempster Shafer. With the expert system analysis of the disease can help owners in knowing the disease and how to handle them. Abstract

This study discusses how to discuss a support system that is used to assist the village government in negotiations for potential beneficiaries in the village of Bah Sidua dua as serdang bedagai regencies. The method used in this research is Analyticah Hierarchy Process (AHP), because this method is widely used in solving problems involving multi criteria. SPK is a system that can help someone to make decisions of various types that are done accurately and in accordance with the desired goals.

Abstract

This research examines how to design an application and build a decision support system in order to facilitate the process of determining beneficiaries of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). By using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, PKH beneficiaries are more targeted. The SAW method certainly uses a more accurate assessment because it is based on a criterion value of a predetermined preference weight. This research produces a system that is able to display the recommendation of prospective beneficiaries in accordance with the ranking of the criteria that have been determined according to the needs of the system
