Abstract

The use of utterances that contain cooperative principle maxims and speech acts, be it locutions, illocutions or perlocutions, of course, have different aims and objectives depending on the context of the utterance. In class IX student discussion activities, utterances that contain the maxim of the principle of cooperation are intended for cohesiveness or togetherness in discussion activities. So, based on this, discussion activities can run smoothly and important information discussed in the discussion will be conveyed clearly

Abstract

Memahami sistem hukum dalam pembelajaran ilmu hukum di Indonesia memiliki urgensi yang sangat penting, maka perlu kiranya dilakukan penelitian dengan judul pengaruh sistem hukum dalam pembelajaran ilmu hukum di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sistem hukum dalam pengembangan sistem hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia dan urgensi memahami sistem hukum dalam pembelajaran ilmu hukum di Indonesia. menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif, dengan mempergunakan data sekunder yakni data yang diperoleh langsung melalui bahan Pustaka melalui studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang disimpulkan adalah sistem hukum nasional yang merupakan integrasi dari tiga sistem hukum, yaitu system hukum Islam, Sistem Hukum barat khususnya Eropa Kontinental dan Sistem Hukum Adat. Urgensi sistem hukum dalam pengembangan pelajaran ilmu hukum di Indonesia melibatkan sejumlah faktor yang mempengaruhi cara hukum diajarkan dan dipahami oleh para mahasiswa. Abstract

Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) on text structure (macro, superstructure, and micro) in the Speech of the Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim on Teacher's Day 2022 is shown by the theme in Nadiem Makarim's speech is an invitation to innovate to realize Independent Learning. The superstructure in the Speech of the Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim on Teacher's Day 2022 consists of a scheme which includes introduction, content and closing; semantics which includes background, detail, and purpose; and presuppositions. The microstructure found in the Speech of the Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim on Teacher's Day 2022 is a graphic lexicon and rhetoric.

Abstract

Kereta api memprioritaskan keamanan barang dan penumpang yang sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian dalam penyelenggaraan transportasi kereta api. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perlindungan hukum dan tanggung jawab oleh PT KAI terhadap konsumen atas hilangnya barang bagasi milik konsumen. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yang pertama bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen atas hilangnya barang bagasi di PT Kereta Api Indonesia dan kedua bagaimana tanggung jawab hukum PT Kereta Api Indonesia atas hilangnya barang bagasi milik konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan kasus (case approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian ini konsumen belum mendapatkan perlindungan hukum atas hilanganya barang bagasi. Konsumen tidak mendapatkan ganti rugi dari PT KAI, dikarenakan belum ada aturan mengenai berapa jumlah ganti kerugian yang harus ditunaikan beserta teknisnya. Keterbatasan tanggung jawab PT KAI disebabkan prinsip tanggung jawab yang diberlakukan berdasar kesalahan. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitan bagi konsumen dalam membuktikan dan menuntut atas pemenuhan haknya.Kata-Kata Kunci: Perlindungan konsumen, barang bagasi, kereta api.

Abstract

From the norm stratum analysis, it can be seen that the Anthology of Mother Poems and Blood Coffee of Soldiers by Rahmat Heldy HS, is a medium of enlightenment created by him for all people in order to provide goodness as a legacy for children and grandchildren who will replace the current generation in the future. Any problems that occur in this beloved country should not need to be resolved with bloodshed, disputes and selfishness. As a country that has faith and law, in every problem it faces, it always clings to God because what happens is God's will. If the law of this country cannot solve a problem then leave everything to the fairest law, namely the law of the hereafter. The socio-cultural setting is also found in several poems created by the poet related to the situation and conditions in an area in Indonesia, namely Banten province. Telling the story of Cilegon city, Sawarna village, Binuangeun village, Lebak regency whose lives are very concerning because the officials who are the objects in the poet's poems are described as busy with good names by building caring characters in the community but ignoring the actual situation. In addition, the socio-cultural setting in the poetry anthology Ibu and Darah Kopi Para Serdadu is still very thick with sultanate culture as it is known that the previous sultans were very noble in the eyes of the Banten people because of their love for the community not because of their love for positions and power.

Abstract

This research focuses on communication problems that occur between two ethnic groups, namely Chinese and indigenous, in the context of cross-cultural communication between Chinese and indigenous ethnic groups. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to dig deeper into the barriers to cross-cultural communication that occur. The theories that form the basis of this research are the theory of communication, interpersonal communication, cross-cultural communication, cross-cultural communication barriers, social interaction, plural society, ethnicity, ethnic Chinese, and natives. The informants or informants in this study consisted of 4 people, namely 2 natives and 2 ethnic Chinese who lived nearby at PT.Star Lights Indonesia. Data collection methods used are in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and observation. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative methods. The results of the research show that there are obstacles in cross-cultural communication between ethnic Chinese and natives in the context of cross-cultural communication at PT.Star Lights Indonesia. Several factors affecting communication barriers include ethnocentrism towards ethnic Chinese. These factors lead to barriers in cross-cultural communication between the two ethnic groups. Thus, this study provides a deeper understanding of the complexity of interactions between different ethnic groups in communicating in the research area.  AbstrakPenelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan komunikasi yang terjadi antara dua kelompok etnis, yaitu Tionghoa dan pribumi, dalam konteks komunikasi antar budaya antara etnis tionghoa dengan etnis pribumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang hambatanhambatan komunikasi antar budaya yang terjadi.Teori-teori yang menjadi dasar penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, komunikasi antar pribadi, komunikasi lintas budaya, hambatan komunikasi lintas budaya, interaksi sosial, masyarakat majemuk, etnis, etnis Tionghoa, dan pribumi. Narasumber atau informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 orang, yaitu 2 pribumi dan 2 orang etnis Tionghoa yang tinggal berdekatan di PT.Star Lights Indonesia.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam (depth interview) dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan-hambatan dalam komunikasi lintas budaya antara etnis Tionghoa dan pribumi dalam konteks komunikasi lintas budaya di PT.Star Lights Indonesia.Beberapa faktor hambatan komunikasi yang memengaruhi meliputi etnosentrisme terhadap etnis Tionghoa. Faktor-faktor ini menyebabkan terjadinya hambatan dalam komunikasi antar budaya antara dua kelompok etnis tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang kompleksitas interaksi antara kelompok etnis yang berbeda dalam berkomunikasi di wilayah penelitian.

Abstract

Law Number 1 of 1974 about marriage explains in Article 31 paragraph (1) that the rights and position of the wife are balanced with the rights and position of the husband in domestic life and the association of living together in society. Furthermore, article 34, paragraph (1) states that the husband is obliged to protect his wife and provide everything necessary for married life in accordance with his capability. In practice, it is found that the wife should be responsible for making a living for her family, this is not in accordance with the ideal marriage law that should be between husband and wife equally responsible for earning a living for their family. The problem in this study is the wife's responsibility as a breadwinner and the regulations of the wife as the breadwinner in Indonesian law. This type of research, in this case, is empirical juridical legal research. Empirical juridical research in other words, is a type of sociological research and can be called research in the field, which examines legal provisions and what occurs in people's lives. The location of this research is Imbanagara Village, Ciamis Regency. The source of this research data is in the form of primary legal material, secondary and tertiary, namely, laws and regulations, journals, and dictionaries as support. The rights and position of husband and wife are balanced; husband and wife are obliged to be responsible in their household, and the wife can be the breadwinner because of her equal rights and position in Islamic law the wife is not obliged to work, the husband is obliged to earn a living.Keywords: Responsibility, Breadwinner, Wife, Husband

Abstract

The value of nationalism is very important for the life of the nation and state, especially for the next generations of the nation, because this value is a manifestation of love and honor for their own nation. With that, the younger generation can do something best for their nation, maintain the integrity of national unity and unity and increase the dignity of the nation so as not to threaten and destroy the integrity of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, the application of nationalism values in the educational environment is very important to be instilled in students such as habituation to maintain the good name of the school, singing the national anthem, the use of good and correct Indonesian, and respect for the red and white flag

Abstract

Pengelolaan data-data karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, akurat, relevan dan tepat sasaran. Sistem informasi karyawan dalam mengelola data karyawan seperti data absensi, cuti, dan lembur karyawan yang berjalan pada PT. Iron Wire Works Indonesia masih menggunakan Ms. Office dan kertas dalam bentuk dokumen sehingga sering terjadi hilang ataupun rusaknya dokumen yang telah tersimpan dalam arsip, begitu juga adanya kesulitan dalam mengelola informasi cuti dan lembur. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan metode pustaka. Metode Analisa yang digunakan ialah metode analisa Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Costumer (SIPOC). Aplikasi dibangun berbasis website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yaitu salah satu metode yang terdapat dalam metodologi pengembangan sistem yang disebut System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Abstract

The State of Psychology in the Main Figures in the novel Negri 5 Menara and novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi (Psychological Study of Literature and Its Implications for Learning Indonesian in High School). The purpose of this study was to describe the psychological state of the main character in the novel Negri 5 Menara and novel Rantau 1 Muara by Ahmad Fuadi, namely the character Alif who has an unyielding attitude and is persistent in fighting. The psychological state experienced by the main character in the novel Negri 5 Menara and the novelRantau 1 Muara includes das es (id), das ich (ego), and das ueber ich (superego). The method used is descriptive qualitative research.The results of the analysis on the novel Negri 5 Menara andnovel Rantau 1 MuaraAhmad Fuadi's work shows that the main character's personality is influenced by Id, Ego, and Super ego.
