This study aims to determine (1) Implementation of the Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) and the level of social welfare Klaten district (2) Impact of Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) to the betterment of society, the increase in revenue, to the creation of employment opportunities in the district of Klaten. This research was conducted in Klaten district to take an object or area of ​​the District who receive assistance P2KP. In Klaten district area that receives no aid P2KP 7 subdistricts of 26 districts. Data analysis tool used is by using the t test. The results of the study concluded that the general implementation of the Urban Poverty Project (P2KP) in the district of Klaten went well. It was based on the descriptive statistical analysis showed that the program objectives P2KP in the right category. The target precision show proper category. The accuracy of the use of funds in the category of right show, refunds showed in the category of very precise. And training effort shows in the right category. Program P2KP significantly affect the income and employment of the population in seven Districts get help P2KP. It can be known from the results of t-test each of which gained value sig (significant) 0,000 smaller than α = 5%.

To respond  increasing complexity and dynamism of the needs of consumers, the company formed an alliance organization of sales with other sales organizations, it aim to building a more cooperative marketing system and maintain an ongoing relationship with consumers. The purpose of this study were (1) To find empirical evidence of the influence of intensity to the level of trust and communication with the cooperation that exists. (2) to find empirical evidence of the influence of commitment to cooperation that exists. (3) to find empirical evidence of the influence of trust with the cooperation and effectiveness of relationship marketing (3) to find empirical evidence of the influence of co-operation with the effectiveness of relationship marketing. The types of data used in this study is the primary data drawn from retailers Tbk PT Indofarma Global Medika in Central Java. Sample as many as 100 persons determined by the method of random sampling. The results of analysis using Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) technique has been found that there was a positive influence on the intensity of communication with the level of trust and cooperation,  significant effect between the commitment to cooperation that exists; there is a reciprocal relationship between trust in co-operation;   influence on the effectiveness of the relationship of trust variables marketing, and there was a positive influence between the variables of cooperation with the effectiveness of relationship marketing. .Given the factors that influence relationship marketing such as communication, commitment, trust and cooperation have significant impact both directly and indirectly towards relationship marketing, therefore, should the management of PT Indofarma Global Medika Tbk. maximize the influence of these factors. Some ways that may be made by the management; companies need to do better interactions with retailers, enhance intimacy and learn the appropriate service expectations of retailers, giving attention to the ongoing transaction, and give attention to the relationship that the transaction in the future.

The purpose of this research were (1) to test the effect of work stress on organizational commitment. (2) Test the effect of LMX on organizational commitment. (3) Test the influence of POS on organizational commitment. (4) Test the effect of organizational commitment on service quality. (5) Test the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the influence of work stress, LMX, POS and service quality. This research was conducted in the Surakarta city hospitality industry. The population in this study were all front liner employees and customers from 3 hotels in Surakarta, namely Aston Hotels, Megaland Hotels, and Sunan Hotels with 145 employees. In this study researchers used 107 respondents as samples taken from 3 hotel industries in Surakarta City. The results found that Job Stress (job stress), member exchange leaders (LMX) and perceptions of organizational support (POS) of employees in the hospitality industry in Surakarta City had an influence on organizational commitment variables. Organizational commitment mediates the negative influence of Job Stress on service quality, while organizational commitment mediates the positive influence of member exchange leaders (LMX) and perceptions of organizational support on service quality.

The purpose of this study was: (1) To determine the level of quality of services provided by the craftsmen in the furniture market Bibis Surakarta. (2) To determine the suitability of interest and customer expectations of the level of quality of services provided by the craftsmen in the furniture market Bibis Surakarta. This research was conducted in Surakarta Bibis Furniture market. The population in this study is all of the people in the city of Surakarta and surrounding areas. In this study were taken a sample of 100 customers with convinience sampling method. The results of this study can be concluded that in general the average level of the suitability of each dimension no one has reached 100 percent, so there are several dimensions that need to be improved, namely tangible dimension and the dimension of empathy. Dimensions closest customer expectations consist of dimensions of assurance, reliability and responsiveness,. While customer satisfaction index (CSI) to attribute the quality of services the furniture market Bibis Surakarta amounted to 84.979%. These results explain that the satisfaction level of overall service quality attributes assessed from customer the furniture market Bibis Surakarta has a level of  "Very Satisfied" Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction index.

The purpose of this study were as follows: (1) Determine the influence investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy simultaneously on company value of the manufacturing consumer goods in the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2011 - 2014. (2) Determine the influence investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy partially on company value of the manufacturing consumer goods in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all companies manufacturing food and beverage industry sector totaling 35 companies. Then take a sample of companies with purposive random sampling method. Formulation of the problem in this research were: (1) Is there any influence investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy simultaneously on company value of the manufacturing consumer goods in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 - 2014. (2) Is there any influence investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy partially on company value of manufacturing consumer goods in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014. The final conclusion there is a positive and significant impact either partially or simultaneously investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy on company value. The ompany value manufacturing consumer goods in the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2011 to 2014 can be explained by the investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy of 81,80%, while the remaining 19,20%Â is explained by other factors beyond the study models.

The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the impact of service quality to the satisfaction of students on Sport and Health Education Department at Tunas Pembangunan University (2) to analyze the impact of service quality to the Behaviour Word of Mouth students on Sports and Health Education Department at Tunas Pembangunan University. (3) to measure satisfaction in mediating the impact of service quality to Word of Mouth Behaviour students of Education Department on Sports and Health Education at Tunas Pembangunan University. (4) to determine the most dominant factors of service quality to Word of Mouth Behaviour students of Education Department on Sports and Health Education at Tunas Pembangunan University. Research conducted at Tunas Pembangunan University Surakarta. The population of this research are the students of education Department Sport and Health Tunas Pembangunan University of fourth semester (2nd year) they are 400 Students. From them we took 80 students to be respondents by proportional random sampling. Methods of data collection uses questionnaires and data analysis techniques uses regression analysis path , t Test , and F test. Regression analysis found that there are significant service quality on satisfaction and Word of Mouth Behaviour Student of Education Department on Sport and Health at Tunas Pembangunan University. Satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality Department on Sport and Health Tunas Pembangunan University. Responsiveness factor is the most dominant influence on Student Word of Mouth. Student satisfaction variables mediate the impact of service quality on WOM behaviour of a student with a coefficient mediation of 0.0312. This means that if the respondent's perception of service quality is enhanced through student satisfaction will increase WOM perilau students, while the influence of the quality of student services to students directly WOM behaviour of 0,702. Assuming other factors constant. It can be concluded that the students' satisfaction positively mediates the effect of service quality on WOM behaviour of students.

The purpose of this study is to determine the internal factors ( knowledge and awareness of the taxpayer ) as well as external factors that affect the tax penalty tax compliance in paying land and buildings tax at Bugel Village . The object of this research is Bugel Village, which according to data at the Grobogan Central Bureau of Statistics in 2017 figures shows the difference between nominal payment realization and nominal target.  The technique of collecting sample in this study used simple random sampling with a total sample of 92 taxpayers , the sample calculation refers to the Slovin formula . Based on the results of multiple regression analysis assisted with SPSS, showed that knowledge of the tax does not affect the level of tax compliance in paying Land and Buildings tax in Bugel Village, while awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions affect on taxpayer compliance in paying Land and building taxes in Bugel Village .

The purpose of this research were: (1) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue to the original income of Surakarta. (2) Examine and measuring the effect of tourism revenue on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in the city of Surakarta. (3) Testing and measuring the influence of growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) to the original revenue of Surakarta city area. (4) To examine the effect of mediation on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) on the effect of tourism revenues on the growth of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Surakarta city. Â This research was conducted in Surakarta City. The data used in this study is secondary data that is the original income of Surakarta, revenue of the tourism sector, and the growth of small and medium enterprises. Data collected from 2010 to 2016. The data analysis tool using path regression. Â The results of this study can be concluded that the income of the tourism sector affect the local revenue; Tourism revenues affect the growth of small and medium enterprises; The growth of small and medium enterprises has an effect on the local revenue. It is also known that the growth of small and medium enterprises fully mediates the relationship between tourism revenues and local revenues.

The purpose of this study were: (1) to measure the level of quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District given to customers. (2) to measure the suitability of implementation and customer expectations on the level of quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District.  This research was conducted at Up3ad Wonogiri District. The population in this study were all community/user of Up3ad in Wonogiri. In this study, samples were taken by 90 community/user with convinience sampling method.  Problem statement: (1) Is the level of implementation has been in accordance with the interests and expectations of customers, so as to satisfy community/user? (2) Is the quality of services provided by Up3ad Wonogiri District already at the level of satisfying community/user?  The results of this study can be concluded that in general the average level of the suitability of each dimension no one has reached 100 percent, so there are several dimensions that need to be improved, namely tangible dimension and the dimension of empathy. Dimensions closest customer expectations consist of dimensions of responsiveness, assurance and reliability. While community/user satisfaction index (CSI) to attribute the quality of services Up3ad Wonogiri amounted to 89.69%. These results explain that the satisfaction level of overall service quality attributes assessed from customer Up3ad Wonogiri has a level of "Very Satisfied"
