JURNAL ansiru PAI is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. The analysis can be viewed from various perspectives of interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ansiru PAI is published twice a year: January and July.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how big the role learning PAI for autistic children in school inclusion, in SD IT Zahira School Medan. In this research that became the outline of the issue is how the concept of Islamic religious education for persons with autism in school Inclusion Zahira School Medan. How the implementation of (the learning process) Islamic religious education for autistic children in school Zahira. What are the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Islamic religious education for autistic children in school Zahira terrain. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Engineering data collection done by observation the role (participant obcervation), in-depth interviews (indepth interview), documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data processing and data analysis. Checking the credibility of the data using the persistence of observation, triangulation, peer, checking and checking of members. The results obtained from this research is all the components associated with the instructional Islamic education for autistic children should be tailored to the abilities and needs of an autistic child, including: (1) curriculum of Islamic education in schools inclusion in accordance with the public school curriculum, but the school inclusion is entitled to perform the modification. Learning methods and media that are used with customized material that is being taught, while the evaluation process the evaluation was done, post test and evaluation of the end of the semester. (2) the curriculum of Islamic religious education is a learning method, KTSP often used is the cermah, memorizing, faqs, group work, demonstrations and practice, while the media commonly used learning is visual media. The material taught includes Qur'an, aqidah, Fiqh, morals, and the date. (3) factor endowments: competent teachers, supervising teachers; the addition of the Islamic religious education lessons; facilities and infrastructure and the game can sharpen the brain. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of learning and motivationactivities with student learning outcomes in the field of study Tahfiz Al-Qur'an in MTs. Darul Qur'an Deli Serdang Regency. This research isproposed by testing three hypotheses, namely First: There is a relationship of learning activities with student learning outcomes in the field of study Tahfiz Al-Qur'an in MTs. Darul Qur'an Deli Serdang Regency. Second, there is a relationship of learning motivation with student learningoutcomes of tahfiz Qur'an in MTs. Darul Qur'an Deli Serdang Regency.Third, there is a relationship of learning activities and motivation withstudent learning outcomes in the field of study Tahfiz Al-Qur'an in MTs.Darul Qur'an Deli Serdang Regency.The population of this study werestudents of MTs. Darul Qur'an academic year 2017/2018 amounted to 176people. The technique used to determine the sample size is Arikuntoformula. By using the formula, the sample is 30 students. Data collectionfor learning activity variables and learning motivation in this study usinga questionnaire with Likert model scale. While for the variable of studentlearning result of data collecting obtained from document of raport value.Based on the test results on the reliability of these two questionnairevariables obtained the coefficient of reliability as follows: learning activityvariables 0,939 and, Learning motivation variables 0,986. The result of first hypothesis analysis by using correlation technique and regression either simple or multiple obtained ry.1 = 0,392, while R2 y.1 = 0,154. This means that the relationship shown by the variable learning activities with student learning outcomes is strong and very significant. Regression analysis obtained by the equation of simple regression line is Ý = 37,77 + 0.46X1.Results of the second hypothesis analysis show that ry.2 = 0,405., While R2 y.2 = 0,164. This means that the relationship shown by the variablemotivation to learn with student learning outcomes is strong and verysignificant. Regression analysis obtained by the equation of simpleregression line is Ý = 41,29 + 0,18X2. While the third hypothesis shows that ry1.2.3 = 0,501., While Ry1.2.3 = 0,252. Through regression analysis we get the equation of multiple regression line is Ý = 50,42 + 0,36X1 + 0,15X2.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the Application of Simulation Method  in Worship Fiqh Learning for Students of Mts YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai, which includes the application of simulation  methods in the learning fiqh of worship for students, process of simulation  method that implemented  by teacher, effective simulation methods that used by teachers, using qualitative methods. In data analysis the researcher used qualitative analysis technique to the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.There are three findings in this study: That in the application of simulation methods can be concluded that there are three things to high lighted, there are: 1. Planning: The teacher planning or designing scenario and discussing the steps with students. 2. Before doing the simulation, in advance, the teacher makes the students into some groups then gives directions as well as the simulation scenario to each group, then 3. The teacher close the simulation by giving conclusions on the implementation of the simulation.The second finding: That in the process of applying simulation method in the learning worship fiqh for students in MTs YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai, student activity is also a major influence in the successful implementation of the simulation, and based on the research findings in the field can be found  that the students are very enthusiastic about the simulation  method which are applied in the study of worship fiqh, students are  more fastly understand on reading prayers, verses and the ordinances taught in Worship Fiqh material.The third finding: That the application of simulation method in the learning worship fiqh for students in MTs YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai is very effective to apply due to application of simulation method enhances the understanding and student learning outcomes in learning worship fiqh.The simulation method is very effective to apply in  the worship fiqh  learning, this reflects in the attitudes of students are very enthusiastic about the application of simulation method and the application of simulation methods in fiqh worship learning is more assist students in understanding the implementation of worship fiqh. Key words: aplication of simulation methode, Fiqh learning of MTs, teacher planning

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to discover: (1) the difference in learningachievement of Islam Religion Education of students taught by cooperativeinstructional strategy STAD type and student taught by expository instructionalstrategy, (2) the a difference of learning style Islam Religion education with visual,auditory and kinesthetic, learning style, and (3) the interaction between instructionalstrategy and learning style in affecting learning achievement of learning style Islamreligion education. The population was Grade V students of Primary School IntiNumber SD Negeri 054938 Alur Dua Sei Lepan Pangkalan Brandan Langkat regencyconsisting of three classes. The sample chosen for instructional class using STAD wasclass Vc with 40 students, while those taught by expository was class Vb with 40students. The results of the findings were: (1) the average of Islam Religion Educationof students taught by STAD instructional strategy ( X = 29,95) was higher than theaverage of students taught by expositoyi instructional strategy ( X = 28,62) with Fcount= 12,46 > Ftable = 3, 972), the avarage learning achievement of Islam religion educationwith kinesthetic learning style ( X = 29,77) and visual learning style ( X = 25.35) withFcount = 5,92 > Ftable = 3,972, and (3) there was an interaction between instructionalstrategy and learning style toward students learning achievement Islam Religioneducation with Fcount = 23.84 > Ftable = 3,972.

Abstract

The principal is the central figure in the improvement of the quality of education in schools. Success or failure of an educational institution, especially in the educational unit will be greatly influenced by the competence of the head of the school, Education Minister Regulation No. 13 Year 2007 on the Standards for school / madrassa confirmed that a school / madrasah principal must have five dimensions of minimum competencies, namely: personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervision, and social. Head of school / madrasah is a teacher who is assigned additional principals / madrasah that he also should have the requisite competence competence of teachers, namely: pedagogic competence, personality, social, and professional. Based on these facts, it becomes very important for the principal master the competencies of school principals in an effort to improve the quality of education in the educational unit. Hinted at by the opinion that one of the principal as educational administrators need to complete their education with knowledge leadership insights and anticipatory attitude to changes that occur in people's lives, including the development of macro-level policies. Being the change and development of the most actual today is the higher aspirations of the people for education, and the incessant demands of education policies that include improved aspects of equal opportunity, quality, efficiency and relevance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning strategy Quantum Teaching on learning outcomes in the field of Islamic Religious Education, the influence of Quantum Quotient learning strategy on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, and differences in learning outcomes in the field of Islamic Religious Education students are taught using Quantum Teaching with Quantum Quotient in Grade VI SD Negeri 027950 Binjai. The research method used quasi-experimental method is a research used to find the effect of certain treatment against others in a controlled condition. In this study also involves two sample groups of each learning Quantum Teaching and Quantum Quotient learning. The population of this research is the students of class VI SD Negeri 027950 Binjai Lesson Year 2016 / 2017.Teknik analysis used in this study is a technique determining the comparison of the acquisition value or average score in each experimental group. The results of this study indicate that: First, Quantum Teaching learning strategy influences on learning outcomes in the field of Islamic Religious Education students grade 6 Elementary School 027950 Binjai. This can be proved by an increase in the average value of pretest results of 34.75 to 62.75 based on postes results. Secondly, Quantum Quotient's learning strategy has an effect on the learning result of Islamic Religion study subject of grade 6 of SD Negeri 027950 Binjai. It can be proved that there is an increase of prestes average value of 33.88 to 72.63 based on postes result. Third, there are differences in student learning outcomes using Quantum Teaching learning strategy with Quantum Quotient. The average value of student learning outcomes using Quantum Teaching learning strategy of 62.75 and using Quantum Quotient learning strategy of 72.63. Thus, the Quntum Quotient learning strategy is better than the Quantum Teaching learning strategy in the field of Islamic Religious Education study in grade 6 students at SD Negeri 027950 Binjai.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and to describe: (1) the learning outcomes ofSKI students taught using CIRC learning strategies are higher than thelearning outcomes of students taught using expository learning strategies,(2) SKI learning outcomes between students with high learningindependence than results student learning with low learningindependence, and (3) the interaction between learning strategies andlearning independence towards learning outcomes of SKI. The populationof this research is all students of class X MAN Simalungun consists of 5classes. Based on Cluster Random sampling technique. The researchinstrument is a test used to obtain learning outcome data andquestionnaires to obtain data on student learning independence. Theanalysis technique is two-way Anova at significance  = 0.05 followed bythe Scheffe test. The results showed: (1) the average SKI learning outcomesof students taught with CIRC learning strategies ( X = 29.32) were higherthan the average SKI learning outcomes of students taught withexpository learning strategies ( X = 27) with Fcount = 13,32 > Ftable = 4.00, (2)the average SKI learning outcomes of students with high learningindependence ( X = 29.90) are higher than students' SKI learning outcomeswith low learning independence ( X = 26.20), with Fcount = 10.41 > Ftable =4.00, and (3) there is an interaction between learning and independencelearning strategies with Fcount = 12.51 > Ftable = 4.00.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Know the portrait of the Messenger of Allah. As an educator is a necessity because of the education given by the Prophet. Contains the spirit and spirit of building people in a much better direction. In the view of Islam, the position of educators is very important. Without the presence of educators, the educational process does not mean anything. Therefore, to realize educators who have the spirit (spirit) of Islam, need to see the side of life or characteristics of the Prophet. As an educator, because the essence of his sending him as the Messenger of Allah on earth is as uswah al-Hasanah and rahmatan lil 'alamin. That is, all aspects of the sunnah of the Prophet. Is the ultimate guide after the Qur'an in all aspects of human life, including aspects of education. Abstract

Development is the process of change in growth at a time as a function of maturity and interaction with its environment. In other words, development is a functional change that is influenced by the achievement of the level of physical maturity. This development process can be understood by the existence of several principles / laws, in which the principle / law governs the whole of the development process and is definitely something that is in the development process. Thus, these principles must be understood by all education stakeholders, especially for School Principals and Teachers, because the principles are very urgent in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving educational goals, including by developing a curriculum or making learning programs that are in accordance with the developmental stages of participants the student.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between learning motivation andintellectual intelligence with learning outcomes both individually and together. The population of this study amounted to 272 students, a sample of 98 people. Learning motivation data using a Likert scale questionnaire. The intellectual intelligence of students is tested, learning outcomes are obtained through report cards. The results of the first hypothesis analysis are 15.5%. The second hypothesis is 10.04%. The third hypothesis is 27.46%. the remaining 72.54% is influenced by other variables not measured in this study.
