JURNAL ansiru PAI is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. The analysis can be viewed from various perspectives of interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ansiru PAI is published twice a year: January and July.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the problems posed, namely how:(1) teacherpreparation for the Hadith in applying the constructivism learningstrategies? (2) the application of the steps of the Hadith Al-Qur'an teacherapplies the constructivism learning strategies? (3) the involvement ofstudents in the learning of the Qur'an Hadith using constructnivism? (4)constraints or barriers to the Qur'anic Hadith teacher in applyingconstructivism, andn (5) the effectiveness and learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith and the application of the constructivism learningstrategies?. The subjects of this study were the two Qur'anic Hadithteachers who worked over five years. Data collection techniques arecarried out by observation, interviews, and document studies. The dataanalysis technique uses three stages, data reduction, data display, andconclusion as recommended by Miles and Huberman. The results, First,the teacher has made preparations before conducting teaching activities inthe form of preparation of syllabus and Learning Implementation Plansthat have been previously validated (checked) by the principal. Second, theimplementation of constructivism learning strategis in learning has beencarried out, but from the four steps of the constructivism learningstrategies it has not been fully implemented properly. Third, studentinvolvement in learning tends to be active and the learning conditions arepleasant. Fourth, the obstacles or obstacles encountered by the teacherrelate to the circumstances and completeness of learning resources andmedia. Fifth, the effectiveness and student learning outcomes increasewhich can be seen from the acquisition of their mastery learning value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article is the result of research to find information about student's ability and persistence to read Alqur'an and its effect on result of learning. The research method used is f test and t test and analyzed with simple linear regression statistic formula. This research was conducted on 46 students of Energy Conversion Technique State Polytechnic of Medan.Data collection techniques are observation, interview, questionnaire and oral and written test. Based on the statistical analysis concluded that the data show the hypothesis of researchers have been tested empirically that the ability to read Alqur'an has an influence on student learning outcomes. This is indicated by Fcount> F table (106.726> 4.06), so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Also indicated by the test tcount> ttable = (10.331> 2.01537).This means that there is a linear, positive and significant influence between the ability to read Alqur'an on student learning outcomes. Improved student learning outcomes are influenced by the ability to read Alqur'an 70.1%. The rest of the students' learning outcomes are influenced by factors that are not observed in this study that is equal to 29.9%.This finding becomes a great opportunity for the effort to improve student's learning achievement by way of guiding the ability of reading the official and sustainable Alqur'an. Concrete students need to be motivated to form groups (halaqah) Alqur'an on campus whose activities can be up to Polmed even by using media on line. For lecturers also have to give rewards for students who are diligent and have good reading ability, let alone he has a good recitations talent and has achievements in MTQN. Keywords: ability to read Alqur'an, learning outcomes, improvement of achievement

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan prinsip- prinsip komunikasi Islam, kegiatan-kegiatan dan fasilitas PT Ulfa Rizki dalam mensosialisasikan ibadah haji dan umrah di kota Medan, dan respon masyarakat terhadap PT Ulfa Rizki dalam mensosialisasikan ibadah haji dan umrah di kota Medan. Metode Penelitian ini adlaah kualitatif yang menitikberatkan pada penelitian studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yang lebih mendetail, mendalam dan lebih intensif kepada PT Ulfa Rizki. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer (data pokok) adalah PT Ulfa Rizki, karyawan dan staff juga merupakan data primer dalam penelitian ini, dan data sekunder (data tambahan) penulis peroleh dari masyarakat yang mengetahui PT Ulfa Rizki dan beberapa buku-buku literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa PT Ulfa Rizki telah menerapkan prinsip- prinsip komunikasi Islam dalam mensosialisasikan ibadah haji dan umrah yaitu menyampaikan perkataan yang benar, perkataan yang berbekas pada jiwa, perkataan yang pantas (mudah dipahami), perkataan yang lemah lembut, perkataan yang baik dan perkataan yang mulia. Adapun kegiatan yang diberikan PT Ulfa Rizki pada para jamaah ialah pelatihan manasik, zikir dan muhasabah dan pengajian Alquran. Selain itu juga melakukan ziarah ke beberapa tempat di kota Mekah dan Madinah. Sedangkan fasilitas yang diberikan tergantung pada jenis umrah yang dipilih. Untuk haji, travel PT Ulfa Rizki hanya menyediakan haji khusus/ haji plus. Respon masyarakat terhadap sosialisasi yang dilakukan PT Ulfa Rizki bermacam- macam. Ada yang menerima dan ada pula yang menolak dengan alasan- alasan tertentu.

Abstract

This study was conducted with regard to the phenomenon of Islamic religious education graduates who became class teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pangkalan Susu distric. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Problematic graduates of PAI as classroom teachers in planning instructional. 2) Problematic graduates of PAI as classroom teachers in implementing instructional. 3) Problematic graduates of PAI as classroom teachers in conducting instructional evaluation. The type of research is using qualitative research methods with phenomenology approach. The subject of research is the graduate of Islamic Religious Education who has become a class teacher. The result of the research that problematic of PAI graduates as teacher of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah class in planning instructional in Pangkalan Susu sub-district of Langkat district is still having difficulties to make instructional plan independently. Besides these three Madrasah Ibtidaiyah also do not have a library that can provide books that qualified to be used as a source of learning. While in implementing the instructional is the similarity of teachers in the method of learning and the lack of mastery of the material. This is due to their lack of knowledge about the variety of instructional methods and the lack of mastery of the material. On the other hand these teachers rarely attend training, seminars, workshops that can provide information for development for their profession. As for the evaluation of learning is not yet meet the assessment procedures. This is because the teacher has not understood the way the preparation of the implementation Plan of instructional.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the influence of peers on the deviant behavior of class X SMK Binjai Satria Private Lessons Year 2017/2018 .Populasi fifty students, based on the opinions Suharsimi Arikunto when the subject is less than 100 better taken all that research is a population study, based on the opinion of the samples will be taken from the number populasisehingga entire sample in this study amounted to 50 students. This research is a quantitative research. The questionnaire results of peers obtained from the respondents have obtained average value / mean of 52.Hasil questionnaire deviant behavior obtained from the respondents have obtained average value / mean of 59,5.Setelah know that the data collected is valid, then calculation is then performed to test the normality of the data, from the calculation of the normality test has been known that the samples obtained normal distribution, as well as statistical testing was performed using simple linear regression analysis with the testing criteria to test the linearity and regresi.Pada equation significance test research hypotheses, find that the working hypothesis or Ha received r valuecalculated at 0.314 and rtable at 0.284, Because rcount>rtable (0.314> 0.284), we can conclude Ha accepted, that there are Influence Peers Against Deviant Behavior Class X SMK Private Satria Binjai Academic Year 2017/2018

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to see the implementation of learning tahfiz Al-Quran at the Islamic Center of North Sumatra; (2) to identify the level of ability of memorizing the Quran Naat on the Islamic Center of North Sumatra. The approach was conducted in this study is a qualitative approach, the acquisition of this research data dug through the process of observation (observing) the field, carrying out interviews on various related parties, and study documents related. The analysis of the data done by the collection of data, data presentation, data reduction, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this research are; (1) the learning process tahfizh Al-Quran Islamic Center Foundation in North Sumatra, where is planning or rules that have been set well done Madrasah parties, ranging from the early riser, memorizing the Quran ready dawn, following the learning process, until at the end of which time the specified break time. Learning methods Tahfizh Al-Quran also remain selective and restrictive, for example, every time memorizing students wrong or ' severe ' bogged down as much as 3 times, it will be allowed to take the time to return other tasmi '; (2) the process of learning in the Foundation of the Islamic centre is effective one is by reviewing the achievement results of memorizing the santri. In this case, the students had a good achievement level, where students could memorize more than the juz 3 in one semester or about 0.5 sheets per day. Thus, through a process of review and following his findings, the visibility that the tahfizh Al-Quran learning in the Foundation of the Islamic Centre is effective.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and to describe: (1) the effect of interest inlearning on student Jurisprudence learning outcomes, (2) the effect ofcommunication skills on student Jurisprudence learning outcomes, and (3)the influence of learning interest and the ability to communicate togetheron Jurisprudence learning outcomes students. This type of research isquantitative research with correlation research methods. The populationof this study was all students in class V MIN Bah Kapul, Pematang SiantarCity consisting of 2 classes with a total of 60 students. The instruments ofdata collection used were questionnaires and test results. Data analysistechniques used are correlation and regression. The research findingsshow: (1) a positive and significant relationship between interest inlearning and student learning outcomes with a correlation number of0.749 and a determinant coefficient of 0.561 with a regression line equation Ŷ = 44.72 + 0.50X1 (2) a positive relationship and significant between communication skills and learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.391 and a determinant coefficient of 0.152 with regression line equation Ŷ = 56.67 + 0.27X2 (3) a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and the ability to communicate together with results learning with a correlation number of 0.817 and a determinant coefficient of 0.667 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 36.27 + 0.483X1 + 0.196X2.

Abstract

Since the enactment of decentralization of education, maximizing the role of school and community stakeholders has become very important in supporting the success of the education process in schools. The actualization form of education decentralization is realized by the existence of school committees which are expected to carry out their roles maximally in improving the quality of education. With the aspect seen, namely the role of the school committee as consideration, support, control, and role as mediator, the role is as a form of improving the quality of education in accordance with the mandate stated in the Minister of National Education Decree Number: 044 / U / 2002 dated April 2, 2002 Therefore, with regard to efforts to improve the quality of education, the government has actually issued a policy namely education autonomy. Educational autonomy as a form of education decentralization, gave birth to an important concept for the implementation of education. One of these important concepts is School-Based Management (SBM) which later gave birth to the School Committee as a manifestation of community participation in the world of education. The concept encourages school and community committees to become unified and complementary, and can even provide a color for the formulation of quality in schools. Society is an unequaled educational resource for education units. In community schools can be a foundation for improving and service quality education in the implementation of education.

Abstract

Islamic Education as a form of teaching and learning based on the principles and values of Islam. Education in Islam is a means towards the improvement of morals. In other words, education in Islam is a function to achieve the sublime morals, while educational institutions are aspects of material to perform these functions. Rearrangement or school improvement is a systematic effort, sustained intended to change the learning process and other related internal conditions in schools, with the goal of achieving educational goals more effectively. Structuring educational institutions as an approach to educational change that has two purposes: 1) to improve student achievement and, 2) to strengthen the school's capacity for managing change. School improvement approach everything should have the ultimate goal kepasa efforts to improve student achievement. Efforts to improve the school should not be based on the state of the schools that have a shortage / low-quality. Due to the increasingly dynamic changing times then the school must continue to improve its quality. Because the schools that already have a good quality can continue to get better again.

Abstract

This article aims to uncover the treasures of the yellow book in a historical perspective. The methodology used in this article is the research methodology putaka or libraryresearch.The authors conclude that there are at least three characters in the writer of the 20th century who wrote the Yellow Book. Firstly, namely Ahmad Khatib (d. 1915) Minangkabau Indonesia- -bapak Islamic reformers who also was a disciple of Sheikh Bantani Nawawi (d. 1896). Second, Kyai Mahfouz Termas (d. 1919-20). The third was Muhammad Hasyim Asy'ari (1287-1366 / 1870-1947). There are two important points to explain the position and significance of the Yellow Book in schools. The first point, the authenticity of the Yellow Book for pesantren is a reference to abortion has been unquestionable. The fact that the Yellow Book was written long ago and continues to be used from time to time indicate that the book has been verified in history. The second point, Yellow Book is very important for schools to facilitate the process of deep religious understanding so as to formulate a fresh explanation but not ahistorical about the teachings of Islam, the Qur'an and Hadith. A brief description of the tradition over the Yellow Book shows how schools as an institution needs to work hard to maintain his identity while continuing to hold the development of tradition and orientation.
