JURNAL ansiru PAI is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. The analysis can be viewed from various perspectives of interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ansiru PAI is published twice a year: January and July.

Abstract

Learning mthod innovation will influence learning media used and it is hoped to improve learning qualities. This study was intended to find out The Effect of Using Riddle Technique on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery of The 2017/2018 Tenth Grade Students of Smk Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat. There were two classes for the population with the total 56 students. And for the sample, all population were taken out. The data were collected by administering tests. The data was applied statistically. Then the data were analyzed by applying the calculation of test. Havinf the data been computed by using t-test formula, it shows that tobserved in certain degree of freedom 28 and 0.05, is higher than ttable. And the value is 9.83 > 2.048. in other words, the hypothesis “there is any Effect of Using Riddle Technique on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery of The 2017/2018 Tenth Grade Students of Smk Swasta Pemda Langkat Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat, is accepted. Learning method with interactive technique can improve students’ vocabulary, because if the method can interest students’ attention they will enjoy and easy to receive the lesson.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) the effect of the applicationof STAD cooperative learning strategies to the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadiths of Simalungun MTs Negeri 3 students, (2) the effect oflearning activities on learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith students ofMTs Negeri 3 Simalungun, (3) the interaction of the application of STADcooperative learning strategies and learning activities to the learningoutcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith students of Simalungun MTs Negeri 3.This type of research is quantitative research with research methods usedare experiments. The population of this study were all class VIII whichconsisted of 5 classes. The sampling technique is used cluster randomsampling. This technique was chosen because what was sampled from thepopulation was the number of classes (as many as 5 classes) rather thanthe number of students in the population. STAD cooperative learningstrategy class is class VIII1 with 36 students and Class VIII3 as expositorylearning class with 38 students. The data collection technique is a learningoutcome test and questionnaire. Data analysis technique is analysis ofvariance tested at α = 0.05. Findings The results of the study were: (1) theaverage learning outcomes of students taught with STAD cooperativelearning strategies = 28 higher than the average student learning outcomestaught with expository learning strategies = 26.95, with Fcount = 27.44 >Ftable = 3.98, (2) the average student learning outcomes with high learningactivities = 29.61 higher than student learning outcomes with low learningactivities = 26.07 with Fcount = 6.17> Ftable = 3.98, and (3) there is aninteraction between learning strategies and learning activities towardsCivics learning outcomes with Fcount = 18.27 > Ftable = 3.98.

Abstract

A story in Al Qur‟an is can be related to education if in the interaction of the sory involves the following aspects: the aims of education, educators, learners, materials, and methods. So, the authors in this research, try to examine the stories inside the al-Qur‟an, particularly which of educational interaction model within the people in the past. Thus, from the background above, the research problems of this research were how the concept of educational in Al-Qur‟an perspective and what is the application in education itself is. The primary resources in this research is coming from the story of Ibrahim and Musa (Q.S. Al-Kahfi: 60-82), the story of Ibrahim dan Ismail (Q.S. Al-Shaffat: 102-107), and the story of Luqman (Q.S. Luqman: 12-19). The findings of this research shows that the concept of educational interaction in in the al-Qur‟an consists of 1) the aims of education: humanism, insan kamil, and highest endeavor; 2) the characteristic of educators: wise, mercy, democratic, understanding students‟ psychological condition, knowledgeable, comprehending the materials, patient, and sincere; 3) the characteristics of learners: obedient, determined, patient, strong motivation, never giving up, well mannered, humble, and respecting teachers; 4) Material: aqidah, syari‟ah and akhlak, and 5) methods: dialogic, modelling, democratic, and advicing.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1)Application of evaluation of studentlearning outcomes on curriculum KTSP in PAI subjects in SMP Negeri 1Binjai District Langkat Regency Teaching Year 2017/2018.2)Implementation of the evaluation of student learning outcomes oncurriculum 2013 in PAI subjects in SMP Negeri 1 Binjai District LangkatRegency Teaching Year 2017/2018. 3) Analysis of the implementation ofthe evaluation of student learning outcomes in the educational unitcurriculum (KTSP) and curriculum 2013 in the subjects of PAI in SMPNegeri 1 Binjai District, Langkat Regency Teachings Year 2017/ 2018.Themethod used in this study is a qualitative methodology by using thedescription approach, while the instrument is the researcher. The datacomes from two sources namely primary and secondary data. Datacollection techniques consist of observation, interview, anddocumentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, datapresentation, and conclusion. The examination of the validity of the dataof researchers using 4 techniques of degree of trust, transparency,dependence, and certainty with triangulation of sources and datacollection. The result of the research shows that the implementation of theevaluation of student learning outcomes in KTSP and the curriculum 2013in PAI subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Binjai District Langkat District 2017/ 2018academic year is categorized quite well, KTSP is used in class IX, andcurriculum 2013 is used in class VII and VIII, this is because whenstudents enter the school until the students finish using a curriculum. Thestandard of scores on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) inschools for the two curriculum is 65. The school has its own policy for theassessment format. The value range for KTSP is the scale of 0-100, whilefor the curriculum 2013 there is a change from a scale of 1-4 to a scale of 0-100. Student report cards for the curriculum 2013 are listed in eachassessment column namely attitude, knowledge and skill, while for KTSPthere is only an attitude assessment, and an assessment of knowledge with skill put together in a single assessment column. Assessment of attitudes in the KTSP report card has been written in it that is the assessment of the personality and noble character of the students filled by teachers with the assessment of the letter, while the attitude assessment in the curriculum 2013 report cards there is a column of assessment of spiritual attitudes and columns assessment of social attitudes that each is still empty, so assessment is filled by the teacher by writing the student's attitude that is seen during the student following the learning process at school.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the relationship of the intellectual and academic achievement of students in SD Muhammadiyah 29 Sunggal Deli Serdang. 2). To determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and student achievement in SD Muhammadiyah 29 Sunggal Deli Serdang. 3). To determine the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence with student achievement in SD Muhammadiyah 29 Sunggal Deli Serdang.This research is using quantitative research with 65 respondents. Data management hypothesis testing using product moment analysis, F test, t test, chi square, determination, simple regression and multiple regression.            The results showed that there is a relationship intellectual intelligence with student achievement, has a correlation value of0.787 while correlation table at 0.478, coefficient of 0.9493 F test, t test for 10.133and the determination coefficient of 0.765 (76.5%), there is a relationship of emotional intelligence and academic achievement.has a correlation value of 0.788 while correlation table at 0.476, F test coefficient of 0.673, t test of 10.155 while the t test table by 2.66 and the coefficient of determination coefficient of 0.773 (77.3%), there is a relationship emosioanal intellect and intelligence together with academic achievement.has a correlation value of 0.789 while correlation table at 0.476, coefficient of 0.9476 F test, t test of 10.211 while the t test table by 2.66 and the determination coefficient of 0.769 (76.9%) with 23.1% influenced by other factors or variables and are not examined in this study.            Based on the calculation results obtained from this study can be said that there is a significant relationship anatar intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence to student achievement either simultaneously or in every variable. Key words: Intelligence intellectual, emotional intelligence, learning achievement

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) the different effect betweeninductive and deductive instructional strategy toward Islamic Education achievement,(2) the difference of the Islamic Education achievement between student with highlearning motivation and low learning motivation, and (3) the interaction betweeninstructional strategy and learning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement.The population of this research was all students of Grade V V SDN 1 Birem consistingof two classes. The sampling technique applied was cluster random sampling taughtwith inductive instructional strategy and the students taught with deductiveinstructional strategy. The instrument used to measure the Islamic Educationachievement was a multiple choice test. The instrument used to measure the students’learning motivation was questionnaire. The normality test used Liliefors and thehomogeneity test was Fisher test and Bartlett test. The data analysis technique wasAnalysis of Variance with two-way at the level of significance  = 0,05 followed byScheffe test. The research findings were: (1) on average the students’ IslamicEducation achievement taught with inductive instructional strategy was X = 28.14which was higher than the average the students’ Islamic Education achievementtaught with deductive instructional strategy, which was X = 27.07 with F count = 35.08> Ftable = 3.96, (2) on average the student’ Islamic Education achievement with highlearning motivatione was X = 29.91, which was higher than the student’ IslamicEducation achievement with low learning motivation was X = 26.05 with F count = 4.28> F table = 3.96, and (3) there was an interaction between instructional strategy andlearning motivation toward Islamic Education achievement with F count = 9,94 > Ftable= 3.96.

Abstract

Assertive behavior is an ability to communicate what they want, feel, and think to others while maintaining and respecting the rights and feelings other people. the concept of self is something in yourself that people have about themselves in shape with confidence, persaan or attitude of a person through the experiences he gained from interaction with the environment. A positive self concept will bring a person to be assertive, so that when interacting with a positive environmental and insightful it will form a positive self-concept, and vice versa. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine how big the influence of self-concept toward assertive behavior STKIP Raising student Binjai. The problem in this research are: 1). Is there any influence on the behavior of self-concept of students STKIP Cultivation asrtif Binjai ?. This Penelitain use of hypothesis testing. The population in this study were students smester 5 totaling 250 people. Samples taken as many as 20% of the population, as many as 50 people. Data retrieved through a questionnaire of self-concept and assertive behavior, as many as 80 items before the trial and after the trial 67 items. Data analysis using test engineering requirements analysis, and hypothesis testing ANOVA one way. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusion: there is the influence mkionsep themselves against the assertive behavior STKIP Raising student Binjai. Gasil coefficient of 0.002 P-value is greater than the significance level of 0.05, when the P-valuevlue less than 0.05then declared to have significance. So the results of the analysis ofcoefficient the P-vlue smaller than it otherwise there is a significant level of self-concept influences on behavior influence of student assertive STKIP Cultivation Binjai. Suggestions for further research to be researched and developed with the same topic, is expected to make a more specific measurement tools and simpler language so easy to understand students. In addition to improving the correlation between the factors of each instrument of research, may be created or designed a better measuring devices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain valid and accurate information about the state of the implementation of Islamic education in Muslim families in urban and rural areas. The type of research is field research (field research, field work) by observing and searching data directly to the research location and object under study. Sample of urban community study done in District of Medan Denai, Medan City and rural area is done in Pancur Batu Village, Deli Serdang Regency. From the result of the research, it is found that (1) the condition of Muslim family education which is weak and very far from the expectation of Islamic teachings at this time makes the root of the problem of the low quality of Muslims both in urban and rural areas and also become the main factor of powerlessness of education system which exists. (2) The failure of religious education system in the family raises various problems such as moral decadence, high crime rate of drug use and other immorality. (3) There is no significance of Islamic teachings that are perfect with the quantity of the majority Indonesian Muslims. Various efforts to improve the quality of human resources and character education development face the challenge of being powerless due to the weakness of family education

Abstract

This study aims to find out and to stress: (1) the effect of the application oflearning strategies on students' Akidah Akhlah learning outcomes, (2) theeffect of learning motivation on student Akidah Akhlah learningoutcomes, and (3) the interaction between learning strategies and learningmotivation towards Akidah Akhlak learning outcomes. The population ofthis study was all students in class V MIN Sei Mati Medan consisting of 3classes. Based on Cluster Random sampling techniques. The researchinstrument is a test used to obtain learning outcome data andquestionnaires to obtain data on student learning motivation. The analysistechnique is two-way Anova at significance  = 0.05 followed by theScheffe test. The results showed: (1) the average learning outcomes ofstudents taught with collaborative learning strategies X = 28.15 higherthan the average learning outcomes of students taught with competitivelearning strategies X = 26.92, with Fcount = 29.57 > Ftable = 3.968, (2) theaverage learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation X =29.93 higher than the learning outcomes of students with low learningmotivation X = 25.94 with Fcount = 4.43 > Ftable = 3.968, and (3) there is aninteraction between learning strategies and learning motivation towardsAkidah Akhlak learning outcomes with Fcount = 7.18 > Ftable = 3.968.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to improve the learning process and Improve Fardhu Prayer Skill and Read al-Qur'an through Peer Tutor Method at SMPN 4 Lima Puluh Kabupaten Batu Bara. The method used in this research is qualitative research in the form of class action research (PTK), data pengumpualan technique that is by way of observation, questionnaires, documents and pasticipative. The stages of this research are cycles that include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, and are implemented in two cycles. The result of the research proves that peer tutor method can improve the students' skill in performing fardhu prayer and read al-Qur'an in SMPN 4 Lima Puluh. The result of field observation shows that the fardhu and read al-Qur'an students' reading skills are improved, it can be seen from the post test of cycle I, that the percentage of completeness is 26,66% and post test of cycle II percentage is 93,33% The percentage of mastery increased by 66.67%. Thus the classical thoroughness requirement that is at least 85% of the total students reaching the value of ≥ 80 has been met. Keywords: Peer Tutor, Fardhu Prayer, Al-Quran
