Abstract

The background of the eczema policy during the pandemic based on PP No. 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions has had a detrimental impact on the community. This study aims to determine the level of losses experienced by Old Iron SMEs. Primary data were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic ExportImport Policy on Scrap Metal SMEs in maintaining businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the Sumberwono Bangsal area, Mojokerto Regency. In this study, researchers obtained data using interview, observation and documentation methods from this study, it is known that the Old Iron MSME actors experienced a 50% - 60% decrease in income during social restrictions and export-import

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know a clear picture of the organizational structure of Brigif-4 Mar / BS in implementing Binpotmar. Knowing a clear picture of the human resources (HR) of coastal communities in Pulau Pahawang Village and Pulau Tegal Village. Knowing a clear picture of Brigif-4 Mar / BS with other stakeholders in Binpotmar activities. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive surveys, and in processing data using NVivo 12 Plus and analyzed using the Triangulation method. The results showed that the Intelligence Staff who was in charge of the Maritime Potential Development activities Brigif-4 Mar / BS was in principle able to carry out their duties well but not optimally. Binpotmar Brigif-4 Mar / BS which was held in Pahawang Island Village and Tegal Island could not run optimally. Coordination and cooperation between Brigif-4 Mar / BS in the implementation of Binpormar with other stakeholders has been going well but only ceremonial in nature.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of a commander's leadership style in motivating the soldiers, besides that this study also aimed to prove whether the transformational leadership style with its four elements (The Four I's) was able to increase the motivation and performance of Yonkomlek 1 Marines. In the implementation of this study using qualitative methods, data collection was carried out by interviewing and observing the object of research in the 1st Marine Marine Corps, and then for data processing using the NVivo data processing tool. From the results of research and data processing, it was found that there was a significant effect that with the transformational leadership style applied by the Battalion Commander in Yonkomlek 1 Marines, the motivation and performance of soldiers increased. From the results of Nvivo processing, it is also found that of the four Transformational elements, individual considerations have the greatest influence among other elements, so it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style has a major influence on improving the performance of the 1st Marine Yonkomlek soldiers, it is recommended to the leaders or battalion commanders. can apply the transformational leadership style to the unit in order to create effective leadership and be able to improve the performance of the unit.

Abstract

The Jalesveva Jayamahe Navy Doctrine is a doctrine that has a basic nature as a guideline for realizing a victorious Navy. The Jalesveva Jayamahe Doctrine contains the Navy's Trisila as a basic guideline for a soldier's code of ethics that is born from the characteristics of a soldier's life at sea and can be used as an example for his discipline and loyalty. The Navy's Trisila consists of military discipline, hierarchy and honor. The elaboration of discipline in the Navy's Trisila relates to soldiers who are responsible, punctual, serious, orderly and capable. The hierarchy consists of chain of command, professional, teamwork and obedient. Military honor relates to honesty, patriotism, courage, excellence and persistence. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation as a form of application of doctrine on the performance of Srena Mabesal soldiers. The population in this study were all Srena Headquarters soldiers and the sample as research respondents was chosen randomly from the population of 54 Srena Headquarters soldiers in 2019 with the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5%. The research method that will be used is explanatory research with the aim of analyzing the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data processing using SPSS.25 Tools for validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, simple regression test and multiple regression test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between discipline on performance with a t count of 20,933, a significant effect of work motivation on performance with a t count of 10,218 and a simultaneous influence between discipline and motivation on the performance of Srena Mabesal soldiers with an F count of 240,704.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Customer Orientation, Customer-Centric Organizational System, CRM Technology to CRM Capabilities and Their Impact on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. The population used is the customers of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia and the sampling technique is carried out using a purposive sampling technique as many as 130 respondents. This research is a correlation type using a quantitative method approach. The results showed that Customer Orientation had no significant effect on the CRM Capabilities variable, Customer-Centric Organizational System had a significant effect on the CRM Capabilities variable, CRM Technology had a significant effect on the CRM Capabilities variable, CRM Capabilities had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an effect of the implementation of good corporate governance, firm size, and financial performance on firm value. And the results are known if the implementation of good corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value, in contrast to firm size and financial performance which have a negative effect on firm value. On the one hand, financial performance can be an intervention variable for good corporate governance and firm size on firm value in a positive direction. From these objectives and results, it is recommended for further researchers to explore the indicators that exist in each member to find out valid findings by reviewing various aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and board size on corporate social responsibility (CSR) with financial performance (ROA) as an intervening variable in mining companies in Indonesia. The sample of this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that (1) firm size had a significant effect on ROA, (2) leverage had no effect on ROA. (3) the size of the board of commissioners has no effect on ROA, (4) the size of the company has no effect on CSR, (5) leverage has a significant effect on CSR, (6) the size of the board of commissioners has no effect on CSR, (7) ROA has a significant effect on CSR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence and service period simultaneously and partially on the regeneration of KRI Class REM. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression techniques. The sample used was 69 ABK KRI Class REM selected using the slovin formula from a total population of 220 existing personnel. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence partially has a positive significant effect on the regeneration of KRI Class REM crew, this means that competence is an important factor in efforts to increase the regeneration of KRI Class REM crew members, therefore personnel competence needs to be improved, (2) Period service partially does not have a significant positive effect on the regeneration of REM Class KRI crew, this means that service period is not the main factor in efforts to increase the regeneration of REM Class KRI crew members, (3) Competence and service period simultaneously have a significant positive effect on REM class KRI crew regeneration, this means that these two variables play an important role in increasing the regeneration of the crew of the REM class KRI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, and firm size on firm value with stock price as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020. The number of samples in this study was determined by purposive sampling method so that the number of samples that met the criteria were 26 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test using the Eviews 10 software application. The results show that profitability has a\ positive and significant effect on firm value, solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and firm size has negative and significant effect on firm value, stock prices are able to moderate the relationship between profitability, solvency, and firm size on firm value.

Abstract

This study intends to assess the effect of Shariah Compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance on fraud in Islamic banks. The independent variables used are Shariah Compliance with Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio and Islamic Investment Ratio as a proxy and Islamic Corporate Governance. Fraud in Islamic banking is the variable. In this study, the population is Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks (BSI) registered with Bank Indonesia from 2017 to 2019. Three Indonesian Islamic banks are used as examples in this study, with a three-year research period. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study, which was carried out with SPSS version 22. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance had no effect on Financial Statement Fraud
