Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of person organization fit on creative behavior and psychological ownership on creative behavior and the influence of person organization fit on creative behavior with psychological ownership as a mediating variable. Creative behavior is fundamental to produce valuable and innovative products and be able to adapt to customer needs. Creative behavior can support the organization in providing ideas for the progress and sustainability of the organization. Creative produces innovation, both of which play a role in the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization when viewed from the perspective of organizational excellence. This can be said to get creative behavior in the organization, it is necessary to have an employee suitability for the organization, this is an important factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how organizational citizenship behavior mediated by work engagement is influenced by perceptions of organizational support. This research uses quantitative methodology. The General Staff of Malang City Hall was the subject of the research. Using SmartPLS software, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using PLS techniques. Factors to examine include organizational citizenship, perceived organizational support, and work engagement. Based on the findings of this research, POS has no significant effect on OCB. On the other hand, POS influences work engagement, and can indirectly and significantly mediate the relationship between POS factors and OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence whether economic growth in districts/cities in Indonesia during 2018-2020 is influenced by financial performance in the form of independence ratios, compatibility ratios, effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, and growth ratios. This is because economic growth is very important and needed to open opportunities for regions to reduce the number of unemployed and reduce the number of poor people. The population used in this research is all regencies and cities in Indonesia in 2018-2020. The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling method, with a final sample size of 146 samples from 46 districts/cities in Indonesia during the 2018-2020 research period. This study uses a multiple linear regression testing model that is tested with the help of SmartPLS. This research concludes that there is an influence between gender equality and economic growth, the ratio of independence and gender equality, and the ratio of harmony to gender equality. Meanwhile, from this study it can also be concluded that there is no influence between efficiency ratios on gender equality, efficiency ratios on economic growth, and independence ratios on economic growth.

Abstract

This study intends to provide practical and theoretical insights into how employees maintain emotional stability and self-efficacy in achieving career success in hospitality employees in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative method using a questionnaire given to 123 respondents. This research used a purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) software in analyzing data. The results of the study found that emotional stability has a positive and significant effect on employee self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee career success. Emotional stability has a significant positive effect on employee career success. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect in mediating the emotional stability and career success of hotel employees in Surabaya. The results of this study support the social cognitive theory.

Abstract

Salt tourism is one of the unique tours that offers natural scenery in the form of salt fields with piles of salt piled up. This tour is the first salt tour in Madura whis is located in Bunder Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Over time, tourism development is carried out by the manager, namely BUMDes Mutiara Saghara in the hope of increasing the number of visitors. However, the development process requires considerable costs. This must be in line with the benefits that will be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of salt eduwisata development on the economy of the surronding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that many benefits were felt by the community with the presence of salt eduwisata.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, work competence on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variabel at Fakhira Clinic in Sawah Lunto, Al-Barkah, Menteng Wadas, and Pesanggrahan. Data was collected on 125 respondents through distributing questionnaires using the census method. The technique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is processed using smartPLS 3.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on job satisfaction, there is an effect of job satisfaction on performance, and there is an influence of leadership style and work competence on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. This research was only conducted in four branches in Sawah Lunto, Al-Barkah, Menteng Wadas, Pesanggrahan, and research variables used in this study only motivation, leadership style, work competence, and performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the impulsive buying behavior carried out by consumers when shopping. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of store atmosphere, shopping lifestyle, and price on impulse buying, which is mediated by positive emotions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Sampling used the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research was carried out using PLS. The research results show that there is a significant indirect influence between store atmosphere, shopping lifestyle, and price on impulse buying through positive emotion in Ninety-Fashion Hijab in Blitar City. This proves that the hypothesis in this research cannot be fully accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Image and Content Marketing on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as a moderating variable for NTB Mall customers in Mataram City. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, namely an explanation of the number measurement system using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples determined in this study were 90 respondents who had made purchases at the NTB Mall. The results and conclusions found are that Store image and content marketing have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, and Store image and content marketing also have a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention for NTB Mall consumers. However, the role of Customer Satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between Store image and content marketing on Repurchase Intention for NTB Mall consumers.

Abstract

In order to improve the company's performance, various efforts are needed to improve employee performance so that it fits the company's needs in dealing with current developments, so the purpose of this study is to describe the compensation, motivation and performance of employees of PT. SKV Prosperous Surabaya, to test and analyze the effect of compensation on performance through work motivation of employees of PT. SKV Prosperous Surabaya. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population uses all employees of PT. SKV Prosperous Surabaya, totaling 50 people who are also the research sample because it uses a saturated sampling technique. The hypothesis testing method used in this study is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that employee performance, employee motivation and compensation given to employees at PT. SKV Prosperous Surabaya is already in high condition. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation at PT. SKV Prosperous Surabaya

Abstract

Firm Value is a form of corporate achievement that is seen from the perspective of some parties such as investors who associate the value of a company from its stock price. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on firm value, profitability on firm value, Dividend policy moderates the effect of liquidity on firm value and Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is the financial statements of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 61 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 11 companies was obtained. Analysis of the data used in this study is using descriptive statistics and moderation regression analysis with data processing through SPSS software. The results of the study show that Liquidity (CR) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability (ROA) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the liquidity (CR) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the profitability (ROA) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
