Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the effect of using Smartphones on the performance of Pasmar 1 soldiers. To analyze and prove whether the use of Smartphones can improve the performance of Pasmar 1 soldiers. simple linear regression. The research population is in Pasmar 1, both those with the rank of officer, non-commissioned officer and enlisted, totaling 1708 personnel, with the slovin formula the sample in this study amounted to 235 Pasmar 1 soldiers who will be sampled. The results of the analysis show that partially the variable use of Smartphone (X) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Pasmar 1 Soldiers (Y). This shows that the application of the use of smartphone technology will greatly contribute strongly to the performance of Pasmar 1 soldiers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence and service period simultaneously and partially on the regeneration of KRI Class REM. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression techniques. The sample used was 69 ABK KRI Class REM selected using the slovin formula from a total population of 220 existing personnel. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence partially has a positive significant effect on the regeneration of KRI Class REM crew, this means that competence is an important factor in efforts to increase the regeneration of KRI Class REM crew members, therefore personnel competence needs to be improved, (2) Period service partially does not have a significant positive effect on the regeneration of REM Class KRI crew, this means that service period is not the main factor in efforts to increase the regeneration of REM Class KRI crew members, (3) Competence and service period simultaneously have a significant positive effect on REM class KRI crew regeneration, this means that these two variables play an important role in increasing the regeneration of the crew of the REM class KRI.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of personnel capabilities, facilities and infrastructure partially and simultaneously on the readiness of Iswahjudi Air Force communication and electronics operations. In order to achieve these objectives, this study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey research design using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, obtained 88 samples. Data analysis technique by doing descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, using simple regression and multiple regression, with a significance of 5% (0.05). The results of the study found that the ability of personnel had a significant, positive effect on the readiness of Iswahjudi Lanud's communications and electronics operations. The facilities and infrastructure have a significant, positive effect on the readiness of communications and electronics operations at Iswahjudi Air Force Base, and together the capabilities of personnel, facilities and infrastructure have a significant and positive effect on the readiness of communications and electronics operations at Iswahjudi Air Force Base

Abstract

This research has purpose to analyze the differences in employee workload during Work From Office (WFO) and Work From Home (WFH). The ultimate goal of measuring workload is to improve working conditions, improve the design of the working environment, and the workflow streamline. Based on population 360 people staff of PT Pertamina Retail, a total of 186 samples can be obtained in this research using NASA TLX. The method of NASA TLX includes six aspecs, namely: mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, and frustration level. Researcher compares the differences of workload on two working conditions WFO and WFH with Paired T Test. The significance value of the test is 0.000, meaning smaller than alpha 5%. On this basis, it can be concluded that there is a difference in workload during WFH and WFO for PT Pertamina Retail workers.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of employee job satisfaction as a moderator of the effect of online motivation, motivation and leadership on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a moderator. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, the independent variables in this study are online training, motivation and leadership, while the moderating variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction which moderates online training, motivation and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to help the management of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in knowing the effect of increasing the performance and job satisfaction of BRI Sidoarjo branch employees.

Abstract

Indonesia membuka peluang bagi investor asing agar masuk ke pasar ritel domestik untuk menguasai pasar swalayan maupun e-commerce. Berawal dari hal tersebut, tingkat persaingan bidang usaha di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, khususnya pasar global di bidang ritel modern. Miniso merupakan ritel modern yang paling ekspansif dan menjadi incaran masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan merek, citra merek, dan kepuasan merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang dimediasi oleh loyalitas merek Miniso di Surabaya. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 290 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria berlangganan merek Miniso minimal 6 bulan, berusia minimal 17 Tahun, dan berdomisili di Kota Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara offline berupa lembar kuesioner berisi item pernyataan dan online berupa link Google Form melalui WhatsApp, email, atau Instagram. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan diuji menggunakan program WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi penuh (full mediation) hubungan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap intensi pembelian merek secara penuh; (2) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi parsial hubungan antara citra merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang; (3) loyalitas merek memiliki peran mediasi parsial hubungan antara kepuasan merek terhadap intensi pembelian ulang. Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan Merek, Citra Merek, Kepuasan Merek, Loyalitas Merek, Intensi Pembelian Ulang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how financial inclusion and literacy contribute to the growth of the creative economy in Sumenep Regency. Fifty samples from actors in the Sumenep Regency's creative economy were used in this study. Quantitative research is the approach employed in this study. Primary data is the data source that was utilised. Information was gathered through the responses to questionnaires given to fifty participants in the creative economy. Simple random sampling, which is a probability sampling technique, was used to gather samples. The Likert scale is the measurement tool employed. With the use of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution), to assess keabsahan hypotheses. The results of the uji hipotesis indicate that there is a significant influence between the literate class and the growth of the creative economy, while the influence between the inklusi class and the growth of the creative economy is not significant.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the role of banking and local government in developing the creative economy in Pamekasan Regency. The population in this research are creative economy actors in Pamekasan district. The sample from this research was 50 creative economy MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency. The sample technique taken was a purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. From this research, the role of banking does not have a significant effect, because the t test results show 0.318 > 0.05. Meanwhile, local government has a significant influence because the value is 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the influence of the role of banking and local government has a significant influence because the resulting value is 0.000b

Abstract

This research aims to explore the meaning of "Accounting" in the practices of Sumenep keris craftsmen with a focus on cultural values, mindset, lifestyle and community beliefs. Qualitative ethnographic methods were used in three craftsman centers, namely Saronggi, Bluto, and Lenteng. His findings highlight the "Cultural Accounting" model of the first keris craftsmen, assessment is based on the religious philosophy "Sustenance is not mathematics that must be calculated" and accounting is understood as "Knowledge". Second, simple recording which is different from conventional accounting. Third, the management reflected in bookkeeping is not like ordinary accounting reports. The results show that there is a distinctive accounting model of keris craftsmen which is inseparable from local culture, making a significant contribution to accounting practice.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of internal factors (Rights issue, total assets, total liabilities) and external factors (world oil price, world gold price, exchange rate, fed interest rate) on stock prices in the capital market. This study used companies that conducted a Rights issue and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2021 with a total sample of 63 companies. The research method used is in the form of Generalized Least Square (GLS) analysis with white period weighting. Based on the results of each test, the study found that: 1) world oil prices have a significant influence on stock prices; 2) the Rights issue, exchange rate and interest rate of the Fed have a significant negative influence on the stock price; 3) total assets, total liabilities, and world gold price have no effect on stock prices.
