This research has aim to determine the effect of entrepreneur orientation on performance of existing businesses in SMEs Batik Pacitan District and the government role as mediating variable. Questionnaire was used to collect data and this research called explanatory quantitative research. The sample is the amount of 40 respondents in the Pacitan that is work in the Batik SMEs. To analyse the data used Warp PLS. This research gives correlation evidence between entrepreneur orientation and business performance. The R square score in the amount of 0.64, that means regression model able to explain 64% the effect of government role to the entrepreneur orientation toward business performance and the 36% for the rest will be explained by other varible that exclude this research. Based on that result, the goverment should pay attention to the entrepreneur and give contribution to them for expand SMEs because it will give feedback to the government for example increase per capita income, opening job vacancy, and reduce unemployment. Â

Indonesia is the lowest entrepreneurial climate in the world based on The Ernest and Young G20 Entrepreneurship Barometer 2013. The number of micros, small and medium enterprises has indeed increased from 2010 to 2015, but when viewed from the growth number shows the opposite. This is due to failure in entrepreneurship, with many factors causing it, one of which is mental entrepreneurship. This study entered the explanatory research category by collecting data using questionnaires. Then the data is processed using PLS, then the results are analyzed. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial mentality mediates the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interests. Thus it can be interpreted that with the increasing entrepreneurial mentality, the business interests of the students of the UB Entrepreneurship S1 Faculty of Economics and Business Study Program are also getting higher

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, brand image and customer behavior on customer decision in choosing savings products. Some of previous studies stated that variables which influence customer decisions are knowledge, brand image and customer behavior. However, there is a gap in these conclusions, as some studies suggest that knowledge does not affect customer decisions. Thus, it is important to undertake another research regarding such topic. There are 99 respondents chosen as samples in this study. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS. Results indicated that brand image and customer behavior had a positive and significant influence on customer decisions, while knowledge had no significant effect on customer decisions.

Curriculum 2013 demands physics teachers to use laboratory in supporting the teaching and learning process at school, through laboratory students can apply the theory of physics concretely. The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of laboratory in physics subject at senior high schools in Banda Aceh. This study used descriptive quantitative approach with surveying method. The population of this study is all senior high schools in Banda Aceh and the sample is 6 schools, 140 students and 6 teachers and laboratory chief, the sample was chosen using random stratified disproportionate sampling technique which was categorized based on the school accreditation. The technique used in data collection was questionnaire and observation sheet. The data analysis was done using descriptive technique with percentage formula. The result shows that the effectiveness of the use of laboratory toward physics subject learning at senior highschools in Banda Aceh is in the category less effective (56,78%). The indicator percentage in input is 59,23 and in process is 57,67 with “enough†category, while the output is 53,43 with “less effective†category.

A good environment can be formed through relationships between employees. The relationship between these employees will later have an effect on employee performance, it can be concluded that the relationship between employees is very important to be in the scope of a company organization. Workplace bullying is an act that should not exist in a company or organization. However, it cannot be denied that workplace bullying is now a phenomenon and a problem for companies. The existence of workplace bullying against employees will cause an employee to feel threatened and if there is constant eating it will cause the employee to have the intention to change jobs (turnover intention ) and looking for a new workplace out there, besides that workplace bullying also causes dissatisfaction dan decrease employee performance which will also disrupted company operations. This research uses quantitative research. Data analysis in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis test. The population in this study were employees of the Amaris Hotel Surabaya and data collected using a questionnaire and the sample used in this study was a saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that workplace bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And job satisfaction cannot moderate the relationship workplace bullying to turnover intention.

Understanding is the main basis for self-improvement in using various methods to create ideas. There are several levels in understanding, namely cognitive primitive, Image Making, Image Having, Property Noticing, formalizing, observing, structuring, inventizing c. This research is a type of research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the first subject had the ability to understand concepts and was in the formalizing stage. There are as many as 35% of students who are at the formalizing stage. The second subject is still in the image-making stage. As many as 65% of students are in the image-making stage.

Telah dilakukan pengujian karakteristik film radiografi untuk menentukan kualitas citra film radologi dengan cara melakukan kegiatan Quality Control (QC) pada mesin sinar X. Salah satu parameter yang mempengaruhi citra film tersebut adalah dosis sinar X yang diterima pasien dalam setiap penyinaran dan juga untuk memastikan keamanan pada pasien pada saat pemeriksaan penyakit serta memastikan mesin sinar X dapat beroperasi secara optimal. Kegiatan QC pencitraan film Rontgen ini dilakukan dengan dua cara pengukuran yaitu menggunakan sensitometer untuk melihat kualitas citra film dan densitometer untuk melihat densitas cahaya yang dihasilkan melalui film radiografi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa film radiografi dengan merek AGFA layak digunakan karena daerah fog nya tidak melebihi batas toleransi yaitu 0.01 OD, dan daerah shoulder menghasilkan densitas maksimum yaitu 2,25 OD dimana daerah ini masih dapat dianalisa.

Study of deposit Cesium-137 (137Cs) activity as a result of the fission product of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant after earthquake and tsunami in 2011 has been done. The purpose of the present research is to study the deposit 137Cs activity on the land and the Sea of Japan and then to estimate a model of 137Cs distribution on the earth's surface of Japan. The stability of nuclei decay equation is used to obtain a deposit 137Cs activity depending on time, theoretically. The Pasquill-Gifford equation is used to estimate a distribution of 137Cs activity on the earth surface from the original source. The results suggested that Hatachinaka city, the largest measurement point, for about 60 years forward, 137Cs activity levels reach about 54 Bq. In the Sea of Japan at the point of sensor C47, which it has the largest value, the accumulation of deposit 137Cs activity gives about 0.69 Bq at the time of the next 60 years. For the distribution of 137Cs activity, the concentration values at a distance of 200 m from the original source obtained maximum for all case.

The method of CT dosimetry based on the CTDI is a common measurement method by using a single, axial rotation about a pencil chamber in a stationary phantom. For some time now there has been a growing awareness that radiation dose originating from medical diagnostic procedures in radiology, is contributing an increasing proportion to the total population dose, with a large component coming from CT examinations. This is accompanied by rapid developments in CT technology, including the use of increasingly wide X ray scanning beams, which are presenting problems in dosimetry that currently cannot be adequately addressed by existing standards. When preparing any dosimetric assessment of a CT scanner it is essential to have a good knowledge of the production of X rays and the characteristics of the CT scanner. Factors that influence the X ray beam intensity and photon spectrum are the tube voltage, the anode material, and anode angle, the filtration of the X ray tube, and the tube current. The properties of the radiation field for CT dose considerations can be characterized by free in air measurements of air kerma (absorbed dose in air). Measurements in standard cylindrical phantoms yield dosimetric quantities such as CTDI that can be considered as a patient dose index, and are also useful for quality assurance purposes, however they should not be interpreted as patient dose.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan juga untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji peran gender sebagai variabel moderasi pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Bank CIMB Niaga Jl.Basuki Rachmat dengan jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 60 orang karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan, sementara gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank CIMB Niaga Jl. Basuki Rachmat. sedangkan Gender tidak memoderasi pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Besarnya R2 variabel independen tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank CIMB Niaga Jl. Basuki Rachmat adalah sebesar 46,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Karyawan, Gender
