Abstract

Electric power plants always use fossil fuels such as coal, oil, etc. However, the fossil fuel supply in Indonesia is decreasing from year to year. This causes power plants to be powered by using fuels that will not run out, such as solar Energy, water, wind, and others. Solar Energy, water, wind, and others are Alternative Energy or can also be called New and Renewable Energy. To guarantee a power plant powered by alternative Energy, it must be analyzed regarding the growth of new and renewable Energy. The method used in analyzing the development of new and renewable Energy is the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System Method. MW or 0.599%. This result has increased yearly in Indonesia's new and renewable energy growth.

Abstract

Stroke is a severe health problem and can significantly impact a person's quality of life. Therefore, it is crucial to predict stroke early so that preventive measures can be taken before it is too late. This study demonstrates the importance of hyper tuning and hyperparameters in a stroke prediction model. Literature studies show that many studies on stroke prediction need to explain this, even though this is very important for developing the performance of stroke prediction models. In this study, we use the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to predict stroke and evaluate the algorithm's performance without hyper tuning and with hyper tuning Randomized Search CV. We also divide the data into training and test data by 75% and 25%. The results of this study indicate that hyper-tuning can improve the accuracy of the stroke prediction algorithm. The algorithm's accuracy is 77% without hyper-tuning, whereas, with hyper-tuning, the accuracy increases to 96%. Hypertuning with the Randomized Search CV method can improve the performance of the stroke prediction algorithm and is very important to do in developing predictive models.

Abstract

UMKM Sigar Jaya Fotocopy is one of the services in the form of photocopying which was founded in 2020 until now located in the Medan Sunggal sub-district area. Sigar Jaya Fotocopy not only serves photocopies but can print documents and photos and sell other office stationery. In the sales process, the owner needs help handling sales data recap, and in the purchasing process, the owner needs help checking the selling price of goods in large quantities. In the inventory process, the owner still uses manual checking where there can be a discrepancy in the available inventory. Abstract

The dashboard is a tool used to measure and evaluate comparisons of tertiary institutions based on six main aspects, namely teaching, research, industry income, international outlook, and citation scores. (citation score). This research aims to develop an interactive and easy-to-use college ranking dashboard using the Python language. The data obtained will be taken from a website using the scrapping method, and then the data will be combined annually. The method applied in this study uses data life cycle management with essential stages, including collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and data presentation. The results of this study are expected to be able to create a website that can be used by various parties, including prospective students, parents, and researchers who plan to conduct further research. This dashboard lets users obtain relevant information and compare multiple tertiary institutions effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is one thing to respect someone while working in an institution, one of which is a private higher education institution. To respect the performance of resources, there needs to be a value assigned to someone. Assessments carried out for one semester need to be reviewed again because during filling in the student assessments do not fill in according to their understanding so that a review needs to be carried out again. The assessment was carried out using the K-Means method by applying the concept of the centroid value. There are 4 (four) variables used, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social and professional competence with a value of K = 3. The maximum number of observations for cluster 3 is 368 while the value of Distances Between Cluster Centroids shows 2 suitable clusters, namely cluster 1 and cluster 2, which is 1.7020. The author gives suggestions to remove outlier data before entering the data to be trained into the algorithm to improve visualization if the dataset is large. Abstract

Abstract Classification is a method to see the behavior and characteristics of certain groups. The K-nearest neighbor method is a learning algorithm for classifying new data based on the K-Nearest Neighbor majority class. The main purpose of this algorithm is to classify new objects based on attributes and training samples. In today's digital era, competition in the business world is getting tougher and growing rapidly, especially when it comes to online marketing systems. Every market driver must always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumer satisfaction when buying products from online stores. However, the problem that consumers often complain about is the use of clothing size charts in online stores that do not match the consumer's body size. This study aims to reduce the frustration of consumers buying clothes online and in such a way that products do not have to be returned via the internet. Based on these problems, these conditions must be improved by selecting clothes to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. This application was built using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method and Profile Matching to help you determine what clothes are most suitable for your consumer size.

Abstract

The XYZ e-wallet application provides convenience in non-cash transactions with various features. Even though it allows for comfort in commerce, there are deficiencies in the XYZ e-wallet application that make users feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Weaknesses in the XYZ e-wallet application, namely there are problems updating the XYZ e-wallet to Premium, it is difficult to make payments to merchants who work with the XYZ e-wallet application, and there are problems with e-wallet application services on the service menu reporting problems response the customer service of the XYZ e-wallet application is old and ineffective. The results of the pre-research questionnaire on 59 answers found that 54.2% of respondents needed help making transactions. As many as 61% of users are dissatisfied with the services provided by the XYZ e-wallet application. This research analyzed user satisfaction with the XYZ e-wallet application using the EUCS method. This method measures five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timelines. Each variable is measured with four questions. The results showed that the variables Content, Format, and Ease of Use were satisfied with Very Satisfied criteria, while the Accuracy and Timeliness variables had Satisfied criteria. The smallest calculated value is in the Accuracy and Timeliness variables which discuss the accuracy of errors when making transfers, upgrading the XYZ e-wallet account to Premium, and timeliness in handling problem reports. Abstract

The ability of lecturers to teach for 1 (one) semester needs to be evaluated. Evaluation is a student assessment through a student academic information system. Review using the system is separate because many students need to care about the filled things. There the author tries to analyze the values from the questionnaire results distributed to students using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique and the K-Means method, where PCA reduces data. At the same time, K-Means assumed the values closest to the study's results and concluded that of the 3 (three) clusters, the maximum distance was 0.5475 in cluster 1 and cluster 3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in chemistry learning outcomes taught using computer-based media compared to conventional teaching on the Subject of Electrolyte and Non-Electrolyte Solutions. The research was conducted at Prima Indonesia University for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The population of this study were all first- semester students consisting of two classes. A sample of 60 students, consisting of an experimental style and a control class, was given a different treatment, namely multimedia computer-based teaching with conventional media on the same subject. Based on data collection, the results obtained are that the experimental class has higher learning outcomes than the control class. Keywords: Computers, Electrolyte Solutions, Non-Electrolytes

Abstract

Higher education performance assessment on Accreditation requires the results and evidence of lecturer performance. Currently, the Faculty is already using FTP and Google Drive technology. However, the weakness of using these technologies is that the Faculty still has to process data manually, so it is not effective and efficient. Therefore we need technology that can help effectively and efficiently monitor and record performance along with supporting document evidence. With this web repository, the Faculty can monitor and, at the same time, be able to draw supporting evidence for the preparation of accreditation forms. The research method used in this study is a combination method between Design Thinking and Scrum methods as a method for application development.
