Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover to profitability on PT Mayora Indah Tbk simultaneously and partially. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, data processing using SPSS Statistics. The result showed that partial cash turnover and receivable turnover have no effect and were not significant to profitability, while inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect to profitability. Meanwhile, simultaneously cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect to profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on guest satisfaction at Hotel Prime Plaza Kualanamu. This research is a type of associative research that aims to analyze the influence between one variable and another. The population in this study were guests who stayed at the Prime Plaza Kualanamu Hotel in June-August 2020, as many as 4,368 guests. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample size of 175 respondents. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires and interviews, secondary data were collected through literature study. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques and linear regression analysis The results showed that simultaneously service quality and price had a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. With the value of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Squarese of 0.951 which means that 95.1% of guest satisfaction variables can be explained by service quality and price. Meanwhile, the other 4.9% difference is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are (1) to analyze the cost of tofu products calculated by UMKM Tahu Payah, (2) to analyze the cost of goods manufactured using the full costing method for UMKM Tahu Payah, (3) to analyze the difference between the full costing method and the used by UMKM Tahu Payah and their effect on selling prices. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken by conducting direct interviews with owners and employees who work at the UMKM Tahu Payah while secondary data is obtained through related books, other references in accordance with the research title and research results. The results of the data analysis show that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by UMKM Tahu Payah is Rp. 367,- while the results of the analysis of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured used the full costing method are Rp. 423,- so the difference between the full costing method and what the company does is Rp. 56,-. And determined the selling price with full coting method is Rp. 538,-. So the most appropriate method is the full costing method because this method takes into account all costs incurred in the production process

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if there is a motivational effect on employee performance in PT. United Tractors Tbk. CAB. Medan. The sample of this study was 30 people all permanent employees. Sampling techniques used census techniques. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test, while data processing used SPSS. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of facilities and tourist attractions on visitor satisfaction on visitor satisfaction at the Karomah Natural Baths. The sample of this study was 86 people, sampling using incidental sampling, namely determining the sample who happened to meet. Data analysis used Multiple Regression test, while data processing used SPSS. The results showed that partially the facility variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and partially the attractiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while simultaneously facilities and attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

the purpose of ths research is that namorambe natural baths are widely enjoyed bylocal tourists alone but has not been visited by foreign tourists. Though the potential of naturalbeauty is also no less far from tourist attractions in other areas. It is often unable to receivevisitors anymore because the capacity of the gazebo is no longer available. Many groups ofemployees and families come to visit Namorambe nature baths until mat rentals and cottagesexceed availability. The type of research conducted in this study is qualitative research. The datacollection technique in this study used interviews. Based on the results of research on theconstruction of souvenir stalls and restaurants at tourist attraction sites and road repairinfrastructure leading to the location, it is necessary to intervene by the government and findinterested investors. Existing facilities now need to be kept clean and the role of the governmentto conduct counseling and training is needed.

Abstract

this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of current ratio, net profit margin, earning per share on stock prices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2019. Types and sources of data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2019. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis model, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test) with data processing using SPSS Statistic program 22. The results of this study indicate that the determination coefficient test (R2) yields 0.134 or 13.4% results indicating that the current ratio, net profit margin, earning per share variables can explain the variables that occur in the stock price of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, while the remaining 0.866 or 86.6% is explained by other variables which were not researched. The results of the study partially show that current ratio, net profit margin, earning per share have no and insignificant effect on stock prices and simultaneously current ratio, net profit margin, earning per share have no and insignificant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect ofreceivables turnover on profits at the Anugerah Batang Kuis Cooperative SMEs.Data analysis using simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using thecoefficient of determination (R2), partial test (T test), while data processing usingthe SPSS 22 program. 8,730, and T-Test Results with a count of 3701 and Ttable2.13185, with a significant value of 0.000. Thus partially the receivables turnovervariable has a positive and significant effect on profits (profit).
