Abstract

Employee satisfaction should be created as the most in order to improve the moral work, dedication, love, and discipline ofemployees. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the technique of collecting research data is withinterviews. The analysis of the data used is according to Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation,and withdrawal of conclusions. The purpose of this research is to know the satisfaction of employee work at EN MandarinSchool. Based on the results of the research on employees ' work satisfaction at EN Mandarin School Medan, it can beconcluded that the interaction between employees in EN Mandarin goes well, the relationship between the leader and theemployee is well done, employees of EN Mandarin have their responsibility in the company, some employees are satisfiedwith the work given by the company, in the event of compensation partly employees are satisfied with the salary.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there was an effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT.Lika Utama Engineering Medan. The sample of this study was 30 employees in 2019, sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique,which was a sampling technique in which all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis was using Simple Linear Regression test, hypothesis test was used coefficient determination test (R2), partial test (t test), while data was processed used SPSS 22. The results of this study showed that work motivation does have a variable on employee performance, other than that,work motivationvariables partialy have no effect and does not significantly affect employee performance at PT. Lika Utama Engineering.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if there is a motivational effect on employee performance in PT. United Tractors Tbk. CAB. Medan. The sample of this study was 30 people all permanent employees. Sampling techniques used census techniques. Data analysis used a simple linear regression test, while data processing used SPSS. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok Clas Mild. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 98 outlet yang aktif di kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2018, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu metode penelitian yang semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Linier Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji parsil (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, selain itu secara parsial memperlihatkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi memberi pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know how much influence of motivation and work discipline to employee performance at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan. The sample of this research were 54 people consisting from regional employees of Sumatera in 2020, using saturated sampling (census) was a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples. Data analysis using multiple regression test, data processing using SPSS. The results showed that partial motivation and work discipline have positive and significant, simultaneous motivation and work discipline have positive and significant effect to employee performance. So in this case the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Access (PTTA) Medan can be improved through motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

Abstrak, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap produktifitas karyawan di PT. Wyeth Nutrition Esduaenam Cabang Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 orang karyawan di perusahaan ini sendiri, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu metode yang menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefensi determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (f), sedangkanpengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya terhadap variabel produktifitas karyawan, selain itu secara parsial disiplin kerja, semangat kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktifitas karyawan. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of attitude, ability, accountability, attention, appearance on consumer loyalty at the Harmoni Langsa Hotel. The sample used in this study was 60 people. all members of the population to be the sample. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative while the analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression. While data processing uses SPSS version 25. The results show that the results of the t test state that attitude, attention, partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, for the ability variable partially negative and significant effect on consumer loyalty, for the accountability variable partially it does not. effect on consumer loyalty, while the appearance variable partially does not affect consumer loyalty.

Abstract

For business people, apart from capital and inventory, the thing that needs to be taken care of is an official permit from the government, for the smooth running of their business. Many business people overlook this one thing. Because most of them think that licensing is only needed by businesses that are already operating on a large scale. In addition, there are still many who think that getting a business license is complicated and takes a lot of time. This service activity aims to assist business partners in Medan Tuntungan in managing the IUMK as proof of the legality of the business activity concerned as an effort to increase sales results. , namely the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 2 of 2019 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing for Micro-Small Enterprises (“PermenkopUKM 2/2019”). This rule is a derivative of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (“PP on OSS”). The issuance of these two latest regulations further simplifies the procedure for applying for Micro and Small Business Permits (IUMK) for Micro and Small business actors. The target achieved in this service is to increase the income of the food product business that is incorporated in business partners in Medan Tuntungan MSMEs and be able to understand well the procedures for obtaining permits so that partners can develop market share and can compete with other competitors.

Abstract

Munculnya gagasan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendekatan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) didasarkan pada suatu pemikiran bahwa setiap orang memiliki potensi dan kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan. Islam menghendaki adanya perubahan sosial untuk memberantas ketidak adilan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tingkat kesejahteraan khususnya bagi perempuan merupakan nilai tambah bagi pendapatan keluarga. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sebagai upaya percepatan pengentasan kemiskinan melalui peningkatan pendapatan, pengembangan usaha dan peningkatan kesadaran sosial dan adanya solidaritas antar anggota KUB dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode pelatihan yang diterapkan adalah Formasi, Bimbingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Pembinaan dimaksudkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan daya guna dan hasil bagi tumbuh dan berkembangnya KUB, selain untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan implementasi di lapangan serta kapasitas kepengurusan pengelola KUB. Monitoring dan Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan KUB dan permasalahan yang menjadi kendala serta upaya penyelesaiannya agar upaya penumbuhan dan pengembangan KUB berjalan sesuai rencana.
