Abstract

The history of the struggle of Indonesian national heroes is unknown to the majority of people and students.Users may find it simpler to learn the history of the introduction of national heroes if the application of hero figures is used. Utilizing the Waterfall development model, research is conducted using R&D.Utilizing UML tools, use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams, as well as vuforia unity, the development methodology is supported. The functional average - average answers for users based on standard usageIn the meantime, 25 out of 30 respondents stated that the display color selection in the application was in accordance with the eligibility standards.The application's overall design view is 95% related to the application's design.

Abstract

The Rapid test data administration system at the Papua Medika Clinic which is still offline is a reference for creating titles that can be submitted to lecturers. Data input and data storage of patients who perform rapid test examinations are only carried out in Microsoft Excel, and the storage of daily rapid test results is combined. In addition, the data stored in Microsoft Excel is still based offline, as a consequence the admin who works is difficult to match and view patient data if the computer condition is being updated, temporary loss of electricity, viruses, and various kinds of disturbances on other computer devices. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design a web-based Rapid Test data administration system to assist admins in managing patient data, as well as reports. Furthermore, the Rapid Test data administration system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS). With this Administration system, the process of managing data, and printing results to patients is faster and more efficient.

Abstract

Protestant Christian education is one of the basic needs of children where at this age children like to play and explore the surrounding environment. There are three learning styles in children, namely auditory, visual and kinesthetic. This is what can be utilized with the use of smartphones because it can provide applications that can apply the learning styles that have been mentioned. With the aim of creating learning media in the form of illustrated stories based on bible stories based on android applications aimed at Sunday school children of the Logos Sanggeng congregation. The author conducted research using the waterfall method in developing Sunday school story applications by utilizing Kodular tools. This study resulted in an application that can be used as an educational medium for children and Sunday school teachers with a learning concept that is easy to understand because it is based on illustrated stories that are very close to children's characters. Sunday school applications are also very easy to learn by children and Sunday school teachers, because the application has an easy-to-learn interface. Application testing is carried out using the black box method on each function with successful test results.

Abstract

Taxiway Light is a road that connects between the apron and the runway. Its existence is very important because with the taxiway light, the aircraft can go to an apron safely without disturbing other aircraft. CCR or Constant Current Regulator as a component, its functions to regulates a current fixed and constant in taxiway light with the lighting level divided into five levels, namely step 1 to step 5. The electrical system on the taxiway light is assembled and installed in series with the intention that if one of the circuits is extinguished, the other system is still running. The electrical system on the taxiway light uses the CCR components to produce a constant current. This research used the case study method. The existing load data on step1 is 3,727 Watts, step 2 is 4,495 Watts, step 3 is 5,450 Watts, step 4 is 6,896 Watts, step 5 is 8,723 Watts and step 1for load calculation data is 3,527 Watts, step 2 is 4,488 Watts, step 3 is 5,438 Watts, step 4 is 6,864 Watts, step 5 is 8,712 Watts which means that the results of the comparison at Rendani Airport are feasible because the existing load data is greater than the load data of the calculation results.

Abstract

Electrical energy used in Manokwari, West Papua, is still dominated by fossil energy sources. One of the efforts to reduce the use of fossil energy is to utilize potential renewable energy sources in Manokwari. One of these sources is solar energy with irradiation of 4,859 kWh/m²/day. Rooftop PV is one application of the use of solar energy. In this study, the design of the rooftop solar power plant in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Papua was simulated using EasySolar and PVSyst software. With an azimuth angle of 36°, a roof slope of 35°, a roof area of 1,184.94 m², and an installed power of 66 kWp, it takes 220 panels with a capacity of 300 Wp, 2 inverters with a capacity of 33.3 kW. The layout of PV module on the rooftop is simulated using EasySolar software resulting a total of 220 modules on required a roof area of 594 m². In the simulation output using PVsyst software, it is obtained 99.07 MWh per year and the percentage of savings per year is 102.5%.

Abstract

The demand for electrical energy needs is always projected to increase by 2,214 (TWh) in 2050 or an increase of 9 times compared to the previous years of 254.6 TWh, it's just that current energy needs are still dominated by non-renewable energy which has limitations and does not require energy. environmentally friendly. Therefore, renewable and environmentally friendly energy sources are needed. Utilization of solar energy which is converted into electrical energy is a solution to reduce the use of non-renewable energy. The average daily solar radiation in Indonesia is 4.8 kWh/m². The purpose of this research is to design PLTS Rooftop at the Rectorate Building of the Papua University using helioscope software and to analyze the estimation of electrical energy savings. In designing, using 198 Tallmax TSM-PD14 320 Wp solar modules, SMA Sunny Tripower 20000TL-US brand inverter with a capacity of 4 units (20kW) and an AC Combiner Box containing protective equipment. The simulation results show that the highest electricity production was in May at 8,031.50 kWh and the lowest was in February at 5,997.60 kWh. So from the calculation, the estimated average electrical energy savings is 18%

Abstract

The level of reliability determines the continuity of electricity distribution in the power system, the availability of insufficient power will affect the level of reliability of the system. The Loss of Load Probability (LOLP) method is a popular method to calculate the reliability of an electric power system. A high level of reliability is obtained with a small level of risk. The value of the disturbance in the generating units, or the forced outage rate (FOR), is calculated using the installed power data and the disturbance data of each unit. The probability of each generating unit, the probability when another generating unit is added, and the cumulative probability can be calculated based on the FOR value. From the intersection point of the interval of the load curve in one year, the intersection is reached on the 346th day with 720 kW, which is the force outage limit. The results of the LOLP calculations show that the electric power system at PT. PLN Rayon (Persero) Fakfak has experienced a forced outage for about 90.5828 days per year.

Abstract

Information Technology and Communication, since its massive development decadesago has brought a new paradigm of how the works can be completed. InformationSystem among its developments brings a new hope how the works can be effective andefficient. In this research, an archieve Information Sytem is developed as a mean tohelp a government office, Kantor Kepegawaian Negara Regional XIV, to manage all thecivil servants in West Papua Province. In particular, this Information System aims toease the government boars in that particular matter to store and retrieve as well astrace all the civil servants in regards their mutation, activation, reteriment, etc. Thiscould be the issue as there are thousand of them and deployed in all area in thatprovince. With the help of a Design Science Resaerch methodology in InformationSystem, this research successfully demonstrated the development and the evaluation ofworkd product.

Abstract

The interest of the people in Indonesia towards the Kempo sport continues to increase.But in the campo training in Indonesia there are still many shortcomings felt by thetraining students, such as the names of techniques that are difficult to memorize, toomuch material, lack of clarity about the details of each movement, and lack of learningmedia. Based on this, an Introduction to the Android-Based Shorinji Kempo BasicTechnique Application was designed, named the Mobile Learning Kihon ShorinjiKempo. This application was made as a medium for learning alternative to learning.This application is made with Java programming language as the source engine andLanguages Markup Extension as an interface that runs on android smartphones. Theapplication was stated to be successfully built by providing information on basictechniques, through the questionnaire results conducted on 5 respondents of campstudents and 5 respondents of the general public, 54% of respondents agreed and 46%of respondents strongly agreed the Kihon Shorinji Kempo Mobile Learning applicationwas spread as media alternative learning basic techniques.

Abstract

KKN is a form of academic activities related to community service activities that arecarried out by interdisciplinary and intraculicular activities. The implementation iscoordinated by research institutions and community service (LPPM). Data from PapuaState University students who have been modest so far, besides that there is no digitallyrecorded data, in the form of student numbers, student names, location of assignmentsor supervision. So there needs to be a MySQL database application that can facilitateLPPM and help students in the KKN registration process.The research method used is the Development of KKN Information System datacollection, analysis, design, implementation and testing. System design uses Data FlowDiagrams (DFD) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams). The development of theKKN information system development using PHP version 5.6.23 and MySQL. Theadded feature is the student registration feature, KKN photo gallery upload feature,input KKN value, message input to LPPM, input announcement and upload fileattached to the announcement. This research facilitates students and LPPM inregistering KKN and group division so that it can be far more effective and efficienKeywords: Application Development, KKN, PHP, MySQL, Web.
