Abstract

Tidak stabilnya rasio tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi pada Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia menciptakan kondisi yang membuat adanya suatu penumpukan data. Teknik data mining dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kelulusan tepat waktu mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode k-Nearest Nieghbors yang merupakan sebuah metode untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap objek berdasarkan data training yang jaraknya paling dekat dengan objek tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data mahasiswa tahun angkatan 2014 sampai dengan 2017 dengan jumlah data sebanyak 104 orang. Hasil dari perhitungan algoritma kNN diimplememetasikan dengan jupyter notebook. Tingkat akurasi pengujian model kelulusan mahasiswa dengan menggunakan algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) dipengaruhi oleh missing value indeks prestasi semester. missing value diganti dengan angka 0 maka hasil akurasi tertinggi adalah 95% dengan k=3. Jadi k terbaik adalah k=3 berdasarkan indeks prestasi sampai dengan semester 6.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah studi tentang game Clash Royal yang di rilis pada tahun 2016 dan sampai saat ini masih popular dimainkan dari berbagai kalangan di Indonesia bahkan dunia. Clash Royal adalah sebuah game yang menggabungkan sebuah permainan RTS (Real Time Strategy), MOBA (Multiplayer Battle Arena), dan sebuah permainan kartu. Game ini dapat dimainkan oleh 2 pemain dan kedua pemain bertarung untuk saling mempertahankan benteng atau base masing-masing. Ada beberapa faktor yang bisa memenangkan pertandingan yaitu dengan menyusun deck atau kartu sebelum memulai pertandingan sehingga perlu adanya rekomendasi pemilihan deck hero untuk dijadikan panduan agar dapat memilih deck hero yang tepat untuk memenangkan pertandingan. Penggunaan metode naïve bayes merupakan metode yang tepat dikarenakan metode ini hanya memerlukan sejumlah data untuk mengestimasi parameter yang dibutuhkan untuk klasifikasi. Data yang digunakan diambil dari hasil pertandingan turnamen yang ada pada game Clash Royal. Metode naïve bayes ini membutuhkan jumlah data pelatihan kecil untuk mengestimasi parameter yang diperlukan dalam proses pengklasifikasian. Dengan adanya sistem ini pengguna dapat rekomendasi dalam hal pemilihan deck hero dengan nilai kemenangan tertinggi yang dihitung menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

Penggunaan AC (Air Conditioner) pada zaman sekarang ini semakin dibutuhkan. Hal ini ditandai dengan hampir semua masyarakat memasangnya baik untuk ruangan kantor maupun di rumah. Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu dalam kecerdasan buatan yang sering diminati karena implementasinya terdapat dibeberapa bidang ilmu pengetahuan maupun bisnis terbukti sangat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan sangan luas pengimplementasiannya. Hasil dari perhitungan ini akan digunakan dalam proses perhitungan kombinasi Certainty Factor berdasarkan gejala (evidence) yang berbeda namun memiliki hipotesis yang sama. Proses penarikan kesimpulan dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada Air Conditioner diperoleh dari nilai tertinggi hasil perhitungan metode Certainty Factor berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang terjadi. Aplikasi yang dibuat dapat memudahkan para pengguna dalam mendeteksi kerusakan Air Conditioner. Aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat memberi informasi dalam mendeteksi awal kerusakan pada Air Conditioner . Perancangan aplikasi yang dibuat mengadopsi metode Certainty Factor dalam membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The Police Academy is in the management of the budget absorption of goods and services, in each work unit and sub-unit under it has a budget absorption to support activities that take place at the Police Academy, from the planning sub-division which manages the budget absorption data at the Police Academy using an offline system where the data is not connected between the work unit staff and the Directorate of Administrative Planning (Bagrenmin) so it takes a long time. Submission of this thesis aims to develop a budget evaluation system at the Police Academy using a web-based application so that it can facilitate operators in processing financial data and facilitate managerial monitoring and evaluation. So that it makes it easier to manage budget absorption data within the Police Academy and shortens the time in processing it. Then the programming language used is php, the framework used is CodeIgniter and the data storage uses a mysql database. This study uses the RAD method in its application it does not take a lot of time so that it can shorten the time in making the system.

Abstract

Giving awards to teachers is one of the strategies to increase work motivation and improve competence for teachers who have good performance. In Binjai Methodist High School in determining the best teacher, the attendance indicator is not fully sufficient to be used as a reference for awarding. Therefore, other criteria are needed that can be used as other additional criteria, therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that is capable of producing decision recommendations in determining the best teacher. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) was used as a method which in its use included weighting/ratings on each criterion which would become a reference for teacher assessment. The criteria assessed in this study were educational level, teacher achievement/non-academic development, years of service, discipline, and examination/examination. From this study, the results were obtained that A1 = 0.98, A2 = 0.83, and A3 = 0.79 are 3 alternative decision recommendations from the best teacher who will be awarded.

Abstract

Selection of prospective employees is one of the processes carried out to screen prospective employees to fill the required job vacancies. PT. Delta Kristalis is a company that often selects prospective employees. Based on the current prospective employee selection system, it is less efficient in the screening process for prospective employees. So that the selection and evaluation process for prospective employees can be carried out efficiently at PT. Delta Kristalis, it is necessary to develop a decision support system by implementing the SAW method. The decision support system to be developed is web-based using programming languages.PHP and Mysql as databases so that it becomes a website that can run properly. The criteria used are work experience, last education, age, domicile, and requested salary. The implemented decision support system can present the ranking of the results of the selection so that it can help stakeholders to make decisions on the acceptance of prospective employees.

Abstract

Progress in the implementation of technology that is increasingly rapid and advanced encourages every business organization to be able to make adjustments to its business transaction activities so as to maximize service to customers. One technology implementation that can be applied to business transaction activities is a web-based ordering information system. PT. Sukses Jaya Segar Sakti is a company that has a business in the field of ordering and distributing fruits to customers. Marketing and ordering fruit to customers is done conventionally by contacting the customer. This study aims to design and build an ordering information system by utilizing a website and using PHP programming and MySql database. The results obtained in this study are an information system capable of supporting business organizations and customers in website-based fruit ordering transaction activities. In addition, the information system built can produce various reports according to needs quickly.

Abstract

With the advance of current technology, humanity is at ease to get their task done. Take example of a entertainment industry, the use of a computer is a vital point at developing a game. There is many considerable alternative of a personal computer that exist today. Some industry players that bought themselves a personal computer state that their device is just to much for supposed task and assume that it is best to spend the excess fund for another purpose, while the other complaints that their device is not achieving the expected result. WASPAS is an acronym for Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment is one of many methods used for Multiple Criteria Decision Making which is widely known for it’s capability. Thus by designing system that  generate a decision result which is a personal computer for a game development purpose, for the industry player to get the precise target that they want.

Abstract

Information technology is an inseparable part of modern society. Currently, there are many information technologies that make human work easier, especially providing optimization and accelerating human activities. Good information technology is expected to make it easier for people to complete tasks and can replace manual processes with computerized digital processes. The purpose and objective of creating this system is to produce a system that can be used to make it easier for Parit Bindu villagers to submit letters and improve the efficiency of administrative services in Parit Bindu village. The method used in the development of this system is waterfall namely Requirements Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. The Information System for Making Population Administration helps data processing in a more precise, fast, practical and efficient manner. Population data can be stored safely and easily searched by administrators or officers, so that service to the public is faster.

Abstract

A coffee shop is a place that is visited to relax or organize and sells drinks and food. In today's era, people want something instant. The early coffee shop consists of 3 employees, namely 2 waiters and 1 cashier. In ordering drinks and food at Early coffee, customers take a long time to order, from queuing to waiting for the waiter to input the order until the order arrives. Likewise, the waiters are quite confused about where to sit because there are no numbers on each table. The menu ordering information system using a website-based QR code is a system that can provide convenience for customers in ordering menus at each table by scanning the QR code using a smartphone camera or scanner. QR code is a type of two-dimensional matrix code developed by Denso Wave in 1994, which aims to convey information quickly and get a fast response. Ordering QR Codes for customers also aims to replace manual input of table numbers and customer names so that the ordering process becomes more effective and efficient as well as easy to use and understand. The data collection methods used to make this application are the direct observation and interview methods. While the system development method used is the waterfall method. The application runs well and is ready to use from the test results using the black box method. By using this system, cashiers or waiters will find it easier to check orders and record order reports. Suggestions from the author are to develop this application by adding a real-time notification feature, doing regular database backups, maintaining data security, and integrating it with existing payment systems.
