Abstract

The ability of a database to store significant amounts of data must be balanced with the speed with which users can access the information they need so that technological developments can keep up with the changing needs of users. In today's fast-paced and sophisticated world, an information technology service must be able to respond to data requests and process data quickly and effectively. However, when processing data, a system that stores too much data will inevitably encounter time constraints. By creating a web-based seed application information system, it can assist agencies in inputting community data, it can also assist organizations in online seed marketing using the Flask Framework. The results of the study show that this system makes it easy to view and record data, making it easier for officers at BPDAS Pemali Jratun to improve service to the community.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, human communication has undergone significant changes thanks to instant messaging. Instant messaging enables us to easily and quickly connect with people around the world through mobile devices or computers. However, the use of instant messaging applications can have negative impacts such as fraud, harassment, illegal transactions, and more. Therefore, proper handling of cybercrime cases is crucial, which is why mobile forensics has become significant. Mobile forensics is a branch of digital forensics that aims to collect, analyze, and interpret data from mobile devices. This research aims to evaluate the performance of three forensic tools: Oxygen Forensic Suite, Belkasoft Evidence Center, and MOBILedit Forensic Express. It focuses on finding digital evidence related to activity information in the Skype application using the framework provided by NIST. The research results indicate that Oxygen Forensic Suite achieved the highest index value (98%), followed by Belkasoft Evidence Center (88%) and MOBILedit Forensic Express (84%).

Abstract

With the development of IoT, security systems can now be accessed and tracked with a smartphone. One of the security system that can be used is RFID. RFID uses radio waves to read data from a microchip as identity. RFID systems work on electronic principles so they are more difficult to open than key systems. The key system is universal type so with one key can open the same door lock system. To prevent the possibility of keys being duplicated, a security system is needed that is more difficult to open and sends notifications to the owner if an attempt is made to access the door. By utilizing the RFID system and using telegram as a notification system, an RFID security system was designed which was equipped with a telegram notification system.

Abstract

Application development has experienced a shift towards a cross-platform approach, where developers can write code once for multiple platforms. Flutter, as a fast-growing cross-platform framework with a wide community is one of the most popular cross-platform frameworks today. However, along with that, there is an increase in application complexity which makes the concept of multitasking very important. This article proposes the implementation of the Multilevel Feedback Queue (MLQ) scheduling algorithm in Flutter applications, which can help manage tasks and improve application efficiency. This research aims to examine the changes in application efficiency after the implementation of MLQ, as well as examine whether the changes remain relevant on different operating systems, namely Windows and Android. The implemented MLQ algorithm is an algorithm with adjustments to the calculation of time quantum and integration with the Shortest Job First (SJF) algorithm based on previous research. Tests were conducted using the Flutter benchmarking feature to measure the application frame rate before and after MLQ implementation on Windows and Android. The results of this study found that the implementation of MLQ increased application efficiency by 269% on the Windows operating system and 155% on the Android operating system.

Abstract

A cell phone is a device or communication tool that can be used anytime and anywhere because it can be carried anywhere. There are various types and types of cell phones, so that between cell phones have different specifications. This often makes it difficult for consumers to choose a cell phone. Decision Support System is a system that can help someone in making a decision. One of the SPK methods that can help in choosing a cell phone is the MOORA method. One of the advantages of this method is high flexibility and a good level of selectivity. This study aims to implement the MOORA method as a support for purchasing decisions on cellular phones. In this study, five criteria were used, namely RAM, Camera, Storage, Price and Thickness. Where the criteria for RAM, Camera and Storage are the benefit types, while Price and Thickness are the cost types. Based on the results of the study using the MOORA method, the highest score was 0.0516 as the best alternative cell phone.

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology currently plays an important role in companies and government agencies in providing useful information for the interests of operations and management. Therefore, many companies or government agencies have information technology departments or information systems. Likewise UPT. The Helvetia District Health Center, namely in processing and classifying the spread of Covid-19, must use an information system in order to support activities in handling the spread of the corona virus, especially in the Medan Helvetia District. In this study, a classification system was built to classify the spread of Covid-19 using the C4.5 Algorithm. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The results obtained in the test by applying the C4.5 Algorithm then obtained an Accuracy of 0.859, so that with this system it is expected that the Covid-19 handling task force at UPT. The Helvetia District Health Center can classify the spread of Covid-19 in the Medan Helvetia District to be more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Chudalla Decoration merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa penyewaan dekorasi. Pengelolah Chudalla Decoration memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media untuk promosi. Pemanfaatan media sosial dianggap kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan penghasilan. Karena jangkauannya tidak terlalu luas, kurangnya followers yang megikuti media sosial pribadi Chudalla Decoration. Sehingga membuat banyak masyarakat khususnya di Kota Binjai yang kurang mendapatkan informasi mengenai Chudalla Decoration sebagai jasa dekorasi pernikahan, tunangan, aqiqah, ulang tahun, box hantaran dan acara lainnya. Tujuan pnelitian ini yaitu membuat web profil berbasis website sebagai media promosi untuk membantu Chudalla Decoration dalam memasarkan jasa dekorasi. Website merupakan halaman yang bisa diakses melalui internet dengan mudah dan cepat. Penggunaan website dapat membantu pengelolah Chudalla Decoration untuk mempromosikan jasa dekorasi dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas. Dengan memanfaatkan website sebagai media promosi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan. Sistem yang akan dibuat yaitu menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai database.

Abstract

Assets are important resources for a company or other agencies. One example that uses assets is the company PT Dosni Roha Medan Branch. PT Dosni Roha Medan Branch has so far owned company assets with a data collection process carried out manually. To support company performance, an inventory of assets is needed to be used for work, such as office equipment, laptops/PCs, printers and vehicles. This research uses the waterfall method, UML, PHP, MySQL and CSS programming languages. The aim of this research is to make it easier for the company PT Dosni Roha Medan Branch in processing website-based asset inventory data. The results of this research provide information about the company's asset inventory, PT Dosni Roha, Medan Branch.

Abstract

The need for internet in the current era has become a basic necessity in everyday life. As a private vocational school that provides vocational education, it has a responsibility to provide stable and optimal internet services to improve the quality of student services. In providing internet services, you must be able to provide stable and efficient internet services. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate and improve the quality of network services at Karya Serdang Private Vocational School through optimizing computer networks in a distributed system. This research uses mixed methods, involving literature analysis, case studies of distributed system implementation at SMK Karya Serdang, as well as data collection through interviews and surveys.

Abstract

Untuk itu, Pendidik harus terampil mengajar, dan mampu mengatasi berbagai kendala yang ditemui dalam pembelajaran.
