Abstract

Through quantitative analysis approach to correlation analysi sof service quality and customer valueto customer loyalty, conducted the data collection questionnaire and the analyzed with SPSS so we get the conclusion there is a significant influence ofservice qualityon custome rloyalty, high quality of service that will deliver high-impact customer loyalty. There significant influence of customer value on customer loyalty, high customer value will impact thigh customer loyalty. Studies have shown the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and customer value effect on customer loyalty to fit empirical results with previous studies.Kata Kunci :Mutu Pelayanan, Nilai Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating  the relationship between the motivation, and commitment, with performance at PT Airindo Mustika Express (in head office).           This survey was conducted with a sample of 35 selected randomly as sample group. Data was collected by standard questionnaire.The research concludes that there is positive correlation between : (1) the motivation and performance, (2) the commitment and performance, (3) Besides that, there is positive correlation between the motivation, and commitment with performance.         Therefore, based on the results of the study:  (1) There is a positive relationship between motivation and performance of employees, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between commitment and employee performance, (3) and there is a positive and significant relationship between both motivation and commitment to  employee performance. Key words : motivation, commitment, performance

Abstract

AbstractEfforts to improve the quality of public services today to be one of the biggest agenda in the orientation of government policy. Various efforts that led to the creation of public service quality improvement in all areas has been carried out. Efforts to improve the quality of service is in addition to starting of system services and development and improving the quality of personnel resources service providers, also started with a focus on service improvement based on the networking of information through the involvement of community participation. Related to the public service in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bogor City. Influence research purposes to analyze the competence and motivation on the Quality of Care Department of Population and Civil Registration Bogor City. This research uses quantitative research approaches Quantitative Eksplanatory to know how big the Influence of Competency and motivation towards Quality Services business of Population and Civil Registration Bogor City and partial regression. Program data analysis using IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) Statistics Version 20. The study population were employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bogor City totaled 62, with slovin formula (5%) and a sample of 30 people. Based on the research results: There is a positive and significant impact Competence and motivation together on the Quality of Care Department of Population and Civil Registration Bogor City. The amount of influence competence and motivation together amounted to 76.4%.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, and Quality Services

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui indikator iklim organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cikarang  yang berjumlah 60 karyawan  dan teknik sampling  yang digunakan  yaitu dengan simple random sampling  yang menghasilkan sample sebanyak 30  karyawan. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 3,1%. Terdapat korelasi positif antara iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,177 (sangat rendah). Indikator iklim organisasi  memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan walaupun tidak terlalu besar dalam persentasenya. Kata kunci : iklim organisasi,  kinerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of a company in achieving its goals depends on how the company manages and prepares its human resource management. A company will certainly get many challenges and problems both from outside and from within the company itself. In the achievement of corporate objectives, of course, the company must improve the performance of existing human resources by providing motivation to be used as an encouragement in doing a job in the company. The purpose of this study to determine the process of improving employee performance at PT. Pulau Kencana Raya, The process of improving employee performance at PT. Pulau Kencana Raya is implemented based on 3 (three) tahapa Target Achievement, Performance Assessment and Provision of motivation. Abstract

Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL) adalah merupakan suatu konsep multi-dimensi, yang meliputi sejumlah faktor yang saling terkait yang perlu pertimbangan cermat untuk konsep dan mengukurnya. Istilah QWL dapat dijabarkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, motivasi, kinerja, produktivitas, kesehatan, keselamatan dan kesejahteraan, keamanan kerja, pengembangan kompetensi dan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan non kehidupan kerja.Kata kunci: Kualitas hidup (QoL), Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (WLB), Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (QWL), Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Distribution channel is one important factor in the marketing mix, ie product, price, place, and promotion. It is an integral part of said place. The accuracy of distribution channels in general will help increasing the volume of sales which is the ultimate goal of marketing. This work is intended to determine the effect of the accuracy of the distribution channel to sales volume by taking the case of the PT Tirtamas Lestari. This study uses statistical methods to test causal through populations of bottled water sales at PT Tirta. The conclusion of this study is that the accuracy of the distribution channel significantly affects sales volume. However, note also that the distribution channel turned out to have a number of barriers that result in less optimal distribution channels in increasing sales volume.Kata Kunci: Saluran Distribusi, Volume Penjualan, Bauran Pemasaran, Pelayanan Prima

Abstract

AbstractMany Polytechnics, as vocational education providers offer education services even by providing guaranteed employment before graduating from college with attractive promotional programs, even by cutting celebrities. One side of the government has educated the public to continue their education on vocational education, but on the other hand, the number of Polytechnic enthusiasts remains much smaller than other forms of higher education. This study aims to determine the responses of respondents to the credibility and attractiveness endorsers of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta (PLJ), the PLJ selection process as a place of study, as well as the influence of PLJ credibility and attractiveness towards the PLJ selection process as a place of study. This research method uses descriptive verification method, with a regression analysis tool with SPSS 16. The results show that the credibility and attractiveness of PLJ endorsers as well as the PLJ selection process as a lecture place are responded well at a good level by respondents, besides that there is an influence from the credibility and attractiveness of PLJ endorsers to the PLJ selection process as a place of study.Keywords: Credibility, Attractiveness, Endorser, Selection Process.

Abstract

Mistake of looking at economic problems are causing errors in solving economic problems. Regard the capitalist economic system economic problems arise because of the scarcity of sources, while human needs are unlimited. Then the economic system provides a way out by way of how humans can increase production as much as possible to meet the needs that he is not limited. In this way the macro level is applied to the pursuit of economic growth as high. Of course the issue of whether the needs of each individual, especially their basic needs are met or not, is not considered a capitalist economic system. But that note is the owner of the capital so that they can improve and expand the production scale.Application of the Islamic economic system is an integral part of the application of Islamic law so that the Islamic economic system is the part that is not liberated by other shariah-Islamic law. Application of Islamic law in the economy is an obligation as the duty of every Muslim to perform the prayer, fasting, zakat and hajj. Thus inappropriate for us to ignore the economic activities of Islamic law to take, carry out and glorify other economic system based kufr law.Logical consequence of the implementation efforts of Islamic economic system is the state or daulah should apply Islamic law as a whole, including the country's system of Khilafah Islamiyah daulah. So in applying Islamic economic system have also been conducted simultaneously attempt to form and establish the Khilafah Islamiyah daulah.Any Muslim who believes in the truth of the Islamic faith, a duty for everyone to be bound by the laws of Personality (Islamic Shari'ah) when committed by only by the standards of halal and haram that have been outlined by Allah SWT. The point we are all obliged to carry out all the commands of Allah (lawful act) and stay away from all his ban (unlawful)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 2) mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 3) mengetahui kendala yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan dari atasan kepada bawahan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, 4) mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan terhadap kendala yang dihadapi oleh Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat dab merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan level staf di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dan data penelitian ini berupa data primer yang bersumber dari kuisioner.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variable kepuasan kerja karyawan di Optik Melawai Jakarta Barat, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,9735. Besarnya kepuasan kerja 95,77% dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 5,23% dipengaruhi oleh variable/faktor lainnya, yaitu ciri-ciri intrinsic pekerjaan, gaji penghasilan dan imbalan, serta rekan sejawat. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja
