Abstract

Excessive direction is called ifrath, and not being angry is called tafrith/ shortage. While placing anger at the right time is called i'tidal / balanced. The main problem of this research, how is anger in Islam and its relevance to mental health? This research uses a type of library research (library research) with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that feeling annoyed and angry is a human thing to happen. One of the things that are affected when holding anger is a disturbance to one's mental health. Mental health can be disrupted because you always hold on to frustration, hurt, to disappointment. Indeed, anger that arises can be turned into something harmful or beneficial. Anger triggers the body to decide to defend or fight. These emotions trigger responses, such as fear, excitement, to anxiety. The body will be filled with hormones that cause stress, such as adrenaline and cortisol. Frequent temper tantrums will harm your heart health. Anger can trigger physiological changes that affect the blood, temporarily increasing the risk of a heart attack or related problems. Thoughts and emotions can affect health. Emotions that are free and can be expressed naturally will not affect health. However, depressed emotions (especially fear or negative feelings) can drain mental energy, negatively impacting the body and causing health problems.

Abstract

Islamic banking organizations that show two sides of achievement targets, namely economic achievements and socio-religious mission achievements, also bring two consequences, whether they have to lead the organization towards content marketing or carry out only socio-religious missions. In this context, organizational leaders have a strategic role in making Islamic banking institutions capable of optimally achieving their goals. This study aims to explain whether prophetic leadership can balance the current situation with beliefs that are pretty convenient to understand and; see what variables are relevant to the prophetic leadership variable when applied to Islamic banking institutions. This article uses a phenomenon-based foundation in Islamic banking and its governance policies as the object of study. A narrative review of literature studies is the primary approach in writing articles. The study results show that the issue of leadership with prophetic issues has a pattern that follows the specificity of the locus of study (Islamic banking institutions), which indicates that the modern leadership widely displayed in Western literature is not the best. The relevance and superiority of prophetic leadership in maintaining the professionalism and morality aspects of performance to balance economic activities with social activities amid the rapid issue of banking capitalism in Indonesia. Through Maqasid ash-Shariah on, the policies of Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia, prophetic leadership can go hand in hand with business processes and their application to Islamic banking. The implication of this study is to provide an understanding that prophetic leadership, which has been applied long before the emergence of Western leadership models, is still very relevant in dealing with changing times and is opposed to being an alternative to leadership in the modern era like today.

However, in the last three years the number of KPI students has decreased, in 2019 there were (89) eighty-nine students, in 2020 (79) seventy-nine students and entering 2021 the number of KPI students has decreased, namely (50) fifty only students. In the last three years there has been a decrease in the number of students, so in-depth information is needed on this matter, so that it will be tested in the field on the perceptions of high school students on the same level about the IAIN Curup KPI study program. The method used in this research is qualitative research with an exploratory approach. The goal of exploratory research is to produce generalizations derived from inductive processes about the group, process, activity, or situation being studied. From the results of the study it can be described that the perceptions of high school students about the KPI study program are that they are generally not familiar with this study program and only a few students do, such as vocational students who do internships in the KPI study program, this is due to a lack of promotion and no KPI student activities like preaching to school before the previous Covid-19 pandemic.
