Abstract

This paper analyses Islamic entrepreneurial intention by involving college students in Yogyakarta as respondents. Two questions can be proposed: first, does the Pesantren environment influence Islamic entrepreneurial intention, and second, what are influencing factors on the improvement of Islamic entrepreneurial meaning. The research method used explanatory by using SEM-AMOS analysis. This study adopted the Islamic Entrepreneurial Intention model Theory of Planned Behavior, which was modified by Ashraf (Ashraf, 2021). The novelty of this research is by adding Pesantren environment as a variable independent. It was tested on Islamic entrepreneurial intention. This research shows that only self-efficacy and perceived social support factors influence entrepreneurial intention among five factors that influence students' entrepreneurial intention. The other three elements, namely prior experience, empathy, and moral obligation, do not influence Islamic entrepreneurial intention. On students, the category shows there is no difference in Islamic entrepreneurial intention between college students living in pesantren and college students not living in Pesantren. Pesantren environment is considered as less effective in performing its role in growing the student's intention who live in Pesantren to do Islamic entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study answers questions about Sufism as a communication message for Emha Ainun Nadjib in the Ma'iyah Kenduri Cinta discussion group at Taman Ismail Marzuqi, Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical basis uses narrative theory. Then the result is obtained. First, Emha Ainun Najib is a literary figure, more inclined to Sufism using Sufism literature when communicating with the congregation. Second, Emha Ainun Najib is a Sufi poet who is not much different from Sufi poets such as Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah, Ibn Arabi, Al-Hallaj, and Rumi. However, they are already included in the category of a Sufi, while Emha is still not at that stage. Third, Emha Ainun Najib, during his lecture, conveyed his religious experience through literature: form of Sufistic poetry, without letting go of the pure nature of God, who is One, transcendent, and immanent. Fourth, Emha Ainun Najib is a character or lecturer who can demonstrate coherence in conveying his messages of Sufistic value to the Ma'iyah congregation of love celebrations and Emha when conveying his ideas, and thoughts through the Sinau Together approach (lectures & joint discussions). In addition, through the CakNun.com youtube media, books and poetry.

Abstract

This study discusses prophetic leadership models and how to facilitate them in the public bureaucracy. Prophetic leadership is the ability possessed by leaders to influence subordinates following Islamic demands (leading to the pattern of the leadership of Rasulullah PBUH). Systematically we work. Starting with searching for sources of reading (al-Qur'an, hadith, journals, and books), then reading interactive, making reading tables, and reducing the essence of reading before being transferred to the worksheet. This study found that leadership can be explained through extrinsic and intrinsic motivation theories. Prophetic leadership belongs to innate leadership because it uses spirituality as the basis of value. In Islam, prophetic leadership not only stems from intrinsic or ethical motivation but also combines divine-world motivation (Hashanah) and Akhirah. Then it is known that the triggers of prophetic leadership can result from imitating the Prophet Muhammad and social experience. The process of its formation took place for a long time, so it is concluded that prophetic leadership can be applied in the public bureaucracy if the state civil apparatus of the country has religious maturity. Efforts to realize prophetic leadership can begin by analyzing the level of religious maturity. Bringing spiritual nuances within the organization is considered to be sufficient to facilitate the ASN of a mature country. We are just at the analytical stage and predict its application opportunities. The next researcher needs to raise the best practice case from this model and formulate a measuring tool to assess the successful application of prophetic leadership in the public bureaucracy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze Da’wah Tarbiyah of the Indonesian Muslim Students Islamic Union (KAMMI) from the perspective of political communication and public opinion. The methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data was collected from various journals, books, and research results published online. Data analysis techniques use flowing techniques (data reduction, data display, and drawing research conclusions). The nature of data analysis carried out in the study is descriptive-analytical by making descriptions and analyzing all library data that has been obtained. This study concludes that the Da’wah Tarbiyah of KAMMI has a romantic relationship with Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) and the Muslim Brotherhood. The typology of the Da’wah Tarbiyah is conservative, accommodating, and reformist, carrying out the vision of uniting the state with Islam. KAMMI built Da’wah Tarbiyah by conducting political communication with the PKS as the house of the movement. This organization makes public opinion so that the Muslim community accepts Da’wah Tarbiyah. This extra-campus organization fights political communication and public opinion by integrating da’wah and politics so that Islam can become a formal ideology in building the country.

Abstract

The 2019 election in Bengkulu city has ended. Still, it does not require that there may be aspects that need to be observed and studied scientifically, especially how the involvement of online media is in the popularity of a party, so this study seeks to analyze political news. Analysis of political news will focus on the aspect of emphasis on the whole news section by journalists and the completeness of the whole news through framing analysis of the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki model. So that the formation of the political power in question can be observed in the results of an in-depth analysis of the strengths or weaknesses of the news management party about the Bengkulu City DPW PAN on Guidelinesbenngkulu.com; (1) Journalists emphasize the title, source credibility, photos and graphics, although the emphasis on photos and graphics is not too much. (2) completeness of the whole news; there are still many news sections that have not described the how-to section, so it seems shallow; there are some parts of the news paragraph that are not following the background information; all news does not include the location of the interview; the entire news section from the title, leads, content, to the closing of the news, is following the completeness of the overall news. All political news about the Bengkulu City DPW National Mandate Party is opinion news.
