Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine war that began in February 2022 has had a lot of impact on surrounding countries. One of the impacts that has received a lot of attention is the energy crisis. Moldova is one of the countries affected by the energy crisis because of its dependence on supplies from Russia. The effects of the energy crisis are widespread in people's lives. Due to the energy crisis, there is economic, social, and political instability in the country. This study seeks to explore the various efforts made by Moldova to overcome the energy crisis. This study used data from secondary sources collected through literature studies. The data found is then analyzed with qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study show that Moldova is diversifying its energy supply sources by exploring cooperation with other energy-producing countries. Moldova is also conducting energy diplomacy in an effort to obtain financial and technical support to overcome the ongoing energy crisis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and discipline on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The sample in the study used a simple random sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. Data was measured using a Likert scale and data analysis used the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this research directly analyze discipline variables that influence employee performance and motivation, training variables influence motivation and have no influence on employee performance and motivation variables influence employee performance. The results of the analysis indirectly influence discipline and training variables on employee performance which is mediated by motivation. Several recommendations for research are presented based on the conclusions and suggestions regarding the results of this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, motivation, and job discipline of employees working on the performance at PT Draco Internasional. This study used the associative method and primary data. Data collected through questionnaires and interview which conducted on 55 employees of PT Draco Internasional. This study uses data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and also the coefficient of determination test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Based on the result the following conclusion is obtained: Test results partially for training variable with statistic value tcount > ttable (8.859 > 2.021) and a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means there is influence significant from the training variable on employee performance. Partial test results for motivational variable with statistic value of tcount > ttable (3.483 > 2.021) and a probability value of 0.001 < 0.05, then Ho has rejected means that there is a significant effect of the motivation variable on employee performance. Partial test results for job discipline variable with a statistic value tcount > ttable (2.667 > 2.021) and a probability value of 0.010 < 0.05, then Ho has rejected means that there is a significant effect of the job discipline on employee performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of Fcount > Ftable (39.242 > 2.78) and a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means there is a significant simultaneous influence (togetherness) of the training variable, motivation variable, and job discipline variable together on the employee performance variable. The amount of the adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.680 or 68%, which means that the independent variables can be explained in the employee performance variable by 68% while the remaining 32% is explained by other factors outside of this research.

Abstract

The research sample was determined using purposive sampling involving 95 respondents. We used multiple linear regression to analyse all the data in this study. The results showed that it's not just one thing that affects performance. It's a combination of things: the workload, the work environment and job satisfaction. We also found that workload, work environment and job satisfaction all have a significant impact on employee performance (p=0.000). It would be great if Perumda BPR Majalengka Bank could create a safe and comfortable environment for their employees and provide tasks and responsibilities that match their abilities and skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. The total population in this study amount to 3,750 populations. The sample obtained was 110 respondents. As independent variables, namely brand image, product quality, and price, while the dependent variable is a purchase decision, and the intervening variable is customer loyalty. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. While the data processing and analysis method used is the Path Analysis test using the Amos Version 22.0 software. This research was conducted on residents of RW001, Grogol Selatan Village, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The results of the analysis obtained p-value for the first hypothesis of 0.356> alpha 0.05. Thus Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected which means that there is no significant effect between brand image on customer loyalty, for the second hypothesis is 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect between product quality on customer loyalty, for the third hypothesis is 0.893> alpha 0.05. Thus Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is rejected, which means that there is no significant effect between price and customer loyalty, for the fourth hypothesis is 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Thus Ho4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between customer loyalty to purchasing decisions, to hypothesize the five standardized direct effects of brand image on purchasing decisions through customer loyalty has a value (0.125). and the value of the standardized indirect effect of brand image on purchasing decisions through customer loyalty (0.030). It can be concluded that the value of standardized direct effect (0.125)> value of standardized indirect effect (0.030). Thus Ho5 is rejected and Ha5 is accepted which means that the brand image has a direct effect on purchasing decisions through customer loyalty, for the sixth hypothesis the standardized direct effect price of purchasing decisions through customer loyalty has a value (0.239) and the value of standardized indirect effect prices on purchase decisions through loyalty customer is (0.004). It can be concluded that the value of standardized direct effect (0.239)> standardized indirect effect value (0.004). Thus Ho6 is rejected and Ha6 is accepted, which means that prices affect the purchasing decisions through customer loyaltyl.

The research method uses field surveys with a quantitative approach, where the study population was 45 peoples and a sample of 45 peoples. Based on the results of the research and discussion previously stated, the following conclusions are obtained: Test results partially for discipline variables with statistic values tcount > ttable (3.441 > 2.019) and probability values of 0.001 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means there is influence significant from the discipline variable toward employees performance. Partial test results for motivation variables with a statistic value of tcount > ttable (2.449 > 2.019) and a probability value of 0.019 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means that there is a significant effect of the motivation variable toward employees performance. Partial test results for job environment variables with a statistic value of tcount > ttable (2.423 > 2.019) and a probability value of 0.020 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected means that there is a significant effect of the job environment variable toward employees performance. Simultaneous test results with a value of Fcount > Ftable (16.210 > 2.830), then Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant simultaneous influence (together) of the variable discipline, motivation, and job environment together on the variable employees performance. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.737 which means that there is a strong correlation between discipline, motivation, and job environment with employees performance. The amount of the adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.509 or 50.9%, which means that the independent variables can explain the changes in the variable employees performance by 50.9% while the remaining 49.1% is explained by other factors outside the research this
