Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian di bidang manajemen pemasaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis suatu data statistik secara deskriptif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode peramalan kuantitatif (forecasting). Tujuan penelitian adalah dapat mengetahui peramalan produksi gitar model APX500II bulan Januari 2015 pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia menggunakan metode forecasting dan QM for Windows. Sehingga hasil produksi gitar sesuai dengan permintaan pasar dan tidak terjadi pemborosan atau kerugian akibat produksi berlebih. Serta dapat mengetahui nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling sesuai untuk meramalkan hasil produksi gitar bulan Januari 2015. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Yamaha Music Manufacturing Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 08 Desember 2014 sampai 09 Januari 2015 selama satu bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke enam metode peramalan yang digunakan, nilai MAD dan MSE yang paling rendah yaitu nilai MAD sebesar 391,0755 dan MSE 246.291,6152. Maka dapat diperoleh nilai peramalan hasil produksi gitar model APX500II untuk bulan Januari 2015 sebesar 1.068.4695 unit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Price, Promotion, and Weather to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestari Jakarta. This type of research is survey research with quantitative approach, where research is done by taking some samples from the population and using questionnaire as data gathering tools. The population of this study is 85 consumers. In this study using a 85 respondents. The research method used primary data. Sampling technique using Accidental Sampling and processed by using SPSS 21.0. From the results of the study showed that all independent variables (Price, Promotion, and Weather) simultaneously or together effect to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestarijaya. Judging from the value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.609 there is a strong relationship between Price variables Promotion, and Weather to Decision. Then from the calculation of Coefficient of Determination (R2), it can be concluded that the independent variables in this study has an Adjusted R Square value of 0.347 or 34.7%, it shows that the percentage of contribution variable Price, Promotion, and Weather Giving influence of 34.7%, to Decision at PT Bintang Meruya Lestari Jakarta while the rest equal to 65.3% influenced other factor not included in this research.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in Indonesia requires diverse and sustainable sources of financing, because the Indonesian APBN/APBD is not sufficient to finance Indonesian infrastructure financing needs, so other alternative sources of financing are needed. The aim of this research is to examine the role of Sharia Public Private Partnership (Sharia PPP) as an alternative financing for infrastructure development in Indonesia. The research is qualitative research in the form of descriptive analysis through library research, literature and government policies/regulations. The research results show that regulatory the Sharia PPP has a legal basis and the government has provided support, facilities (by establishing financing and guarantee institutions) and incentives for PPP projects, however its implementation still faces obstacles in terms of institutional readiness, sharia financial literacy, sharia financing instruments, size Indonesia’s Islamic Bank asset as well as lack understanding of business entities and market players
