Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Marketing, Brand Image dan Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Menginap di Greenhost Boutique Prawirotaman, Yogyakarta.Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menginap di Greenhost Boutique Prawirotaman,Yogyakarta yaitu masyarakat DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden.Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive sampling dengan rumus Hair. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Green Marketing, Brand Image, dan Service Quality berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Menginapdi Greenhost Boutique Prawirotaman,Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in attitudes between sandwich generations investing in precious metals in carrying out parenting patterns for parents and children. This research used 67 respondents who specifically consisted of 27 respondents who owned gold as the main investment tool, while the rest were groups of respondents who had investment tools other than gold precious metals through mutual funds.By using the Mann Whitney method, it can be concluded that there are different attitudes in the Sandwich generation who invest in gold and those who invest in other than precious metals in carrying out parenting patterns for parents and children. Furthermore, gold precious metal is not an appropriate investment tool for the sandwich generation because it requires a larger fundraiser and a high level of discipline

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the influence of location and motivation variables on the decision to visit the Karangpawitan Car-free Day among the students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. This research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods. The sample in this study were 100 students of the Singaperbangsa Karawang University who had previously visited the Karangpawitan Car-free Day. The data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study included correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and scale range analysis. The results of this study at the 5% significance level are, (1) location has no positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Karangpawitan Car-free Day, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Karangpawitan Car-free Day, (3) Location and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect of 0.575. This means that the location and motivation variables contributed 57.5% to the decision to visit Karangpawitan car-free day, and the remaining 42.5% was the contribution made by other variables not mentioned in this study.Keyword : location, motivation, visit decisionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menjelaskan, dan menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel lokasi dan motivasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Car-free Day Karangpawitan pada mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang yang sebelumnya pernah mengunjungi Car-free Day Karangpawitan sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penyebaran angket kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis rentang skala. Hasil penelitian ini dalam taraf signifikansi 5% adalah, (1) Lokasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Car-free Day Karangpawitan, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Car-free Day Karangpawitan, (3) Lokasi dan motivasi secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,575. Artinya, variabel lokasi dan motivasi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 57,5% terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Car-free Day karangpawitan, dan sisa 42,5% lainnya merupakan kontribusi yang diberikan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: lokasi, motivasi, keputusan berkunjung

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the important determinants of the intention to buy the product "Odading Mang Oleh" (a food product in Bandung that was viral on social media) in terms of E-Word of Mouth (E-WOM), brand credibility, and brand image. This study uses quantitative methods, using 112 respondents who perceive each research instrument that is distributed online. The research findings reveal that E-WOM does not have a significant effect on the intention to buy "Odading Mang Oleh", while credibility and brand image have an important impact on the intention to buy the product. The conclusions may not be generalizable because not all areas were represented in this study. In future studies, a larger and more inclusive sample would help to overcome this limitation. This study provides practical information about the exploration of important determinants of product purchasing decisions in terms of e-word of mouth, brand credibility, and the brand image of a product that was viral.

Abstract

Competition in the manufacturing world makes companies have to have an accurate strategy in getting the right price in the market. Taking into account the costs incurred during production using the right method in the company can compete with fierce competition. The purpose of this research is to apply the target costing method in order to be able to streamline singleface production costs at PT. Hilal Gemilang Khair. The type of research used is qualitative research. Methods of data analysis using qualitative methods with case study design or case studies. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that before using the target costing method, the costs incurred were Rp. 6,506,55/kg and after applying the target costing method, the cost obtained is Rp. 6,289.52/kg. From the results of the application of the target costing method, the company can make a cost efficiency of Rp. 217.04/kg with a percentage of 3.45%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that PT Hilal Gemilang Khair can apply the target costing method used as a single face production cost control.

Abstract

Pada jenis obat Analgesic yaitu obat anti nyeri pada Apotek Widya Farma Surabaya terdapat keadaan persediaan yang menumpuk dan kadang terjadi kekosongan dalam persediaan. Bedasarkan data dari Apotek Widya Farma obat Analgesic sering digunakan atau cepat terjual karena tingginya permintaan. Hal itu dapat menimbulkan kerugian dalam biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memesan persediaan, biaya penyimpanan dan menyebabkan ditemukannya obat yang kadaluwarsa. Penggunaan Metodo Economic Order Quantity untuk menyeimbangkan biaya pemeliharaan persediaan dengan biaya pemesanan dan Metode Minimum Maximum Stock Level menentukan stok yang optimum dan mengelola stok berdasarkan ketersediaan komponen pada level mimimum dan maksimum atau tidak boleh kekurangan atau melebihi dari stok. Perhitungan dengan metode EOQ dan MMSL untuk mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Diharapkan dengan melakukan aktivitas pengendalian dengan beberapa metode tersebut mendapat solusi dari permasalahan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian pesediaan obat Analgesic mampu menyediakan dengan jumlah dan waktu yang tepat dan harapan pengelolaan persediaan pada Apotek Widya Farma dapat lebih baik dan benar.

Abstract

The company's profitability is not only a major factor in the creation of firm value, several previous researchers have explored the determinants of firm value creation. This statement becomes an argument so that this study re-examines the contribution of firm size and leverage to the firm's value of property and real estate. The selection of issuers relies on the criteria sampling technique by utilizing financial reports obtained from the Indonesian capital market directory for the 2017-2019 period, there are thirteen issuers' financial reports that cannot be used from forty-two issuers, that meet the criteria so that only eighty-seven units of analysis are left. data. The results of the analysis of variance show that a large company size cannot make a meaningful contribution to increasing firm value. This condition is different from leverage, in that high leverage is proven to be able to make a significant contribution in increasing firm value.

Abstract

HR planning is a strategic matter in implementing corporate strategy, through HR planning it can increase the company's chances of getting the right people, in the right place, at the time needed. Good HR planning must be in-line with the company's vision, mission, long-term objectives, and short-term objectives. This HR planning must be able to be implemented properly by the HR division in order to find the best candidate for the company. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the relevant literature related to HR planning. The results showed that the company must be able to compile HR planning that is in line with its vision, mission, long-term objectives, and short-term objectives; the HR division must be able to translate HR planning based on organizational design, job design, in the form of job descriptions, tasks, responsibilities, authorities, as the basis for determining HR planning; HR planning tailored to the company's business development; workload analysis, become the basis for HR planning; and employee turnover rate, can be used as a determination of the company's HR planning.
