Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image and product quality, product quality and price, and brand image and price on Oriflame products. Price on Repeat Purchase of Oriflame Products, Simultaneous Influence between Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on Repeat Purchase of Oriflame Products. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach and the sample used Hair et al and a porposive sampling technique which then produced a sample of 180 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis with the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 18.0. There is a partial effect of brand image on product repurchase, product quality has a partial and significant effect on product repurchase. There is a partial and significant price effect on product repurchases. Simultaneously brand image, product quality and price affect the repurchase of Oriflame products

Abstract

In the process of organizational development, every aspect undergoes changes both from within and from outside the organizational environment. To balance these changes, an organization makes the necessary interventions. One intervention that focuses on Human Resources is the Work Team Development Intervention. It is explained that teamwork and organizational members are the backbone of an organization. Without good cooperation or teamwork, an organization will not be ready to face change, let alone develop. Work team development is carried out by a leader, and carried out by organizational members who are part of the organization. To be able to produce good teamwork, organizational members must be able to interact and communicate well with each other, between groups, and with superiors. Good interaction produces good social relations in the organization, with this good relationship an organizational group can unite their voices and thoughts to jointly achieve organizational goals more efficiently and satisfactorily. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, then data collection techniques using literature studies to find the effect of the success of the Work Team Coaching Intervention in an effort to develop the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Technology Acceptance Model at the Tiktok Shop in Bekasi City regarding the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on consumer attitudes among Gen Z and Millennials. TikTok Shop, which is a social media platform as well as an e-commerce forum, brings changes to the e-commerce system through the uniqueness of the shopping activities in it. This uniqueness is something new for the community, so it is closely related to the TAM concept, which focuses on accepting new technology. The method used in this study uses both descriptive and verification methods. By collecting data through a survey by distributing questionnaires, which obtained 211 respondents from generation Z and millennials who are TikTok Shop users in Bekasi city. The data obtained were analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of perceived usefulness on consumer attitudes; perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes; perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness; and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on consumer attitudes through perceived usefulness.

Abstract

The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and commitment on performance through job satisfaction of non-manager employees of PT. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. The research method used is a survey method, the data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 non-PT employees. Sinar Sosro Tasikmalaya Branch Office. Sampling using the census and the analytical method used in this study is path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence, commitment, satisfaction and performance. Based on the research results, it is known that emotional intelligence and commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction; emotional intelligence, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance; and emotional intelligence, commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction of non-managers at PT Sinar Sostro Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of human capital, organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on performance as measured by work productivity partially or simultaneously. This study's PLS-SEM analysis led to the following conclusions: (1) There is a considerable positive influence of organizational commitment, human capital, and spiritual intelligence on employee work productivity, whereas intellectual intelligence has a negative and negligible effect. (2) While intellectual intelligence has a negative and minor impact on employee performance, human capital, organizational dedication, and spiritual intelligence all have a considerable beneficial impact. (3) There is a sizable positive relationship between employee performance and job productivity. (4) Work productivity as an intervening variable for workers has a large positive relationship with human capital, organizational commitment, and spiritual intelligence, but a negative and negligible relationship with intellectual intelligence. The study's novel conclusion is that both directly and indirectly, the discovery of spiritual intelligence positively affects performance through job productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Environmental Characteristics and Service Quality on Revisit Intention on Culinary Tourism (WISKUL) in Kolaka Regency. This research is survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this research were all customers who had visited Culinary Tourism (WISKUL) in Kolaka Regency and 110 respondents were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS analysis techniques through the Smart PLS software. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Environmental Characteristics and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention on Culinary Tourism (WISKUL) in Kolaka Regency. Greater influence by Environmental Characteristics which shows that the intention to return is influenced by several factors of Environmental Characteristics, namely employees who are friendly and responsive in providing services and having an attractive place, as well as comfortable interior (indoor) and exterior (outdoor) settings so that visitors feel comfortable to make revisit intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Online Customer Review on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening among students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population of this study were students of Sembilanbelas november Kolaka University. While the sample of this study amounted to 150 people according to the results of the hair formula. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Media Marketing variable on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening in Kolaka Nineteen November University Students. Meanwhile, the Online Customer Review variable on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening for students at the Sembilanbelas november Kolaka University has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The aims of study were to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics and culture on satisfaction and OCB in Jakarta Customs and Excise Office Employees. The research was conducted by the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office. The research population were 1,403 employees at the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office. The number of samples were 294 employees. The data analysis method used validity, reliability, normality tests, linearity tests, classical assumption tests and path analysis. The results showed that job characteristics did not significantly affect the OCB of the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Organizational culture had a positive effect on OCB of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Job characteristics have no significant effect on job satisfaction of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Employee job satisfaction had a positive effect on the formation of OCB behavior of the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees.
