The purpose of this study was to determine how marketing public relations of Happy Puppy Banjarmasin karaoke in an effort of attracting visitors.The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, this method is trying to describe and explain an event by looking at the facts that exist as observations, but researcher also analyze and integrate, after that researcher conducted a classification. Data collection methods that writer use are interviews and documentaries.These results indicate that marketing public relations conducted by Happy Puppy Banjarmasin in an effort of attracting visitors through activities, namely: 1) Corporate identity, 2) sponsorship, 3) community relations 4) Publications, and 5) Customer relations, those activities through the phases of planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the opinion of Ruslan (2010), and from 7 marketing public relations activities mentioned by Kasali (2006) only 4 marketing public relations activities undertaken by Happy Puppy Banjarmasin.

Relatedness of opinion on fertility is when there is an increase on one’s income, this will provide greater effect on the decrease of fertility. This research aims to know and describe the effects of income, cost of children, working hours, age of first marriage, education and work location on working female fertility in Palangka Raya City. In this paper, the data collection technique is by Library Research), namely the data collection technique through various literatures to obtain theoretical basic equipment such as books, magazines, bulletins as well as other relevant readings to the studied issues. (b) Field Research, namely by direct observation on the observed objects.The research result of independent variable effect results on dependent variables in a whole can be seen from the value of F-Count by 17,954 with the probability level of 0,000 (significance). Because the probability is much smaller than α = 0,05, so the regression model can be used to predict the affecting factors on fertility on working female in palangka Raya city in terms of poor family or can be said that income, cost of children, working hours, age of first marriage, education and work location simultaneously affect significantly on fertility on working female in Palangka Raya city in poor family.

The result of the first hipothesis examination shows that organizational commitment (x1) has no significant impact on internal auditors’ job satisfaction. The result of the second hipothesis examination shows that professional commitment (x2) has no significant impact on internal auditors’ job satisfaction. Then, the result of the third hipothesis examination shows that interaction between organizational commitment and motivation (Zx1-Zx3) does not have an effect on the job satisfaction and last, the result of the fourth hipothesis examination shows that interaction between professional commitment and motivation (Zx2-Zx3) does not have an effect on the job satisfaction which means that here, in this reseacrh, motivation does not represent as a moderating variable.

This research aims to know whether there are any effects of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors on purchase decision of Samsung brand towards the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. The research methodology is quantitative.The independent variables consist of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors and the dependent variables are purchase decision. The research samples consist of 104 employees in Hospital having hand phone with Samsung brand. The data collection techniques are by questionnaire and observation. The data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. To look at the effects, so the analysis used is multiple regression analysis.From the research results, it is known that partially the cultural and psychological variables provide significant effects on purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya..from the regression result, it known that the social, personal and psychological variables affects positively on the purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Meanwhile, for the cultural variable, it has negative effect on the purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.

Insani clinical Muara Teweh founded in 2014 and until now more or less run for two years, address at T. Surapati street RT.12A Malayu village Muara Teweh North Barito regency in Central Kalimantan. With the number of employees 50 people managed by Heriansyah.This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, spirit of work and working environment together and partially on the performance of employees in Insani clinical Muara Teweh. This type of research is quantitative method. The samples were obtained 50 votes. To determine the effect of the influence of discipline, spirit of work and working environment to employees performance at Insani clinical Muara Teweh statistical methods used multiple linear regression test. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program for Windows.Based on the results of the research show that together the discipline, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence employee performance in Insani clinical Muara Teweh. Partially, discipline, morale and working environment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Insani clinical Muara Teweh.

Every company contrives to get their officers engaged thoroughly to the company activities in form of absolute productivity to attain the objectives of the company. Meanwhile there are a lot of factors that may affect the productivity of the officers such as work spirit, discipline, level of education, skill, nutrition and health, attitudes, ethics, motivation, work climate, technology, production facilities, opportunities to work and accomplish something at work. The objectives of this research were to discover how motivation possibly affects the productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Banjarmasin at work and to find out which is the dominant variable that affects that productivity of The Local Water Company (PDAM) officers in Banjarmasin. Based on the regression analysis of the five work motivation variables towards work productivity, the research resulted on physiological need (X1), the need of security (X2), social need (X3), the need for achievement (X4), and the need for self-actualization (X5). Furthermore, the most dominant variable that affected the productivity at work is the need of security which is 0.720, for the officers need an assurance of their safety in undertaking their tasks at work.

This recearch aims in writing expository narrative essay using the scientific approch (1) lesson planning Indonesian based scientific approach appropriate curriculum in class VIII F 2013 SMP Negeri 1 Strait Kuala Kapuas, (2) the implementation of llellaning Indonesian based scientific approch appropriate curriculum in class VIII F 2013 SMP Negeri 1 Strait, (3) evaluation of learning Indonesian appropriate scientific approach scientific approch appropriate curriculum in class VIII F 2013 SMP Negeri 1 Strait, and (4) the narrative Indonesia based scientific approach appropriate curriculum in class VIII F 2013 SMP Negeri 1 Strait Kuala Kapuas.The design of the study using a scientific approach in teaching writing method can evaluate and get a association betwee other language skills, including the study of case, 1) fist environmental factors, 2) intelligence, 3) personality learners, 4) the growth of learners, 5) maturity learners. The resuls of direct research because it has the implementation of the 1) curriculum organizational structure to establish the position of aspects of expository narative skills, 2) determination of material and svientific strategies in learning, 3) attitudes of teachers in teaching, 4) the attitude of teachers in addressing the difficulties faced by learners in ekspositoris naarative writing process, 5) thr determination of the type of learners.The results showed that (1) in the fifth stage of the learning plan the mainn activities planned scientific approach to the commponent measures of learning, 2) in the fifth stage of the implementation of the main activities andd implemented in two or three meeting, 3) in the assessment of learning evaluation phase includes assesing aspects of knowledge and skills, and 4) the constraints experienced by teachers is a discrepancy text structure, keruntutan exposure , use sentences, vocabulary, penerikan title, and use EYD in writing of learners.

The economic growth is used to asses the economic performance, so that the economic growth is very important because by good economic growth will open more work fields. This research aims to conduct empirical test on whether the economic growth in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years affects significantly on the decrease of Poverty Level.The research method used is descriptive method. This method is a method directing on real research issues in its practice. The obtained data are collected in research activity, then presented, described and analyzed through analysis tools applied. To answer the problem formulation and test on the hypothesis, whether there is any significant effect of the economic growth level on the decrease of Poverty level in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years, using Simple Regression Statistic Analysis.The testing results on the economic growth level for the latest six years regressed through the Poverty level in Central Kalimantan show that there is a negative correlation (- 0.356 ) but insignificant one so that the hypothesis stating that “ There is a significant effect of the economic growth level on the decrease of Poverty level in Central Kalimantan for the latest six years” is rejected.

This study aimed to, test the significant influence partially on the Product Quality Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Service testing the significant influence partially on Customer Satisfaction and, to test significant influence price perceptions partially to Customer Satisfaction.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all customers or consumers cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi .Sampel study of 50 people .Pengujian partially Effect of Variable Product Quality (X1) to Customer Satisfaction, is equal to 0,511, with thus, the hypothesis that product quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Effect of Variable Quality of Service (X2) to the value t variable quality of service is equal to -0,114, Thus, the hypothesis that service quality is not positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proven rejected. Variables Influence Perception Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction in Edible Oils Packaging CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin.Nilai t Variable Perception is the price of 15,569, this result is greater than the t-table is thus partially 2,011.Dengan price perception have a significant impact on customer satisfaction on bottled cooking oil CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin probability variable error rate of 0,00 (less than 0,05) .With thus, the hypothesis that the perception of price positive effect on customer satisfaction on oil bottled cooking CV.Indo Sari Abadi Banjarmasin proved acceptable.
