Abstract

This study aims to classify the students of the Al-Amanah Junwangi Modern Islamic Boarding School into several behavioral characteristics in responding to the onslaught of tiktok content trends. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects are students who live in Islamic boarding schools ranging in age from 14 to 16 years by conducting interviews. This study finds that there are 4 types of typical student groupings in responding to the onslaught of tiktok content trends in the current digital era. These are typical observers, typical imitators, typical modifiers, and typical focus.

Abstract

The concept of multicultural competence of counselors is dominated by Western theories which are loaded with value content so that in practice they often encounter obstacles. Therefore, adaptation efforts are needed into the Indonesian context by taking into account socio-cultural and religious values. The purpose of this study is to develop multicultural skills for prospective counselors who meet the criteria, accuracy, accuracy, and propriety that have been tested by experts and user tests. In addition, the guide can be used in the development of multicultural skills of prospective counselors. This research uses development research design. The results showed that the multicultural competency guide was based on the value of moderation and met the criteria, accuracy, accuracy, and appropriateness. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that there is a significant difference between before and before being given a multicultural competency guide based on an-Nahdliyah moderation values. This is evidenced by the difference in the mean at the time of the pre test with the difference in the mean at the time of the post test and also from the results of the Paired Sample T Test which shows that the value of Sig (2-tailed) is 0.000.

Abstract

The character of each and every individual really has its own uniqueness, as indicated by the human limit itself, lined up with the Qur'an's bayan in regards to character. This article is a subjective examination utilizing library research. Library research is a progression of exercises with the strategies for gathering library information, perusing, and overseeing research materials. In light of the consequences of the review, Ibn Sina's complete name was Abu ali al Husain container Abdullah receptacle al Hasan canister Ali receptacle Ibn Sina, Ibn Sina was brought into the world around the fourth century H. As per Ibn Sina the spirit is equivalent to the Soul. As per him the spirit is the underlying flawlessness, in light of the fact that with it the creature is culminated so it turns into a genuine individual. The Qur'an gives high concordance to human regard which is named "caliphate on the planet". Ibn Sina suggests 4 qualities in people; Subuiyyah, Bahimiyah, Syaitoniyah, and Rabbaniyah. Ibn Sina states that tension about death is the all inclusive quintessence of all infections mental problems, like despondency, fears, trouble, etc.

Abstract

The problem of the source of Islamic law is a very urgent matter to be discussed. Given in reality the source of Islamic law is a guideline for all Muslims. Therefore, it is necessary to have the validity of legal sources that have been agreed upon by the fuqaha' so that there are no fatal mistakes in practicing Islamic teachings. This paper will describe the sources of muttafaq Islamic law.

Abstract

Mosque-based economic empowerment is an economic missionary movement to increase the independence and welfare of the community. Mosques as religious institutions are expected to be able to prosper the community with productive programs through the concept of economic empowerment. Based on these reasons this study aims to find a mosque-based economic empowerment model. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive descriptive analysis through power reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study found that mosques must be able to revitalize their roles and functions based on community needs. Al Akbar Mosque has must apply modern administration and be able to identify the potential of the community. The input of economic empowerment includes institutions, leadership and goals. The process of economic empowerment includes spiritual formation, personal mental formation, capacity building, and giving power. Output of economic empowerment includes strengthening character, strengthening mental character, strengthening emotional relationships, strengthening business and strengthening the economy. Outcomes obtained include spiritual abilities and economic abilities so as to be able to give birth to the welfare of the world and the hereafter. Thus, the mosque was not only prospered by the community, but the mosque was able to prosper the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine or analyze the Factors Influencing Interest in Investing in Islamic Capital Markets for Millennials in Madura. The variables used are Risk, Income and Knowledge level. The Millennial Generation living in Madura who are interested in investing in Islamic Capital Markets is the population of this study. While the sample was chosen using the purposive sampling technique. In selecting this sample, there were 100 respondents from all 4 districts in Madura. The main information used in this investigation came from structured interviews with the help of a questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis is the data analysis used in this study. Whereas the Knowledge Variable is the result of the conclusion that it has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Investing in Shares in the Islamic Capital Market for Millennial Generation in Madura while the Risk and Income Level Variables have a positive but not significant effect on Interest in Investing in Shares in the Islamic Capital Market for Millennial Generation in Madura. Abstract

The development of a business is very necessary for a skilled, highly motivated, innovative and experienced workforce or human resources, but based on field conditions, it shows that the development of human resources in the Pondok Pasantren Miftahul Ulum Palengaan Cooperative, Pamekasan is still less consistent. This can be seen from employees who lack the ability to manage their human resources so that problems arise, namely the lack of effectiveness of development, especially in terms of economics. The research in this article uses the type of field research that describes the phenomena that occur according to the conditions in the field conducted by searching for data directly in the field. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) there are several roles of the MSDI function that we can do in advancing the development of this pasantren cottage cooperative, especially in Human Resource Management such as the functions of planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procurement, development, integrating, compensation, maintenance and discipline (2) there are inhibiting factors, namely SDI that is less qualified and many cooperatives or shops engaged in the same sector. and there are supporting factors in the form of a high sense of enthusiasm between administrators and members and there is a development of santri ideas and innovations through the Santripreneur program that can develop Pasantren cooperatives in empowering economic independence at Pasantren Miftahul Ulum Pamekasan.Keywords: Management, Insani Resources, Economic Independence

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Primatera in managing HIPPAM in Prigi Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency so that HIPPAM BUMDes becomes a business entity and village economic empowerment program. The purpose of this study was to find out about the management of BUMDes HIPPAM in Prigi Kanor Bojonegoro Village, to find out village economic empowerment from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the source of data obtained from primary and secondary data. Data was collected using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The technical analysis of this research data includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of this study show that the management of BUMDes in Prigi village has been well carried out in accordance with the purpose of BUMDes, but the BUMDes of HIPPAM business unit has not been evenly distributed due to lack of capital and network. The empowerment of SOEs for the HIPPAM business unit, the indicators of Tinkin Maddi (Material) of the community experienced changes in expenditure to get water sources, with the presence of HIPPAM being more affordable. Ma'nawi's indicators (non-materially) with HIPPAM make it easier for people to get clean water/drinking water, reduce accidents, make it easier for people to get water to be used by wudhu in the event of a power outage, transparent and accountable financial reporting, socialization of the importance of clean water to the waterfor everyday life and provide a method of Clarification. Abstract

Marriage is a bond between two humans who have a noble goal, namely creating a family that brings peace (sakinah) and love (mawaddah wa rahmah) for all family members. In traditional community life, newly formed families live in the same house with their children or live with extended families in the same neighborhood. Along with the times, many married couples are forced to do long-distance marriages due to certain factors, one of which is work problems. A husband and wife in a long-distance marital relationship, are faced with problems regarding responsibility for the integrity of the family. With the condition of husband and wife who are far apart, it can certainly create a void of roles that should be carried out by husband and wife who live under the same roof, so that family functions experience changes. As a result of the inability to carry out these demands, it is not uncommon to cause conflicts and disputes between husband and wife who live a household like this. In undergoing a long distance marriage relationship, there are many things that are certainly burdensome considerations, one of which is the need to communicate which may be neglected and psychological and biological needs that must be met. Unfulfilled needs in marriage will result in individuals seeking fulfillment of these needs outside of marriage through infidelity and even ending in divorce. Abstract

Amina Wadud as a feminist activist is considered to widen the context of gender equality for women on the one hand. But on the other hand, she is labelled as having made a "new interpretation" of the Qur'anic texts relating to women. Her thinking and understanding eventually had an impact on the position of women in the context of family law. Where a woman has equality that is not much different from a husband. The study in this paper wants to know the extent of Amina Wadud's thoughts on the rights and position of women as wives. The study method used is descriptive qualitative with documentation data collection. Based on the results of the discussion and data findings, it can be concluded that every woman regardless of status has equal rights and position in family law. A woman as a wife is given the same opportunities such as filing for divorce, working, prohibiting her husband from polygamy, inheritance rights, testimony and so on. The gender equality offered by him lies in the position of men and women who are in the same condition or situation in order to fulfil their needs.
