Abstract

Thetradition of angonan sapeh cooperation is common among the people of the Larangan Luar Pamekasan Village. This traditionis still well maintained until now, because in it there are noble values, namely the attitude of helping and brotherhood. The purpose of this study is to find out the tradition of angonan sapeh cooperation carried out by the people of Larangan Luar Pamekasan Village in a fiqh perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach with the research subject being the people of Larangan Luar Village who collaborate with angonan sapeh. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The data collected was then analyzed using a descriptive method. The results of the study show that the people of Larangan Luar Village not only view the angonan sapeh tradition as only business cooperation, but the reareal so values of mutual help and brotherhood. This tradition is in accordance with fiqh, withusing a contract.

Abstract

It has become a belief that the rules of law in the Shari'a have one noble goal, namely to obtain goodness and benefit for humans, and avoid harm. Finally, it demands the scholars from the jurists, ushuliyyun, and Muslim scholars to always develop their studies and thoughts for the purpose of the Shari'a. Muslim figures such as Syatibi, Najmuddin at-Tufi, Jasser Auda, Ahmed an-Na'im, M. Syahrur, Khalid Abu el-Fadhl, and including Izzudin bin Abd. Salam has been trying to make efforts to float. One of the scientific developments in the methodological aspect seems to be a trend that does not die. This paper is a study of the thoughts of a character, namely Izzudin bin Abd. Greetings with a qualitative-descriptive method and using a library research approach contained in the book Qawa`id al-Ahkam fi Mashalih al-Anam. The conclusion of this book is that maslahah contains three dimensions, namely ladzat, afrakh and everything that mediates between the two. Furthermore, he emphasizes the maslahah aspect of distinguishing between something that is real and majazi, which in the next stage leads to the benefit of the world and the benefit of the hereafter.

Abstract

The method is a way or means that must be taken to achieve certain goals and of course the sam'iyyah basyariyah media cannot be separated from the use of information technology (IT) or other media which are tools to achieve a learning goal. The application of the sam'iyyah bashariyyah media will make it easier and faster to understand the material (Istima'1 al-Mufrodhat wannusus al-Masmu'ah) for fourth semester students, besides that the learning process is more enjoyable and students are increasingly interested in the material presented, so that learning objectives can be achieved maximally. This type of research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of research in this scientific work is the implementation / application of the sam'iyyah basyariyyah media in the istima 'al-mufrodhat wannusus al-masmu'ah semester IV PBA STAIMU Pamekasan course. While the subjects in this study were Arabic language lecturers of PBA STAIMU Pamekasan and fourth semester students of PBA STAIMU Pamekasan. The method used in collecting data is by observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the results of the data obtained from the tiger-type training in syam'iyyah basyariyyah media with the use of existing technology tools at the time of learning, the steps in applying the sam'iyyah basyariyah media in the form of videos include: (1) preparation before using the media by controlling the location of the media equipment in such a way, (2) Activities while using the media by displaying videos in the form of stories, news and Arabic advertisements (3) follow-up activities by giving some questions during evaluation, and giving oral and written questions to students and the majority of students are able to answer question given. This proves that the use of sam'iyyah basyariyyah media in the form of slides and learning videos is good for application in Arabic learning

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is one of the sharia-based stock indexes in Indonesia that provides benefits for capital owners to make investments in accordance with Islamic sharia on the Stock Exchange. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Foreign Exchange Rate Fluctuations (US Dollar and Euro) and Inflation on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), with an observation period during July 2017-August 2019. The data used in this study is time series data that is quantitative. which consists of data on the monthly closing value of the JII Variable, Inflation and data on the monthly closing value of the Rupiah exchange rate against the Dollar and EURO. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The data processing is carried out using the SPSS 20.0 application. Based on the results of the t test, it partially shows that the value of the US Dollar Exchange Rate (US$) variable has a positive and not significant effect, the EURO exchange rate variable has a positive and insignificant effect while the inflation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index in the 2017-2019 period. . Variables US$, EURO, and inflation simultaneously or together do not have a positive and significant effect on the stock of the Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the disclosure of Islamic social reporting. Some of these factors are profitability, leverage, and liquidity. This study uses a quantitative study with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling or judgment sampling, with a sample of 55 taken from 10 Islamic commercial banks that have been registered with Bank Indonesia (BI) and have annual reports for 2014-2018. This study found that the performance variables measured by ROA, liquidity as measured by FDR, and bank risk as measured by NPF had a positive effect on the variable CSR disclosure as measured by the ISR. Company size and age have a negative effect on CSR disclosure as measured by the ISR. Meanwhile, performance variables as measured by ROA, liquidity as measured by FDR, and company size or Size have a significant effect on CSR disclosure as measured by ISR, while NPF bank risk and company age as measured by AGE has no significant effect on ISR.

Abstract

This paper is the result of a comparative study to answer the following problem formulations: First, how is the concept of guaranteeing movable and immovable property in pawning the perspective of Islamic law and civil law. Second, how are the similarities and differences in the concept of movable and immovable property guarantees in the perspective of Islamic law and civil law pawning. The type of research used is library. The research data was collected through the documentary method, namely by reading, recording, and collecting documents from several legal documents as well as the opinions of scholars and civil law experts that had been recorded relating to pawning law, especially to the object of pawn guarantees, which were then collected from the data. will be discussed and carried out comparative and qualitative analysis. These two methods are used to find conclusions from the similarities and differences between the two laws. The results of this study conclude that, the similarities between Islamic law and civil law are in a generality of the permissibility of pawn contracts and the terms of collateral. While the difference between the two laws lies in the object of the pledged collateral. In Islam, all goods, both movable and immovable, are included as collateral for pledges. Whereas in civil law, collateral for pledged goods is only limited to movable goods that can be used as collateral for pledges, in the case of immovable property it is called a mortgage, and immovable property, especially land, in civil law is called mortgage.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the question "about how the level of participation of the Nahdlatul Ulama community in the city of Sumenep in increasing the income of funds through the funding program carried out by LAZISNU Sumenep City. The type of research used is descriptive-analytic qualitative research, with the object of research namely, LAZISNU Sumenep City and the Nahdlatul Ulama community scattered in Sumenep City. The data collection method used is semi-structured interview in order to answer the questions addressed. The results of the study show that participation in the annual program is still weak because the NU community who pays zakat, donates, and gives charity is still very small, not yet reaching 25% of the total population of the NU community in Sumenep City. However, participation in the monthly NU association program (lailatu al-ijtima') can be stated to be quite strong because community participation in the program has been proven to encourage an increase in income from the Sumenep City LAZISNU funds. The participation that appears to be very strong is that of all NU administrators in the City of Sumenep because of their form of devotion to Nahdlatul Ulama and their participation in the form of introducing and promoting LAZISNU to the general public, carrying out LAZISNU's strategy of "collecting ZIS assets from the community, and also becoming a donor. under construction The Sumenep City NU MWC Office including the Sumenep City LAZISNU Office.

Abstract

This research aims at analysing the implementation of multicultural education toward santri's tolerant attitude development. This study employs descriptive qualitative method which covers the process of data collection through in depth interview, which later be analysed by data reduction and categorisation according to its critical themes as narrated in the report. This research reveals that the implementation of multicultural education in Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar is motivated by (i) the principle of Tawassuth, Tawazun,I'tidal, and Tasamuh, (ii) Tanbih Thariqah Qadiriyyah wa al-Naqsyabandiyyah Suryalaya, and (iii) five fundamentals in maqashid al-Syari'ah. In addition to the development of santri's tolerant behaviour, the school curriculum at the Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar is integrally designed containing multicultural education concept.

Abstract

The strong influence of social media in the lives of Indonesian people, requires preachers –both personal and institutional – to participate in filling this virtual world. Dai-dai arerequired to be able to use social media as a medium for delivering da'wah messages in aneffort to spread religious values. This da'wah model was later called "Digital Da'wah",which will be discussed in this article. This article discusses the Da'wah of the NahdlatulUlama (PCNU) Pamekasan Branch Manager through a fan page on Facebook socialmedia. Based on da'wah theories and a phenomenological approach, the research used in thisarticle is qualitative-descriptive. That is, the results of the research in this paper are presentedin the form of an elaboration based on the data found in the field. The primary data in thisstudy are uploads on the "Media NU Pamekasan" fanspage (created on November 7,2017). The results of the research contained in this article, PCNU Pamekasan utilizesdigital media as a means of preaching given the high number of social media users inIndonesia. This is considered effective in countering the teachings of radical groups who usesocial media to spread their understanding. There are two categories of da'wah messagesdelivered by PCNU Pamekasan through the two fanpages, namely sharia and morality
