Abstract

This research aims to discover how the teacher's efforts improve the social-emotional development of elementary school children in grade II at Sdn Karawang Kulon 1 during learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The ability of children's social-emotional relations develops because of their curiosity about everything in the world around them. Social-emotional development involves relationships and interactions with other people through the feelings expressed by someone towards other people, be they happy or sad feelings. Abstract

Indonesia has the potential and attractiveness in the field of tourism, especially biodiversity natural tourism which optimally needs to be further developed for the welfare of the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out how the Promotional Communication Strategy of the West Seram Regency Tourism Office in Promoting Putri Waiyoho Water Tourism in Kawa Village. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, the data analysis technique was carried out based on three streams of activities simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions on the research results. In accordance with the initial objective of the research, namely to analyze the promotional communication strategy used by the West Seram Regency Tourism Office in increasing tourist visits, an effective promotional communication strategy is one of the techniques carried out to break through consumer tastes and desires, creating an image that is able to influence a number of people who are expected to have attention to the product or service offered. The promotional communication strategy for the West Seram Regency Tourism Office, namely, (1) Selection of Communicators: used by the West Seram Regency Tourism Office in Promoting Air Putri Waiyoho Tourism is by placing communicators who have credibility and knowledge about Air Putri Waiyoho tourism as a whole, ( 2) Message Design: The Tourism Office in designing messages is the use of sentences based on the beauty of each tourist object in each region, and Media Selection: the media used is based on the availability of funds. Print media such as brochures, templates while for online media, namely websites and social media. Attending events is also done by watching documentary videos about tourist attractions.

Abstract

One of the activities to assess test quality is item analysis, which considers the general quality of the test and the quality of each item. The study was completed after tests were collected and run on all samples, and the results served as a guide for future quality improvement of the test. This study aims to analyze the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and effectiveness of the distractors on Class IX Science questions at junior high school (SMP) Negeri 9 Batanghari. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive technique. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Batanghari. Class IX students of SMP Negeri 9 Batanghari were used as research subjects. The population is all class IX students at SMP Negeri 9 Batanghari, totaling 50 students. The results of this study indicate that, in terms of (1) validity, 25 items (83%) are valid, and five items (17%) are invalid. (2) Reliability: The questions have excellent reliability, with a reliability coefficient of 0.87. (3) Difficulty level: There are seven easy questions (23%), 18 moderate questions (60%), and five difficult questions. (4) The ability to discriminate the items is considered good (moderate, good, and very good) for up to 86% of the questions. (5) The quality of the distractor is considered very good for up to 100% of the questions. Therefore, this science question can be used to assess student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 9 Batanghari because it fulfills the requirements of a learning evaluation instrument.

Abstract

Fraud prevention is all efforts made to deter potential perpetrators, narrow the space for movement, and identify activities that pose a fraud risk. This study examines the effect of transparency and accountability on preventing pension fund fraud. The variables in this study consist of transparency and accountability as independent variables and prevention of pension fund fraud as the dependent variable. The measurement scale used in this study is ordinal. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The statistical tests used in this study are validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination, ttest, and Ftest using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) application version 26. The results of this study indicate that partial transparency has a significant effect on preventing pension fund fraud, while accountability has no significant effect on preventing pension fund fraud. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide understanding to the readers and increase their knowledge about the Margondang process in Batak Angkola wedding, so that they can easily understand it. Researchers analyzed using the theory of Ferdinand De Saussure (1857). The analysis in this study uses qualitative research methods. To support the analysis, researchers used books, journals and theses. Researchers obtained the data from videos and photos. The result search that the process of the Margondang ceremony in the Batak Angkola wedding goes through three stages and each of the traditional events carried out contains moral values.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of presentation of financial reports and the accessibility of financial reports on the accountability of financial management in Bandung City Regional Apparatus Organizations. This research is quantitative. The data used were primarily questionnaires distributed to 54 respondents, namely the Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations and Finance Sub-Sections of each agency and service office. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method—data collection techniques used in this study using survey methods. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application tool. This study uses traditional assumptions, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test. The results show that the quality of the presentation of financial statements and the accessibility of financial reports have a simultaneous influence on financial management accountability. The quality of presentation of financial statements partially has a significant positive direction, and the accessibility of financial reports has a significant positive effect on financial management accountability.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease with an increasing incidence every year. Sodium-Glucose Transport Protein-2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors are a class of insulin-independent antidiabetic drugs that can reduce the incidence of kidney function damage. This study aimed to determine the role of SGLT-2 inhibitor therapy in preventing the incidence of albuminuria so that it can be used as a consideration for treatment applications in type 2 DM patients. This study used the literature review method. Stages in data collection using the PRISMA method from several Journal Databases based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. SGLT-2 inhibitors are antidiabetic drugs that can help glycemic control with a good safety profile. The effectiveness of SGLT2 inhibitor class drugs has been proven to reduce the occurrence of albuminuria and impact the progression of diabetic kidney disease. Further research can be carried out to prove the benefits of this modality comprehensively.

Abstract

The study's objective was to examine how customer satisfaction, tax socialization, and online payment methods affected taxpayer compliance at Bapenda in Bandung City's Central Region. By distributing questionnaires based on the variables being measured, this study adopts a quantitative methodology. 100 taxpayers from Bandung City Bapenda's Central Region served as the study's sample. The SPSS 25.0 version is used to process the collected data. Additionally, descriptive analysis, the traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination test were all used in the data analysis for this study. According to the study's findings, online payment methods, tax socialization, and service quality all have a favorable and considerable simultaneous impact on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the subjectivity of the character Tom in the novel My Policeman in fighting symbolic norms to fulfill his desires as a homosexual. Based on these objectives, interesting researchers In conducting this research researchers used the novel My Policeman, in the analysis will focus on the main character, namely Tom who is a homosexual. The purpose of this research is to reveal the subjectivity of the character Tom in the novel My Policeman in fighting the symbolic order to fulfill his desires as a homosexual. In explaining the subjectivity of the characters, the subject theory proposed by Slavoj Žižek is used. The method used in conducting this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that Tom's actions to follow his desire to enter into same-sex relationships make him classified as homosexual and ignore the sanctions he will receive, as a form of cynical subject. Tom fights against the symbolic dimension as a form of radical action by having same-sex relationships or being a homosexual. The radical action taken by Tom is a form of fulfilling the desire that is in him to achieve freedom. The freedom that kept him together with Patrick was due to a different kind of sexual urge that arose within Tom. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and market activity on firm value. The research method used in this research is causal quantitative. The population in this study are property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique, and a total of 49 company samples were obtained. The data analysis method used in this research is using panel data regression analysis method. The research data was obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The results of the partial test show that managerial ownership and institutional ownership do not affect firm value. Meanwhile, market activity has a negative effect on firm value.
