Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the variables of work environment and organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques used, namely multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). With a population of 358 respondents with a tolerance limit of 10% which is calculated by the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 78 respondents by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. From the results of multiple analysis, the equation Y = 4.945 + 0.418X1 + 0.465X2 + e. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment (X1) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.436) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile for the organizational culture variable (X2), the results showed that organizational culture (X2) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.827) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable, the results show that together the work environment and organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of f test (89.640) > ftabel (3.12) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination reached 0.697, which means that the work environment and organizational culture variables affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama by 69.7%. While the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Wages are one of the obligations given by the company to workers in return for their work. However, wages are still a problem in the workforce. In fact, the wage setting policy has been stipulated in government laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the minimum wage setting policy for workers, what stages were carried out and whether the minimum wage setting policy in Deli Serdang Regency was good. The research method used is descriptive research, the data source used is qualitative data from the results of documentation and quantitative data in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. From the research results, it is concluded that the determination of the minimum wage in Deli Serdang is influenced by economic and labor conditions, seen from the minimum wage which fluctuates every year due to the influence of increasing economic and labor conditions. The relationship between economic conditions and employment is very close, the workforce exists to support the economy and the district's minimum wage setting policy as a regulation to achieve the welfare of workers' lives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational climate in improving employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. The type of method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely the observation process, accurate data collection based on facts found in the field, as well as interviews with resource persons. The results of the study indicate that organizational climate plays an important role in improving employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency, due to the support and trust from colleagues and superiors so as to improve employee performance. This means that the role of an increasingly conducive organizational climate can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources are considered as dynamic resources. Performance is a very important element in the progress of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of learning organizations in improving the performance of employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. This type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach is used in this study. The population and sample are employees of the Central Statistics Agency, Deli Serdang Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative method. Researchers obtained data through interviews with employees. The results showed that education had a positive effect on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang district because of the training and assistance to improve employee performance. This study explains that the role of highly skilled organizations will improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis(1) Hospitality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, (2) Customer Bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, dan (3) Hospitality dan Costumer Bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pada pelanggan Dopamine Café Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pelanggan Dopamine Café Medan mulai Januari sampaidengan Maret 2022 sebanyak 987 orang. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 91 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS Version 20 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) Hospitality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pada pelanggan Dopamine Café Medan, (2) Berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) Customer Bonding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pada pelanggan Dopamine Café Medan, (3) Berdasarkan Uji Simultan (Uji F) Hospitality dan Customer Bonding secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pada pelanggan Dopamine Café Medan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on the development ofhospitalitybusiness in the country. This resulted in many hotel industries losing money and even temporarily closing hotels until the pandemic was over. The research method used is quantitative data, namely to obtain data and information that will be used as the language of the analyst. The research sample was 83 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and distribution of questionnaires at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of price on consumer decisions to stay at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. (2) To determine the effect of location on consumer decisions to stay at the Reddoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. (3) To determine the effect of price and location on consumer decisions to stay at the RedDoorz Hotel Near Hermes Place Polonia Medan. The results of this study will show that: (1) There is an effect of price on consumer decisions with a value > > = 5.394> 1.663 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (2) There is an effect of location on consumer decisions with a value > > = 4.012> 1.663 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (3) There is an effect of price and location on consumer decisions with > > (50.154> 3.11).

Abstract

This research is motivated by a high growth rate of hotels which is not matched by an increase in the number of tourists. This of course will affect the number of visitors who visit the hotel. Hotel service providers must prepare the best strategy to attract visitors, because with the emergence of new hotels, visitors will have more choices. Hotel Grand Kanaya Medan is one of the hotels affected by this imbalance. The problems in this study are the objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of cooperative relations on interest in visiting the Grand Kanaya Hotel Medan. (2) To determine the effect of facilities on interest in visiting the Grand Kanaya Hotel Medan. (3) To determine the effect of cooperation and facilities on interest in visiting the Grand Kanaya Hotel Medan.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an effect of cooperation on visiting interest with tcount> ttable = 4.355> 1.988 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (2) There is an effect of facilities on interest in visiting with the value of tcount> ttable = 5.598> 1.988 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05). (3) There is an effect of cooperation and facilities on visiting interest with the value fcount> ftabel = 40.886> 3.95 with a significant a (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepercayaan dan keamanan bertransaksi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi Tokopedia (DT.Shop) pada mahasiswa program studi Manajemen Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 132 konsumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kepercayaan dan Keamanan Bertransaksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada aplikasi Tokopedia (DT.Shop) pada mahasiswa program studi Manajemen Universitas Sari Mutiara Indonesia.

Abstract

The backround of this research is by the growth rate of cafes in the city of Medan which is quite rapid, thus increasing the rivalry between cafes, where each cafe tries to prepare the best strategy to make loyal customers and want to visit again. The method of this research is quantitative to get data and the information that will be use as the analysis language. The sample of this research is 60 peoples. The data collection technique is us the distribution of questionnaires to customers in “A Two Coffe Medan”. The aims of the research is (1) To determine the effect of location on customer loyalty in “A Dua Coffe Medan”, (2) To determine the effect of competitive advantage on customer loyalty in “A Dua Coffe Medan”, (3) To determine the effect of location and competitive advantage on customer loyalty in “A Dua Coffe Medan”. The results of this research will show that: tcount > ttable 3,353 > 1,672 with significant a (0.001 < 0,05), (2) there is the effect of competitive advantage on customer loyalty with value : : tcount > ttable 2,074 > 1,672 with significant a (0.000 < 0,05), (3) there is the effect of location and competitive advantage on customer loyalty with value : : fcount > ftable (53,508 > 3,16) with significant a (0.000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisiss pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada café rilek’s medan, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada café rirlek’s medan, dan menegetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan inovasi produk dan pemasaran media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada café rilrk’s medan. Sampel yang diambil dari konsumen café rilek’s medan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu maksimal 80 responden dicafe rilek’s medan. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Analisis regreasi linier dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menegetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing paasa café rilek’s medan, pengaruh pemasaran media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing café rilek’s medan, dan pengaruh secara simultan inoovasi produk dan pemasaran media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada café rilek’s medan. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai probabilitis thitung (2,893) > ttabel (1,664) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,005 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima atau Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel inovasi produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (Y) pada café rilek’s medan, diperoleh nilai probabiliti thitung (3,831) > ttabel (1,664) dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ha diterima atau Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pemasarab media sosial (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (Y) pada café rilek;s medan, dan adapun inovasi produk dan pemasaran media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai fhitung adalah 27,290> ftabel (3.97) dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa hasil penelitian menolak H0 dan Ha diterima.
