Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the fine motoric development of children in group A TK Weda Purana Pemaron, through finger painting activities. The subjects of this classroom action research were group A children of TK Weda Purana Pemaron, totaling 5 children. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle goes through the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Methods of data collection are done through performance, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the pre-cycle before classroom action research, it shows that the child’s fine motoric development has not yet reached optimal results, which only reached a percentage of 50% or the category began to develop. So that action is taken in the first cycle to achieve results with a percentage of 70% or developing categories as expected, while in cycle II achieve results with a percentage of 90% or very well developed categories. With these results indicate that the indicators of success have been achieved.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTidak ada metode mengajar yang tepat diterapkan pada setiap pembelajaran akibatnya, metode pembelajaran anak PAUD sebagai metode pembelajaran PAUD adalah yang Efektif dan Menyenangkan. Sebab semua bisa mengajar namun belum tentu bisa mengajar di TK atau PAUD. Mengajar PAUD berarti mengajar anak yang sedang ada di masa usia keemasannya (golden age).Sebuah masa dimana potensi anak sedang berkembang dan saat yang tepat untuk membuatnya menjadi seorang pembelajar yang mandiri dan haus pengetahuan. Bagi anak, bermain merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sifatnya melekat langsung pada kodrat dan kebutuhan perkembangan anak. Pemahaman tentang pembelajaran anak usia dini dengan bermain, saat ini diharapkan sudah lebih dipahami para pengelola, pendidik atau pemerhati. Disamping itu lingkungan kondusif juga diperlukan bagi anak dengan pengertian lingkungan kondusif adalah lingkungan yg menstimulasi agar anak bisa dan mampu menjadi pembelajar yg mandiri. Selain melalui bermain, memperhatikan cara anak berpikir, cara anak bermain, dan cara anak berbicara adalah keseharian guru PAUD. Oleh karena itu penguasaan metode-metode pembelajaran anak usia dini merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki guru/tutor agar proses pembelajaran tersebut dapat mendorong perkembangan anak, baik perkembangan intelektual, fisik maupun emosionalnya. Dengan menguasai metode pembelajaran, selain tentunya kemampuan lainnya, seorang guru/ tutor dapat mengelola proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan tujuan yang hendap dicapainya, yaitu kemampuan-kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh anakKata kunci; Penggunaan, Metode pembelajaran, PAUD.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun agar anak usia dini menjadi cerdas dalam baca tulis. Dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam menyimak, mengungkapkan gagasan, keaksaraan awal anak, serta sebagai fondasi awal menanamkan nilai literasi pada anak usia dini. Kajian ini dibedah dengan konsep perkembangan bahasa anak dan teori literasi. Terdapat metode yang digunakan penerapan media Smart Story Book ini, Guru menyusun rencana harian dengan menggunakan media peraga, pelaksanaan kegiatan, umpan balik, dan mencatat hasil dari pencapaian kegiatan melalui daftar ceklist observasi. Penelitian ini menemukan, pertama bentuk-bentuk bercerita yang menarik, yang digunakan secara bergantian agar anak tidak merasa bosan, menghasilkan keterampilan menyimak maksimal. Kedua bentuk metode bercerita atau digunakan secara kombinasi agar menambah daya tarik cerita dapat menghasilkan perkembangan mengungkapkan (berbicara anak) sangat baik. Ketiga peraga ini menggunakan bahan dengan berbagai warna dan memiliki rangkaian gambar berbagai bentuk dari berbagai teknik lipatan di dalamnya sehingga menjadi alur cerita yang menarik. Kata kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Literasi, Media Smart Story Book, keterampilan menyimak, keterampilan mengungkapkan Abstract This research aims to build so that young children become intelligent in reading and writing. And improve children's language skills in listening, expressing ideas, children's early literacy, and as an initial foundation to instill the value of literacy in early childhood. This study is dissected with the concept of children's language development and literacy theory. There is a method used by the application of the Smart Story Book media, the teacher prepares a daily plan using the media of the demonstration, the implementation of activities, feedback, and records the results of the achievement of activities through an observation checklist. The research found, firstly interesting forms of storytelling, which are used interchangeably so that children do not feel bored, resulting in maximum listening skills. Both forms of storytelling method or used in combination in order to increase the attractiveness of the story can produce the development of expressing (talking to children) very well. These three visuals use materials with various colors and have a series of images of various shapes from various fold techniques in it so that it becomes an interesting storyline.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how teachers in early childhood education units face the challenges of online learning during this pandemic. This study focuses on challenges in each learning component which includes teachers, students, curriculum, context, methods and tools. The method in this study includes data collection, analysis and data presentation. This Study used questionnaire as a method to obtain primary data from teachers in early childhood education units who use online learning. After the data is obtained, then the data is analyzed. The results of the questionnaire are read as a whole and then grouped, given an explanation and a conclusion is drawn. There was a total of 20 teachers as respondents in this study. The results obtained that all components of learning have their own challenges so that teachers need to make more preparations than before when learning in class. Things that are taken into consideration in an effort to overcome the challenges faced are not only in terms of the ability of the teacher itself, but also the abilities of students and parents.

Abstract

Language is a developmental aspect which is important to be stimulated from an early age. Language development in children has a dynamic rhythm. There is numerous speech that seems common and consistent in the language of children. Fortunately, this phenomenon does not automatically close the gaps of diversity in the children’s classes. Thus, the method of developing language skills especially English in children must be based on awareness of their own level of development. In developing language skills, the mastery of vocabulary by children determines the dominant ability to communicate, so this should be given special attention by educators. Answering the challenge of mastering the English vocabulary in early childhood, this paper explores in depth about the Talking Stick Learning Model which tends to be reserved for children at a relatively early age. Their first interaction with English will in some way affect their wishes ahead to learn more about this International language. Talking Stick Learning Model projects teachers not to dominate the learning process. This method of learning requires the help of a stick and for the child holding the stick, in turn, must answer the questions of the teacher that have thoroughly studied a discussion. In addition to training children to speak, this model will create a fun atmosphere for learning and train students to participate actively and creatively. Perkembangan bahasa pada anak memiliki irama yang dinamis. Terdapat ujaran yang terkesan umum dan konsisten pada bahasa anak-anak. Untungnya, fenomena ini tidak secara otomatis menutup celah-celah munculnya keberagaman pada kelas-kelas anak. Dengan demikian, metode dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa, terlebih bahasa Inggris, pada anak mesti didasarkan atas kesadaran mengenai tingkat perkembangan mereka masing-masing. Dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa, penguasaan kosakata oleh anak menentukan secara dominan kemampuannya dalam berkomunikasi, sehingga hal ini sebaiknya diberikan atensi khusus oleh pendidik. Menjawab tantangan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini, tulisan ini mengupas secara mendalam tentang Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick yang cenderung diperuntukkan bagi anak-anak pada usia relatif dini. Interaksi pertama mereka dengan bahasa Inggris akan sedikit banyak mempengaruhi keinginan mereka ke depan mempelajari lebih jauh bahasa Internasional ini. Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick memproyeksikan guru untuk tidak mendominasi proses pembelajaran. Bantuan tongkat diperlukan dalam metode pembelajaran ini dan bagi anak yang memegang tongkat pada gilirannya mesti menjawab pertanyaan dari guru setelah tuntas mempelajari suatu bahasan. Di samping melatih anak berbicara, model ini akan menciptakan suasana menyenangkan dalam pembelajaran serta melatih siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif serta kreatif.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick, English Vocabulary, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Traditional games, especially traditional Balinese games have been abandoned, one reason is the rapid development of technology in various aspects of life, one of them is digital games. Traditional games actually have many benefits for children, indirectly children will be stimulated to be creative and very good for the physical and psychological training of children. It is part of the character education process, so the traditional games can be started early. In the traditional games, students are able to build social attitude, such as social ability to work together, compact, have democratic attitude and love attitude environment. social attitude is expected to facilitate or provide opportunities for positive development of children, then they will be able to achieve social development in a mature. On the contrary, if the social environment is less conducive, the social attitude of the children tend to display deviant behavior. For that, the development of a social attitude of children through traditional games is needed.

Abstract

Data from the Online Information System for The Protection of Women and Children (SIMFONI-PPA) shows that the level of sexual assault in early childhood in Indonesia is very high and alarming. Although the government has promoted various programs to reduce the rate of sexual assault in early childhood, the facts show that the number of reported cases has increased every year, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the key solutions to this problem is to establish effective communication with early childhood by applying a psychological approach. The application of psychology in communication will facilitate the efforts of parents in taking precautions through sex education, as well as in taking control or countermeasures through warm and open communication. The application of communication psychology for early childhood victims of sexual assault can be done by: (1) Maintain a tone of speech, (2) Speak directly, (3) Listen and follow up in children’s stories, (4) Do not blame and judge children, (5) Reassure children that they are innocent, (6) Patience, (7) Maintain self-calm, (8) Believe in children’s stories, (9) Restore children’s feeling of security, (10) Don’t let children blame themselves, (11) Be careful in expressing anger, (12) Seek expert help.

Abstract

Setiap anak memiliki potensi yang wajib untuk dikembangkan. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh anak tersebut akan berkembang dengan maksimal apabila mendapatkan perawatan, pengasuhan, dan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Semua itu memerlukan dukungan dan kerjasama dari berbagai lingkungan di mana anak berada. Lingkungan yang dimaksud adalah lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Keluarga memegang peranan yang sangat penting karena keluarga merupakan lingkungan pertama dan utama di mana anak mendapat pendidikan. Orang tua yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan pendidikan anak usia dini akan dapat menjadikan anak sebagai generasi yang gemilang, Namun, banyak pula orang tua yang kurang memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana merawat, mengasuh dan mendidik anak berdasarkan ilmu pendidikan anak yang tepat. Hal tersebut berdampak kurang maksimalnya pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki anak. Selain itu, orang tua harusnya memiliki kesadaran yang tinggi akan pentingnya keterlibatan dan kerjasama orang tua dengan pihak lembaga PAUD. Kesamaan dan kesinambungan program PAUD yang dilaksanakan di sekolah dan di rumah akan memberikan dukungan yang maksimal terhadap anak usia dini dalam melewati tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Orang tua dapat mengikuti program parenting yang dilaksankan oleh lembaga PAUD untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan ilmu tentang anak usia dini. Program parenting ini dapat diaplikasikan dalam berbagai kegiatan yang tentu saja melibatkan peran dan dukungan orang tua di dalamnya. Melalui program parenting ini juga orang tua dapat memberikan pendidikan dan stimulasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tugas-tugas perkembangan sehingga potensianak usia dini dapat berkembang dengan maksimal. Kata kunci: program parenting, keterlibatan orang tua, PAUD Abstract Every child has the potential that be developed. The potential possessed by the child will develop optimally when getting care, and education that suits for their needs. All of that requires the supportand cooperation ofvarious environments in which the child located. The environment in question is the family, school and community environment. Families a very important role because the family is the first and foremost environment in which children get education. Parents who have knowledge of growth, development and early childhood education will be able to make children a brilliant generation. However, many parents lack knowledge, nurture and educate children based on appropriate children’s education. This has an impact on the lack of maximum development of the potential ofchildren. In addition, parents should have a high awareness of the importance of parental involvement and collaboration with early childhood institutions. The similarity and continuity of programs carried out at school and at home will provide maximum support for early childhood in passing through the tasks of their development. Parents can take part in a parenting program carried out byinstitutions to gain knowledge and knowledge about earlychildhood. This parenting program can be applied in various activities which of course involves the role and support of parents. Through this parenting program parents can also provide education and stimulation in accordance with the needs and tasks of development so that the potential of early childhood can develop optimally. Keywords: parenting program, parental involvement, early childhood education

Abstract

Character education is a self building and a planned effort which aim to foster the character of students to strengthen their character. It is said that establishing character education can help students understand the values of human behavior related to God, self and others. Aim of this study is to explore good values connected character education establishment stemming from hadits (sayings of the Prophet). Method of this study is a literature review to investigate books containing hadits. In this effort, researchers tried to find meanings of the hadits connective to character building. Findings show that character education is needed, because education is not only aimed at fostering smart students, but education also aims to foster character and decency in everyday life. If students have character, then the nation will be good. Because students are the nation's next generation, they must educate their own character from an early age so that when they become the nation's successor they are not only smart, but also have character. Therefore, the inculcation of character values in students must start as early as possible, that is, the period in which children absorb a lot of future applied knowledge.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Hindu pada dasarnya merupakan implementasi dan internalisasi dari ajaran-ajaran dan nilai-nilai yang bersumber dari kitab suci Weda serta susastra-susastra agama Hindu lainnya. Salah satu susastra agama Hindu yang mengajarkan kepada umatnya mengenai tata cara berperilaku yang susila termasuk pula mengajarkan bagaimana membentuk keturunan atau generasi penerus (baca: anak) yang suputra adalah teks Canakya Nitisastra. Adapun teks Canakya Nitisastra merupakan sebuah teks merupakan bentuk ringkas dari apa yang terdapat dalam kitab Arthasastra. Tulisan ini mengetengahkan petikan-petikan dari bait-bait sloka dari teks Canakya Nitisastra yang khusus mengajarkan bagaimana mewujudkan pendidikan yang baik pada anak sehingga nantinya menjadi anak yang suputra. Melalui pendekatan tekstual, dalam Canakya Nitisastra ditemukan tentang pentingnya pendidikan anak melalui cara bergaul dan penanaman ajaran kesusilaan dan kesucian dari orang tua.Kata kunci : Mendidik Anak Menjadi Suputra Menurut Teks Canakya Nitisastra
