Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of compensation on employee engagement(2) the influence of work environment on employee engagement and (3) the influence of compensationand work environment on employee engagement at medical employee RSKIA Sadewa Yogyakarta.This is a quantitative research by using a questionnaire. The population of the research was 93employees and the sample of the research was 75 employees. The data analysis techniques usingnormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression analysis, F-test and Ttest.The results show that: (1) compensation has no effect to employee engagement; (2) workenvironment has no effect to employee engagement and (3) compensation and work environmentsimultaneously affecting employee engagement.

Abstract

The purpose is: (1)To know the influence of the Significance of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment on the employees (2)the influence of the significance of work motivation to organizational commitment to employees, (3)the influence of organizational commitment to job satisfaction on employees, (4) significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction (5) significant influence of work motivation to job satisfaction, (6) influence of organizational culture, work motivation to job satisfaction, (7) influence organizational culture and work motivation to job satisfaction, (8) influence organizational culture, Work Motivation to Job Satisfaction with Organizational commitment as intervening variable. The type of this research is quantitative, population is 360 employees. Sampel used as 78 employees, with sampling motode using convience sampling with slovin formula. Data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression supported by T test. The result of analysis shows that organizational culture has no effect on organizational commitment, work motivation has significant effect to organizational commitment, organizational commitment have significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture and work motivation collectively have an effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture, work motivation has no effect on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as intervening variable.

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to examine the effect of sunset policy and tax amnesty policy on effectiveness of taxpayer. Independent variables used are sunset policy and tax amnesty and dependent variable effectiveness of taxpayer intention. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of policy variables sunset policy and tax amnesty to the effectiveness of the willingness to pay taxes in KPP Pratama Demak. This research is a quantitative research. The population is all taxpayers in KPP Pratama Demak. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents with probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. Simple random sampling. Data collection methods used questionnaires while the analysis technique using regression analysis supported by normality test, multicolonierity and heteroskedasitas test. The result of the research shows that Sunset Policy Policy has a positive effect on the effectiveness of taxpayer willingness. Tax Amnesty has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the willingness to pay taxes. Contribution value of 67.3%. Keywords: Sunset Policy Policy, Tax Amnesty, Tax Payer Effectivenes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Persepsi Kemanfaatan terhadap Minat Beli. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 responden di UST Yogyakarta dengan responden para pengguna Aplikasi Zalora. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli 2) Persepsi Kemanfaatan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli, 3) Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Persepsi Kemanfaatan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, price to buyer decisions, promotion of buyer decision, and product quality, price, promotion together influence on purchasing decision of pantene shampoo in Wates City Yogyakarta. The population in this research is the consumer of Pantene Shampoo in Yogyakarta City examined by the writer include Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3) and Purchase Decision (Y). The sample of the study was 100 consumers who used Pantene Shampoo in Wates City. Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis supported by T test and F test and classical assumption test consist of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedastisity test. Result of research with 5% or 0,05 significance level indicates that product quality significantly influence purchasing decision (0.000 <0,05), price have significant effect to purchasing decision (0.000 <0,05), and promotion has significant effect to purchasing decision 0.000 <0.05). Simultaneously variable of product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect to purchasing decision of prodak shampoo pantene in Wates city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously or partially to the stock price of chemical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010- 2016. The nature of this study is correlational research. The population is a subsector of chemical companies listed on the stock exchange indonesia 2010-2016. Samples of research as many as 5 companies of chemical subsector obtained by sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Data collecting technique using documentation method, while data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test that is normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that partially DER variable had negative and insignificant effect, NPM variable had significant negative effect, and EPS variable had positive significant effect. Simultaneously variable DER, NPM, and EPS have an effect on signifikan to stock price. DER, NPM, and EPS variables can explain the stock price variables in chemical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2016 at 38.9%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) Influence Inflation on Return On Equity on property and real estate companies listed on the BEI 2013-2016. (2) The Effect of Exchange Rates on Return On Equity on the property and real estate companies listed on the BEI 2013-2016. (3) Inflation Influence on Stock Return on BEI 2013-2016 (4) Effect of Exchange Rates on Stock Return on property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016. (5) Influence of Return On Equity to Stock Return on property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016 (6) Inflation Influence on Stock Return through Return on Equity in property and real estate companies listed on BEI 2013-2016. (7) ROE is unable to mediate the effect of exchange rate on stock returns. The sample of this research is 10 companies selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression for. Variables that are independent of Return On Equity. The results showed (1) Inflation did not affect the Return On Equity (2) Exchange Rate does not affect Return On Equity (3) Significantly negative Inflation on Stock Return. (4) Significantly negative exchange rate of Return on Stock (5) Return On Equity does not affect to. (6) ROE able to mediate Inflation's effect on Stock Return. Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth to regional expenditure in the period 2012-2015. The population in this study was all of the district of province in East java of the year 2012-2015. The research samples was determined by using jenuh sampling technique which means the total of population is the sample, numbered 38 diatricts. The data that used in this study was obtained from secondary source. That was from https://jatim.bps.go.id. And the central cervice of statistic in the form of annual financial statements in the period 2011-2015. The This study used multiple linear regression method as an analysis technique. The regression test results showed that locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth simultaneously have a significant positive effect on regional expenditure. Partially, locally generated revenue has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure. General allocation funds has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure, special allocation funds has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure and economic growth has no significant positive effect to regional expenditure on of the district of province in East java in the year 2012-2015. The influence of independent variables can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was amounting to 0.903, which means locally generated revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation, economic growth give positive influence on the regional expenditure up to 90.3%, while 9.7% influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The research was conducted in order to test the variable influence the image of a brand , the product quality, Perceived price fairness, strategy differentiation of the decision the purchase by tugu chocolate in kotagedeyogyakarta. This research use special variable indenpenden the image brand, quality products, perceived price fairness, strategy differentiation and dependent variable the decision the purchase. Sampling techniques used is simple random sampling . The technique of simple random sampling ( a random sample of simple ) which is that type the sampling method of the probability , where is group of researchers from for selecting villagers to unsupported sample or temporary resident and gives had the same opportunities to all the members of the population to set forth as a member of the sample . Sample only taken on the consumer tugu chocolate in kotagedeyogyakarta which were 100 people. Data collection procedures using koesioner distributed to be filled by consumers in chocolate . For testing validity and realibilitas variable using the tools spss 16.0. And smartpls 3.0. Based on the analysis of the data and the results of the testing of hypotheses on this research it can be concluded that the image of a brand it has some positive effects of the decision of a purchase with the level of the significance of the level of 0,000 . Decision will not affect the quality products with the purchase of 0,180 significance .Percieved price fairness it has some positive effects of the decision of the 0,001 significance . Strategy differentiation do not affect of the decision a purchase with level 0,947 significance . Simultaneously where i am the image of a brand , the product quality , he said telkomsel would perceived fairness the minister said , a strategy of differentiation it has some positive effects of the decision of a purchase with the level of significance of the 0.000 and the level of errors in 5 % .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge taxation, modernization of tax administration system, the quality of tax service and taxpayer awareness of taxpayer compliance on KPP Pratama Ruteng. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Ruteng. Data collection was done directly by using questionnaire. Data analysis in this research using multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic 28.149 greater than F table 2.74. These results indicate that the knowledge of taxation, modernization of tax administration system, the quality of tax services, and awareness of taxpayers can affect simultaneously to taxpayer compliance. Partially knowledge of taxation (X1), modernization of tax administration system (X2), quality of tax service (X3), and awareness of taxpayer (X4) have a positive effect significantly to taxpayer compliance. This result is evidenced by t count> t table 1.66864 and significance <0.05, ie (a) 2.031 and 0.046 (X1Y1), (b) 3.024 and 0.003 (X4Y1). Modernization of tax administration system (X2) and quality of tax service (X3) have no significant effect to taxpayer compliance. This is evidenced by the niali t arithmetic <t table 1.66864 and the significance> 0.05, ie (a) 0.167 and 0.868 (X2Y1), (c) 0.366 and 0.715 (X3Y3).
