Abstract

This research aims 1) To know whether there is influence of product quality to customer satisfaction PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia 2) To know whether there is influence after service seles to consumer satisfaction PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 3) To know whether there is influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia.4) To know if there is a direct influence of product quality to consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 5) To know whether there is influence directly after seles service to consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia, 6) To know whether there is influence indirect product quality and after-service service to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable To obtain the necessary data in answering the hypothesis used research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the respondents as much as 92 (ninety two) with the sample technique using proportional sampling. Because in this study using questionnaires that in this questionnaire is measured using ordinal scale then before being processed, tested first using the validity and reliability test, assumption test and path analysis (Path Analysis). From the result of the research show: Regression equation I is Y1 = 0,372 X1 0,331 X2, whereas regression equation II is Y2 = 0,219 x1 0,246 x2 0,279 y1. This shows that: The quality of the product has a direct influence on customer satisfaction. So that H01 is accepted, After sales service has a direct influence on customer satisfaction. So H02 accepted, consumer satisfaction has a direct influence on consumer loyalty. H03 is accepted, product quality directly affects consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia. So that H04 received, After sales service directly affects consumer loyalty PT Frismed Hoslab Indonesia. H05 is accepted, product quality has influence to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variable. So H06 accepted, After sales service have influence to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as intervening variable. So H06 is accepted. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product completeness, the influence of price perceptions and location towards customer satisfaction in Toserba DM Baru 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all consumers who have visited and bought in Toserba DM Baru 1 with samples of 100 respondents. The research is a quantitative reasearch by using questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis supported by T test and F test and classical assumption test consist of multikolinaritas test, heterokolinearity test and normality test. The result of research with significance level α = 5% or 0.05 shows that product completeness has positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.000 <0.05) Price perception have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.042 <0.05) and location has no positive and significant effect to Customer satisfaction (0.662> 0.05). Simultaneously variable of product completeness, perception of price and location have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction (0.000 <0.05) at Toserba DM Baru 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdapat di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogykarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah kendaraan bermotor, jumlah mutasi masukan kendaraan bermotor, mutasi keluaran kendaraan bermotor dan penerimaan PKB di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah jumlah wajib pajak yang membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor, jumlah kendaran yang melakukan mutasi masukan kendaraan bermotor, jumlah kendaran yang melakukan mutasi keluaran kendaraan bermotor dan penerimaan pajak kendaraan bermotor (PKB) di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogyakarta selama periode 2014 sampai 2017. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung 23.606 lebih besar dari nilai F tabel 2,82 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa jumlah kendaraan bermotor (X1), mutasi masukan kendaraan bermotor (X2) dan mutasi keluaran kendaraan bermotor (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap penerimaan PKB di Kota Yogyakarta. Secara parsial jumlah kendaraan bermotor (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan PKB di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogyakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan signifikansi 0,000< 0,05 dan t hitung 5,932> 1,680. Mutasi masukan kendaraan bermotor (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan PKB di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogyakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan signifikansi 0,007< 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar 2,812> 1,680. mutasi keluaran kendaraan bermotor (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan PKB di Kantor Samsat Kota Yogyakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan signifikansi 0,037< 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar 2,156< 1,680.

Abstract

The purpose of the study: to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, to know the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, to know the influence of motivation and transformational leadership on the performance of employees. Descriptive quantitative research method with Likert Scale. There are two independent variables: motivation (X1) and transformational leadership (X2), dependent variable of employee performance (Y). Population: all library staff of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The sample used census technique as many as 30 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire technique with data analysis of multiple linear regression analysis use SPSS 17. Result of research: sig 0,020 <0,05 showed motivation have significant influence to employee performance, sig 0,039 <0,05 show transformational leadership have significant effect to employee performance, sig 0,000 <0,05 show motivation and transformational leadership to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Effect of risk perceptions on trust on Tokopedia site (2) Effect of trust on customer satisfaction on Tokopedia site (3) Effect of risk perceptions on customer satisfaction on Tokopedia site (4) Effect of risk perception and trust in satisfaction consumers on the Tokopedia site. The research method used in this study was a survey. The population in this study were UST Yogyakarta students who had shopped using Tokopedia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that there is a positive influence on risk perception on trust on the Tokopedia site. There is a positive influence of trust on customer satisfaction on the tokopedia site. There is a positive influence on the risk perception of consumer satisfaction on the Tokopedia site. There is a positive influence on the perception of risk and trust in customer satisfaction on the tokopedia site.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the influence of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added on Stock Return with Capital Cost as Intervening in the company of manufacturing sector sub sector of consumer goods industry LQ45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Period used in this study is 3 (three) years, ie from 2014-2016. This study includes correlation research, which is a causal relationship. Between independent variables of economic value added (EVA), market valueadded (MVA) to stock depende return variable with capital cost as intervening at company LQ45 year 2014-2016. This study aims to examine the effect of EVA, MVA, Capital Cost and Return of stock. Data in the form of figures obtained from sempel population research is analyzed by statistical methods and then interpreted. Based on data analysis result by using partial test (t test). Economic Value Added has a significant positive effect on stock return. Market Value Added has a significant positive effect on stock return. Capital Cost has a significant negative effect on stock return. Economic Value Added has a significant positive effect on capital cost. Market Value Added has a significant positive effect on capital cost. Path Analysis (Path Analisys) The magnitude of the indirect effect is no greater than the direct effect. So it can be concluded that Capital Cost does not become Intervening Variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Enagement terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Effort terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ethical Behaviors terhadap Sales Performance PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga (Cimory). Variabel penelitian ini adalah Job Stress, Job Enagement, Effort, Ethica Behaviore dan Sales Performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang melakukan penjualan produk PT. Macrosentra Niagaboga di Kota Yogyakarta, jumlah sampel penelitian ini 100 responden, dengan mengunakan Formula Slovig. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Analysis Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Job Stress terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Job Engagement terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Effort terhadap Sales Performance. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Ethica Behaviore terhadap Sales Performance. Sales Performance dipengaruhi job stress, job engagement, effort, dam ethical behaviors sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of product attributes, celebrity endorser and word of mouth of product purchase decisions wardah cosmetics. the population is students S1 faculty of Economics university sarjanawiyata tamansiswa Yogyakarta who bought wardah cosmetic products less than 3 months. the study sample used 100 students. technique analysis using multiple analysis techniques which is supported by the t test, F test and coefficient of determination test with the help of the SPSS for windows 18.0 program. Result of research indicate that product attribute have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. celebrity endorser have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. word of mouth positively and significantly affect the purchase decision. product attribute, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth together simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the purchase decision. Abstract

This research aimed to test the effect of regional financial statement presentation, accessibility regional financial statement, internal control, implementation of performance-based budgeting, and implementatiton of accrual-based government accounting standard on the transparency of regional financial management. Data in this research obtained by method of survey with questionnaires. The population in this research is all employees in the SKPD city of Yogyakarta. The technique of sampling using nonprobability sampling method of purposive sampling. The sample in this research is the structural officers, employees/staff that carry out the functions of accounting/administration financial experience working for one year in each SKPD in the city of Yogyakarta. The questionnaire can be processed a total of 77 questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using the technique of multiple linear regression. The results of regression test showed that the regional financial statement presentation no significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. The accessibility of the regional financial statements significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. Internal control no significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. The implementation of performance-based budgeting no significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management. The implementation of accrual-based government accounting standards significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management.

Abstract

ABSTRACT By: Sudarwanto This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Leadership Style on Employee Performance, (2) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (3) jointly Leadership Style and Work Motivation, towards Employee Performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Library Technical Service Unit in Yogyakarta. Based on the relationship between variables in the object under study, this research is causal or called a causal relationship. The population is the whole of the research subjects, namely 30 employees of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Library Technical Services Unit in Yogyakarta, because the total number of employees of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Library Technical Services Unit is 30 people and the samples of all employees are taken as samples. The data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis which is supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. Classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the data analysis test with a significant 0.05 showed that the leadership style had no significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence on leadership style variables and work motivation to prove that employee performance has a positive influence.
