Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of information asymmetry, the deferred tax expense and good corporate governance on the quality of earnings in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 - 2017. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. With purposive sampling method, acquired the 14 company from 142 manufacturing company in accordance with the criteria which will serve as the object of research. Based on the research, it is known that the asymmetry of information, the deferred tax expense and good corporate governance is simultaneously no effect on earnings quality in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 - 2017. However, partial, institutional ownership and a significant positive effect on the earnings management, while the asymmetry of information, the deferred tax expense, institutional ownership and the proportion of independent board no effect on earnings quality in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2013 to 2017.

Abstract

This research is based on the progress of the times and the increasing of living standard of society. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of Promotion, Price and Product Quality variables on the decision of purchasing Honda Motorcycles at Astra Motor Weleri. After the literature review, and the preparation of the hypothesis, the data were collected through questionnaires method distributed to 100 people to consumers at Astra Motor Weleri. Then performed an analysis with existing data using validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using t test using SPSS 16.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis has been done that only the product quality variables that affect the Purchase Decision. While Promotion And Price variables have no effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of work environment on employee performance, and (4) the influence of compensation, motivation and work environment together simultaneously on the performance of employees at the heavy equipment operator in PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The research population is all employees in the heavy equipment operator's part in PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo with 145 employees, while the research sample is 50 employees. Sampling technique in this research use accidental / haphazard sampling (take a moment). Methods of data collection using questionnaire method (questionnaire), while the technique of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed (1) There was a positive effect of compensation on employee performance in heavy equipment operator in PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo with significant value (p) = 0,010 <0,05. (2) There is a positive influence of motivation on employee performance in heavy equipment operator in PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo with significant value (p) = 0,022 <0,05. (3) There is a positive influence of work environment on employee performance in heavy equipment operator in PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo with significant value (p) = 0,001 <0,05. (4) There is a simultaneous (simultaneous) compensation, motivation, and work discipline effect on employee performance in heavy equipment operators section at PT Kurnia Jaya Mardi Mulyo with F calculation value of 9,051 and p value (significance) of 0.000.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership toward employee performance and the influence of work motivation toward employee performance of Pamella 2 supermarket Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The population is the employee of Pamella 2 supermarket Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by using non-probability sampling technique with the total sample was 50 respondents. The technique of collecting primary data was done by using questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis after classical assumption test that consisted of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with score tabs = 2.474 with significant level (p) = 0.017 <0,05 and there was a significant positive influence of work motivation on employee performance with score tabs = 2,607 with significant level (p) = 0.012 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (R²) was 0.227, it means that the influence of transformational leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) toward employee performance (Y) was 22.7%, while 77.3% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously and partially to economic rentability of KPRI in Gunungkidul Regency 2014-2016 period. The nature of research is correlational. The population is 36 KPRI in Gunungkidul Regency with sampling method that is used in research is purposive judgment sampling. The samples are KPRI Bangun, KPRI Anggun, KPRI Tegak, KPRI Agung, KPRI Makmur, KPRI Dame, KPRI Kejari, KPRI Meter, KPRI Bangun, KPRI Karya Manunggal. The data is obtained by documenting data. Techniques analyse using multiple regression analysis supported by the classical assumption test that is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that effect of cash turnover, receivables turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously on economic profitability obtained significant results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Partially, with T test showed that cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover also get significant result to economic profitability with value of cash turnover 0,001 <0,05, receivable turnover 0,028 <0,05 and inventory turnover 0,000 <0,05

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of consumer trust and expectation in online repurchase intention through customer satisfaction on the online sale site Bukalapak in Yogyakarta . Research location in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is the customer who stayed in Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents were taken using accidental sampling techniques and methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that consumer trust significantly influence customer satisfaction; consumer trust significantly influence online repurchase intention; and customer satisfaction significantly influence online repurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe To understand (1) the influence of current ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin collectively to return on aseet, (2) influence of current ratio to return on aseet (3) influence of total asset turnover to return on aseet (4) the influence of net profit margin on return on aseet (5) how many independent variables can explain variable Dependent Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria of food and beverage subsectors listed on BEI which always present financial report during observation period (2012-2016). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test using f test in silmutan, t test partially with level of significance 5% and test of coefficient of determination. This research uses correlational method that relate a variable with other variables to understand a phenomenon by determining the level or degree of relationship among the variables. The sample used by purposive sampling is netode known before. From the analysis result shows CR, TATO, and NPM in silmutan have an effect on to ROA at company of food and beverage sub sector at year of BEI 2012-2015 at singnifikansi value less than 0,05 or 5%. While partially variable CR influence negate but not singnifikan to ROA because with value of beta equal to -0,006 and significance value equal to 0,921 value singnifikansi that> 0,05 or 5%, But variable of TATO and NPM have positive influence to ROA with value of TATO beta equal to 0,670 and a significance value of 0,000 NPM beta value of 1.115 and a singularity value of 0,000 because the singnifique value is less than 0.05 or 5%. The value of determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) is 0.903 or 90.3% so it can be stated that the independent variable (current ratio, total asset turnover, and net profit margin) in explaining the variation of the dependent variable (return on asset) is 90.3 % and the rest of 9.7% explained by other variables outside the regression model Suggested for further researcher adds research variables, time period and reproduce samples, in order to obtain more accurate test results. Keywords: current ratio (CR), total asset turnover (TATO), net profit margin (NPM), and retrun on asset (ROA).

Abstract

ABSTRACK THE EFFECT OF PRICE, PROMOTION, SERVICE QUALITY ON PURCHASING DECISION SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES IN JOGJA TRONIK, YOGYAKARTA. The study aims to determine: 1) the effect of price on purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones, 2) the effect of promotion on purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones, 3) the effect of service quality on purchasing Samsung mobile phones, 4) the effect of price, promotion,and service quality to purchasing Samsung mobile phones. This study is a survey research. The population in this study were consumers who buy Samsung mobile phones in Jogja Tonik, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the price and significant positive on purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones evidenced from t value of 6.288; the significance value 0.000<0.05; and a regression coefficient of 0.470; 2) the promotion positive and significant effect of purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones, evidenced from t value of 4.058; the significance value 0.000<0.05; and a regression coefficient of 0.308; 3) the service quality of positive and significant effect of purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones, evidenced from t value of 3.36; the significant value 0.001<0.05; and 4) the price, promotion, and service quality effect on purchasing decision Samsung mobile phones, evidenced by the calculated f value with significant of 0.001<0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inituitive accuracy, trust, participation, and effort partially to salesperson performance and also simultaneously to sales person performance PT KIARA. This research is aquantitative descriptive research by using questionnaires. The population in this research is all consumersPT. KIARA in Yogyakarta who shop at the Nisrina Clinic, Qeza Clinic, Fortune Clinic, MJ Scin care clinics,and AHA skin care clinic which obtained 89 samples by purposive sampling method. The analysis techniqueused is a multiple linear regression equation with a significance level of 5%. The results showed thatinituitive accuracy had positive significant effect on the sales person performance, trust had positivesignificant effect on the sales person performance, participation had positive significant effect on the salesperson performance, effort had positive significant effect on the sales person performance andsimultaneously inituitive accuracy, trust, participation influence had positive significant effect to salesperson performance PT. KIARA.

Abstract
