Abstract

This study aims to study transformational leadership style on employee performance; the effect of work motivation on employee performance; the influence of work discipline on employee performance; and understand the most dominant variable between transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Primary data were collected using questionnaire assistance from 53 employees of PT NSC Finance, Bantul Branch. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is proposed by the t test, the F test and the questionable variable are dominantly supported by a comparison of standardized regression coefficients. The results of the analysis show all the independent variables namely transformational leadership style, work motivation and positive and significant work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at α = 5%. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is work motivation variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examined the effect of return on investment, earnings per share and return on equity relative to the share price quoted on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (EIB) for the 2013- 2016. Sampling using randomly. sample of 30 companies, data obtained from the annual report of the company through www.idx.co.id The method used is multiple regression, the hypothesis test using the F test and the t test and the test. classical assumption which includes the normality test, the test, the multicollinearity test, the heterotasticity test and the automation test From the analysis results, we simultaneously see this variable. Return on invested capital, return per share and return on equity have a significant impact on stock prices. The results partially indicate that the return on invested capital has a positive non-significant effect on the share price. On the share price, the return on equity has a negative and insignificant effect on the share price. Then, the result of the regression estimate shows the predictive ability of the three independent variables at the stock price of 18.2% while the remaining 81.8% are influenced by other factors outside the model that were not included in this analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of Cooperative Savings and Loans (KSP) of Mitra Sejahtera Abadi period 2012 up to 2016 based on Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 using current ratio analysis, Total Debt to total assets, Net Profit Margin, Own Capital Rentability, Return On Assets (ROA). This research was conducted at Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Sejahtera Abadi, Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive. The data used are secondary data, ie data that has been in though in the form of Balance Sheet and Income Statement. The results show that the current ratio is said in the criteria is not good, Total Debt to Total Assets is said in the criteria is not good, Net Profit margin said in good criteria, Own Capital Rentability is good, Return On Asset can be said in criteria less good.

Abstract

This study ains to : know the significant influence of satisfaction positive influence on consumer loyalty; know the significant effect of trust positive influence on consumer loyalty; know the significant influence of ability positive influence on consumer loyalty; know the significant effect of benevolence positive influence on consumer loyalty. research location in Yogyakarta. The research poulasi is a customer living in Yogyakarta. Samples of 100 respondents were taken using accidental sampling technique of data collection method using koesioner. data analysis used is descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that consumer ability significantly influence consumer loyalty; consumer satisfaction has significant effect on consumer loyalty; consumer benevolance significantly affects consumer loyalty; consumer trust has significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Online purchase intention is important because it can increase company profit. The study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived usefullnes, perceived ease of use, on oline purchase intention throuh perceived customer value in Online Shoping SHOPEE. The research was conducted at the Yogyakarta, samples taken as many as 100 people with accidental sampling method. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a scale of 1-5 points to measure 20 indicators. The results of this study indicate the results for the variable perceived usefullnes positive effect on online purchase intention, perceived ease of use positive effect on online purchase intention,variable perceived usefullnes positive effect on perceived customer value, variable perceived ease of use positive effect on perceived customer valueand perceived customer value positive effect on online purchase intention. For the determinantion of the results of this test is model I 72,2% on online purchase intention intention and model II 63,3% on perceived customer value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously or partially to the stock return of real estate and property industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The nature of this study is correlational research. The population is real estate and property industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Samples of research as many as 7 companies of real estate and property industry obtained by purposive sampling technique. The object in this research is the company’s annual report period 2013-2017. Data collecting technique using documentation method, while data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test. The result showed that partially variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset to have influence toward stock return. Meanwhile variable Net Profit Margin doesn’t have influence toward stock return. While in simultaneous three independent variables Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Net Profit Margin to have influence toward stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect (1) Compensation on job satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture on job satisfaction, (3) Work environment on job satisfaction (4) together Compensation, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction employees of PT PDAM Kab. Bantul. Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called causal relations. the population is the whole of the research subject is Employee PT PDAM Bantul which amounted to 220 employees.165 employees are outside or in the field and employees who are or work in the office is as many as 55 people, because researchers only need employees who are or work in the office only then 55 employees who work in the office as a sample. Methods of collecting data in the form of questionnaires. While Tekhik data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis (T) test and F test. And classical assumption test consist of Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 show that Competation have positive significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive significant effect to job satisfaction, work environment have positive significant effect on job satisfaction. There is simultaneous influence of variable of compensation, culture and work environment to prove there is satisfaction work a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is (1) the effect of dividend announcement on stock return before, during and after and (2) trading volume of stock before, during and after on company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. In this research classified type of quantitative research. The population is all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017. The sample of research is 3 companies in different sectors, namely: (1) Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), (2) United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), (3) ) PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST). Data collection method using documentation method, while technique of data analysis using different test that is T test (T-test). The result of the research shows that stock return test in the period before with after dividend announcement is known that sig. 0.721 which means not proven, stock return in the period before with the time of dividend announcement known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and stock returns in the current period with after dividend announcement known sig. 0,000 which means proven. From the test results of trading volume of shares in the period before with after the announcement of dividend known that sig. 0,000 which means proven. In the period before the time of dividend announcement is known that sig. 0,000 which means proven and in the period when after the dividend announcement is known that sig. 0,000 means proven.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the positive effect of information technology marketing on competitive advantage at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive influence of Learning Orientation on competitive advantage at Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive impact of hotel performance on competitive advantage at Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive effect of information technology marketing on the performance of Hotel at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. To know the significance of the positive influence of Learning Orientation on Hotel performance at Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. Variables of this research is the use of information technology, learning orientation, hotel performance and competitive advantage. The population in this research is all employees of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The population number is 84, so all the populations are sampled by census method. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation with 5% significance level. The results showed the use of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The orientation of learning has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. Hotel performance has a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The use of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Hotel Arjuna Yogyakarta. The orientation of learning has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Arjuna Hotel Yogyakarta. The hotel's performance is able to mediate the effect of using information technology on competitive advantage. Hotel performance is able to mediate the influence of learning orientation on competitive advantage. The hotel's performance is able to positively reinforce the relationship between the use of information technology to competitive advantage. The hotel's performance is able to positively reinforce the relationship between learning orientation towards competitive advantage.

Abstract

The research is to examine the influence of the understanding of local financial accounting system, capacity of human resource and the utility of information tecnology toward the quality of financial report information of yogyakarta government. The used data for the research is primer data. It is the result from questionnaires spreading. The respondence of this research is manager of financial report of yogyakarta local government. The questionnair is spread to 90 respondents, meanwhile that can be proccesd are 63 questionnaires. The method od sample taking is using purposive sampling. Analytic technique of data in this research is using double linier regretion technique. The result of regretion test shows that the local government financial accounting system understanding and the capacity od human resource are not influenced significantly to the quality of local government financial report information, meanwhile the utility of technology is influenced positively to the quality of local government financial report information.
