Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the number of obedient parking taxpayers, the amount of parking space, and the amount of tax revenue parking to the original revenue area Yogyakarta city. The nature of this research is quantitative research. Sources of data used are secondary data obtained from the BPKAD of Yogyakarta. The population in this study is the number of taxpayers, the amount of parking space, parking realization tax report and realization reports original revenue area of Yogyakarta. The sample used is the number of obedient parking taxpayers, the number of registered parking lots, the report of the realization of parking tax, and the realization of original revenue area of Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic 10.072 greater than the value of F table 2.90 with significance 0.00 <0.05. This indicates that the the number of obedient parking taxpayers (X1), the amount of parking space (X2), and the amount of parking tax (X3) influence simultaneously to the original revenue area of Yogyakarta. Partially parking tax (X3) have a significant positive effect on original revenue area of Yogyakarta city. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.014 <0.05 and the value of t arithmetic 2.611> t table 1.694. Although the value of t arithmetic 1.977> t table 1.694 but the number of obedient parking taxpayers (X1) does not affect the original revenue area of Yogyakarta. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.057> 0.05. The amount of parking space (X2) does not affect the PAD of Yogyakarta city. This is evidenced by the significance of 0.221> 0.05 with t arithmetic 1,249 <1.694.

Abstract

Penelitian ini,diharapkan dapat membuktikan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu E-servis quality, e-satisfaction dan online repurchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden pengguna Tokopedia di Sleman. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa semua variabel saling mempengaruhi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of job satisfaction variable on employee performance, (2) influence of work motivation variable to employee performance, (3) influence of organizational commitment variable to employee performance, (4) influence of job satisfaction variable, work motivation and organizational commitment together to the performance of employees of PT. Wood Five Sentosa In Magelang. The nature of research in this study is quantitative. The research variables studied were job satisfaction (X1), work motivation (X2), organizational commitment (X3), and employee performance (Y). Its population is employees of PT. Sentosa Five Woods In Magelang, totaling 125 employees. The sample was 95 employees using slovin formula. The sampling technique was done by accidental sampling method. Data collecting method using kuisoner, while data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis supported by F test and T test and classical assumption test consist of multikolineritas test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the linear regression equation for the three predictors was Y = 0.199 + 0.383X1 + 0.252X2 + 0.418X3. That is, job satisfaction (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with significance level 0,000 <α 0.05. Work motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with significance level 0,000 <α 0,05. Organizational commitment (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <α 0.05. Together variables Job Satisfaction (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3), have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Wood Five Sentosa In Magelang with a significance of 0,000<α 0.05. Keywords: job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) the effect of work environment on organizational commitment, (2) the effect of motivation to organizational commitment, (3) the most dominant variables affect the commitment of employee organizations. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The variables in this study are work environment, motivation, and employee organizations. The research population is all employees in the field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan, while the research sample is 30 employees. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling (census). Data collection methods used questionnaires (questionnaires), while data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis. The result of regression analysis obtained by linear double regression equation for two predictors is Y = 12,570 - 0,013 X1 + 0,641 X2 + e. The results showed (1) There is a not positive influence of work environment on employee organizations in field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan with significant value (p) = 0,921>0,05. (2) There is a positive influence of motivation on employee organizations in field of narcotics at Yayasan Bukit Doa Medan with significant value (p) = 0,000<0,05. (3)The work environment has no effect on organizational commitment while work motivation has a signifficant effect on organizational commitment .The value of determinant coefficient (R2) between X1, and X2 with Y is 0,355, it means that the influence between work environment (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee organization (Y) is 35,5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of regional financial supervision, human resources and utilization of information technology to the timeliness of local government financial reporting. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Population in this research is part of accounting / administration finance at SKPD in Bantul regency, the sample taken is 21 SKPD. Sampling technique using porposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the supervision of regional finance and the utilization of information technology has significant influence on the timeliness of local government financial reporting, while the human resource variable does not affect the timeliness of regional government financial reporting.

Abstract

This study attempts to test influence modernization tax administration systems, and sanctions against compliance taxation taxpayers individual. The research was conducted in the taxoffice pratama magelang. The data used the research is primary data obtained by thequestionnaire, and in the sample used in research has reached 83. A method of the sample usingaccidental sampling and analysis techniques the data used was analysis techniques multipleregression. The result of this research showed that modernization tax administration in partial have hada positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Sanctions taxation in partial havehad a positive impact and significant impact on compliance taxpayers.Simultaneouslymodernization tax administration systems, and sanctions taxation have had a positive impact andsignificant impact on compliance taxpayer with value adjusted r square of 42,8 %.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has a purpose: (1) To analyze the influence of service quality variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (2) To analyze the influence of facilities completeness variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (3) To analyze the influence of competence of human resources variable to consumer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (4) To analyze the influence of service quality variable, facilities completeness variable, and competence of human resources variable to customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. Variables in this research are the service quality, facilities completeness, competence of human resources, and customer satisfaction. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with 5% significance level. The results of hypothesis testing: (1) Service quality not influence on customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. (2) Facilities completeness influence on customer satisfaction at Parahita Clinical Laboratory Yogyakarta. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine (1) joint influence between competence, internal control, quality of accounting information, and organizational commitment to company performance in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch, (2) the influence of competence on company performance in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch, (3) the influence of internal control on company performance in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch, (4) influence the quality of accounting information on the performance of the company in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch, and (5) the influence of organizational commitment to company performance in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. This research is Ex Post Facto research. Population in this research is all employees at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch consisting of 3 branches as many as 36 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research were employees at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch of administration and finance as much as 32 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The results showed that (1) there was a mutual influence between competence, internal control, quality of accounting information, and organizational commitment to company performance in PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. It is shown from value equal to 26,770 bigger than value equal to 2,728 at significance level 5%, value of regression coefficient equal to 0,894 positive value, with value signifikansi 0,000 <0,05; (2) there is influence between competence to company performance at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. This is shown from the value of tcount is greater than ttable value (3,806> 2,042), significance value 0,000 <0,05, and regression coefficient have positive value equal to 0,235, (3) there is influence of internal control to company performance at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. This is shown from the value of tcount is greater than ttable value (3,329> 2,042), significance value 0,003 <0,05, and regression coefficient have positive value equal to 0,465; (4) there is influence of accounting quality of information to company performance at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. This is shown from the value of tcount is greater than ttable value (3,397> 2,042), significance value 0,000 <0,05, and regression coefficient have positive value equal to 0,354, and (5) there is influence of organizational commitment to company performance at PT. Bina Artha Ventura Kebumen branch. This is shown from the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (3.605> 2.042), the significance value is 0.030 <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.215.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style towards employee work motivation at PT Taspen (Persero), Branch of Yogyakarta. This study began with collecting data through questionnaire method by taking a sample of the entire population of 35. Data analysis which was used including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test), simple linear regression test, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that.there was a positive effect of remuneration, non-financial compensation, and the democratic leadership style simultaneously towards employee work motivation shown by Fcount >Ftable (19,513>2,91) in signification value of 5% and regression coefficients in positive value of 0,809 (sig. 0,000>0,05). Employee work motivation were influenced by remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style of 62% and the rest 38% were influenced by other variable which was not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of profitability, leverage on value of the company with capital structure as intervening variable. This study classified as a quantitative research. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in periode 2012 to 2016. Sample was determined by purposive sampling, there are 15 manufacturing companies. The data is secondary. Data was collected by IDX: www.idx.co.id. Analysis of the data was use as Path Analysis, Correlation of Parcial test, R square, and the classical assumption test of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results that (1) the profitability is significant positive on the capital structure, (2) the leverage is significant positive on the capital structure, (3) the profitability is significant positive on the value of the company, (4) the leverage is significant positive on the value of the company, (5) the capital structure is significant positive on the value of the company, (6) the profitability is significant positive on the value of the company with capital structure as intervening variable, (7) the leverage is significant positive on the value of the company with capital structure as intervening variable.
