Abstract

Computers as part of the development of technology have been used in various aspects including advocating, implementing educational evaluation processes as part of a culture of the means to transmit values and ideas where everyone is able to play a role in transforming values for the progress of the nation and state. One technology that is developing quite rapidly in the world of education is Web technology that is utilized for learning applications. Many Nias people do not understand Nias language, especially in terms of pronunciation of the Nias language vocabulary that does have its own uniqueness. The Nias language recognizes 22 alphabets, which are 6 vowels A, E, I, O, U and are added with Ö (read as "e" weak). As the word "Saohagõlõ" means thank you, use the vowel "Ö" (Halawa N., 2014), and 16 consonantal letters B, D, F, G, H, K, L, M, N, R, S, T, W, ?, Y, Z, but in some areas there are changes in the mention of letters by not changing the writing. One of the most widely used Web-based learning media is applications that are packaged in the form of computer software called Computer Aided / Assisted Instruction (CAI). Computer Aided / Assisted Instruction applications strongly support more interesting and effective learning. Because this application is designed as a source of learning for the process of teaching and learning with computer assistance where students face and interact directly with computers. The choice of Nias language is due to the uniqueness and difficulty in translating Nias language so that it makes it easy for users who want to learn Nias language.

Abstract

In carrying out a quality education process is an obligation and a requirement that is demanded for every school, as well as the 42 Medan SMP has a certified teacher. Providing certification to teachers needs to be reviewed because many teachers are not yet entitled to receive certification but have received certification. Therefore the solution is made a Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting method to assist schools in determining teachers who are eligible to receive certification with criteria that are pedagogical, personality, social, professional. The application was built using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and as the MySQL database. The results of the study were an application of a teacher certification eligibility decision-making system that was able to be used by school principals in determining the eligibility of teacher certification at 42 SMP Medan.

Abstract

Thermal is a very important thing in influencing the level of comfort of a room. The important factor for the thermal comfort of a room is influenced by several factors, namely the height of the building which also affects the wind speed that enters the room, air temperature in the room, relative humidity level, the activity of the occupants That can affect the speed of metabolism and clothing imposed by the occupants of the room. PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) which has a range of-3 to 3 which represents the cold codition until heat, can be determined the value of its condition by using the fuzzy logic. The fuzzy logic can decide on which conditions the room is taking into account the weight of its membership.

Abstract

Currently the increasingly rapid development of internet technology and is one example of effective information technology utntuk dissemination of information because the internet is a means of communication that are global. Make it easy for students and teachers can access all the information anytime and anywhere. With the rapid technological developments, education facilities and infrastructure must also follow each person can easily see the information necessary school perform various types of information. The problem that occurs is in terms of providing information that is still done manually done on your son SMK Binjai by way of prospective students must come to school to register. With this situation it is not effective and efficient. Utilizing a computerized system is much needed considering the development of rapid technological knowledge so that all activities can be done quickly and accurately without disturbing other activities.            One way to overcome the above is to create a web-based information system by using a database that consists of a few tables so that registration can be done online in a way. It also can help the school, especially the new admissions committee to log the students become more easily, effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Expert systems are systems that try to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Expert system is a computer program that simulates the judgment and behavior of humans or organizations that have expert knowledge and experience in a particular field. In an expert system has many algorithms, one of which is the intelligence factor. Certainty Factor states trust in an event in accordance with the evidence and judgment of an expert. This method uses a value in assuming an expert's degree of confidence in the data. The design of goat disease diagnosis application is made to be useful for users / breeders, which is to make it easier to get information by using the application as a consultation media.

Abstract

In the field of animal husbandry, especially in cattle, the expert system aims to help facilitate the diagnosis of diseases in cattle. The low ability of livestock to meet the need for beef meat and milk is caused by many problems. It could be one of them is a disease. Such as Abscess, Ascariasis, BEF, Bloat, Endometritis, Entritis, Mastitis, Omphaltis, Pneumonia, Retention, Scabies. The emergence of these diseases may be due to the care factors of the breeders so that it affects the health of the bull. the application of the Certainty factor method in the diagnosis of ox disease was built in order to have benefits for the breeders as a consultation media that replaced experts or veterinarians.

Abstract

In general, in grilling satay that we often encounter with satay traders or both in grilling for personal consumption, the fan is one of the manual tools used to fan the temperature of the embers to remain stable and reverse the satay also by manual means, with This method is often found in the level of maturity of the satay less evenly and there are some of them burnt satay so it is not effective and efficient in terms of time and material. From some of these cases an automatic satay roasting system appears, in maximum performance such as a fan that rotates automatically to maintain the stability of the embers with the temperature detected by the LM35 sensor so that the temperature remains monitored stable when roasted and processed by the motor Stepper as a satay turning player with the rotation adjusted to the temperature of the embers. Stepper motor with stable rotation is used PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technique which is set by Microcontroller to control the fan, Stepper Motor, and LM35 sensor.

Abstract

The amount of production is very influential on a Zuhro Bakery home industry, without the amount of production how a Zuhro Bakery home industry has increased if it does not have a regulation on the amount of bread production. In making decisions 1 to determine the amount of production, especially in the business sector contains risks. In the field of business needs to be supported by careful calculation so that the risk of loss can be avoided. Zuhro Bakery's home industry still determines the amount of production manually. From the above problems, a decision support system (SPK) was made using the weighted product method. Based on the calculation using the Weighted Product method for the Total Production at Zuhro Bakery, the largest value is V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 so that alternatives A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 are the alternatives chosen as the best alternative. Namely chocolate, donuts, chicken thighs, green beans, peanuts will be increased even more the amount of production.

Abstract

Hotel Graha Kardopa is a Hotel located in Binjai, North Sumatra. System Information about reservation and billing in this Hotel still use manual system, where the way is still be regarded very slowly. To facilitate the processing of billing in need of Information System Reservation and Billing Post Of Transaction Restaurant Graha Kardopa Binjai. Based on the problems that have been in carefully by the author, the authors designed the Information Systems Reservation And Billing Post Of Transaction Restaurant Graha Kardopa Binjai. The result of this research is to facilitate the processing of Reservation and Billing Restaurant Hotel Graha Kardopa Binjai. The purpose of this Final Project is to make an Information System Reservation and Billing Post Of Transaction Restaurant Graha Kardopa Binjai, by using PHP and MySql-based programming Web that can help the process of restaurant reservation processing to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

Distribution location is very influential on the ups and downs of sales at Zuhro Bakery because the company distributes its bread to wholesalers and stalls so that sales are not only through mobile vendors by distributing bread to wholesalers and stalls, sales at Zuhro Bakery will be more widespread and will be more numerous people who know the bread produced from Zuhro Bakery. However, some locations are always crowded with buyers or lonely buyers. Therefore a decision support system was designed to determine the location of the best bread distribution in Zuhro Bakery using the simple additive weighting method. This research was conducted to make it easier for Zuhro Bakery to prioritize the best distribution locations to increase sales at Zuhro Bakery. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods known as the weighted sum method. The SAW method looks for the best alternative for all attributes with weighted sums. Then the results obtained from this decision support system in determining the location of the best bread distribution based on the calculation results with the highest-ranking value using the SAW method is an A2 alternative, namely Wholesale 2 = 2.68.
