Abstract

Many customers who need ornamental plants provide good prospects for the future of ornamental plant business specifically for ornamental plant farmers. Ornamental plants are not limited to ornamental plants that live in pots, but also include cut flowers, cacti, bonsai, hydroponic plants and flower screens. This study aims to create a Decision Support System (SPK) for selecting ornamental bonsai plants. Criteria for selecting bonsai ornamental plants have a beautiful basic shape, long plant decorations, stems and branches are easily made, the surface of the skin is attractive and curvy, small leafy and quite leafy, plant plants are durable and strong plants to be made. The system was built with Visual Basic Programming language and applied the TOPSIS method to determine bonsai ornamental plants. Implementation of decision support systems choose from 5 (five) alternative choices of plants that are worthy of being ornamental bonsai plants are Banyan, Chinese Asoka and Jasmine.

Abstract

The problem of the dangers and effects of drugs or narcotics and drugs on life is increasingly troubling. The circulation of drugs has now reached an alarming stage, now it has touched the countryside. This stage is very worrying, hence the need for early supervision and prevention. Deli Serdang North Sumatra BNN previously acted and supervised by manually, this process took so long due to the large amount of data to be processed. Therefore the thought of the writer emerged to develop a computerized process to help the BNN Deli Serdang. Using the SAW method, the authors aim that the calculation process or data processing is faster so that it can maximize the time available so that the prevention process can be done as early as possible. This SAW method in the process has a calculation system by determining the ranking process, this ranking will be used as a decision-making by the Deli Serdang National Narcotics Agency in carrying out its duties.

Abstract

Expert System in determining the type of disease in animals is very promising, but what needs to be watched is when the disease that attacks the animal is a malignant disease that even leads to death caused by viruses, weather changes, and how to care for these animals. The benefits of diagnosing diseases in animals are expected for animal lovers to be able to overcome animal diseases without having to go to PeetShop. Then we need an expert system in determining the disease using the certainty factor method because it is accurate, fast, and precise in diagnosing the disease in accordance with the symptoms of the disease.

Abstract

The expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that analyzes how to adopt the mindset of an expert to overcome a problem and make a decision. In utilizing the Expert System, especially animal health at the Lubuk Pakam Region I Animal Health Center, doctors at the Lubuk Pakam Region I Health Center collect various information which will then be carried out on animal health management. This research was conducted using the Bayes Theorem Expert Method System. In this study, the value obtained from the Bayes theorem calculation results based on the diagnosis taken from the highest value, which is the possibility of worm disease with a value of 65,850%.

Abstract

Distribution location is very influential on the ups and downs of sales at Zuhro Bakery because the company distributes its bread to wholesalers and stalls so that sales are not only through mobile vendors by distributing bread to wholesalers and stalls, sales at Zuhro Bakery will be more widespread and will be more numerous people who know the bread produced from Zuhro Bakery. However, some locations are always crowded with buyers or lonely buyers. Therefore a decision support system was designed to determine the location of the best bread distribution in Zuhro Bakery using the simple additive weighting method. This research was conducted to make it easier for Zuhro Bakery to prioritize the best distribution locations to increase sales at Zuhro Bakery. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of the methods known as the weighted sum method. The SAW method looks for the best alternative for all attributes with weighted sums. Then the results obtained from this decision support system in determining the location of the best bread distribution based on the calculation results with the highest-ranking value using the SAW method is an A2 alternative, namely Wholesale 2 = 2.68.
