Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran trial by jury pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2015-2016. Untuk mengetahui partisipasi belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran ceramah pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2015-2016. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran trial by jury terhadap partisipasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 2 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2015-2016. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata partisipasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran trial by jury adalah 39,10. Perolehan nilai rata-rata ini menandakan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memiliki partisipasi belajar matematika siswa yang sangat tinggi. Nilai rata-rata partisipasi belajar matematika siswa yang diberikan dengan metode ceramah adalah 28,38. Perolehan nilai rata-rata ini menandakan bahwa kelas kontrol memiliki partisipasi belajar matematika yang cukup baik. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran trial by jury berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan partisipasi belajar matematika siswa yaitu efektif sebesar 21,44% bila dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran ceramah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi belajar matematika siswa.

Sale and purchase of businesses today mostly still using manual systems.Panglong Sinar Gemilang Jaya is a business that is engaged in the sale and purchase of building materials. This shop is a business that was originally built to meet the needs of local residents for use within the building materials so that local residents do not need to purchase that home away from home.This application systems development, an impact which is very important in getting the information that is accurate and fast. So with this information system is expected to improve performance, and enable consumers to purchase, especially in the long term can be a single proposal that can benefit PanglongSinarGemilang Jaya because it still using manual systems.By using Visual Basic 2010 and MySQL, it can be made an application system sales and purchases.

PT . Radana Finance Tbk in day - today is inseparable from the process of borrowing the cash . In the data processing still using manual systems . Therefore, the authors take the problem in the field of financing cash loan guarantee BPKB motorcycle In writing the final report , the author makes the design of the new system using VB .NET 2008 and SQL Server 2005 database as well as designing Data Flow Diagrams ( DFD ) , database , data dictionary , context diagrams, tables and Flowmap relations. Applications designed system aims to improve services to the customers of PT. Radana Finance in loan transactions, can process data quickly and accurately. The process of data storage can be better, and can avoid data duplication and facilitate employees in the processing of transaction data.

ABSTRAKProblem Based Learning (PBL) atau pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah adalah pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa yang menyajikan masalah dunia nyata sebagai konteks bagi siswa untuk menyusun pengetahuan mereka sendiri mengembangkan inkuiri dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat yang lebih tinggi, pemecahan masalah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan konsep yang esensi dari materi pelajaran, mengembangkan kemandirian, dan percaya diri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas VII (Tujuh) SMP Muhammadiyah 54 Kerasaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 54 Kerasaan Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 2 kelas berjumlah 64 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII1 yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh : (1) Problem Based Learning merupakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa yang menyajikan masalah dunia nyata sebagai konteks bagi siswa untuk menyusun pengetahuan mereka sendiri mengembangkan inkuiri dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat yang lebih tinggi, pemecahan masalah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan konsep yang esensi dari materi pelajaran, mengembangkan kemandirian, dan percaya diri; (2) Ketercapaian KKM diperoleh fakta bahwa terjadi peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sesudah tindakan bila dibandingkan dengan jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM sebelum tindakan dengan persentase ketuntasan 52,94%, dan 76,47%. Nilai rata-rata skor yang diperoleh siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti proses pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 58,72 dan 62,97. Dengan demikian hasil analisis tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah pada pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika khususnya pada materi perbandingan siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 54 Kerasaan.

In the rapid technological developments and rapidly prosecute any businesses or other institutions to further improve any systems used in management. Expected every facet of business activity using a computerized system . Likewise with existing technology PT. Prima Indah. PT. Prima Indah in the calculation of finished goods inventory still using manual systems and cause problems in the form of ever making the report and the absence of a special database that stores data inventory . So it needs a special system that handles the calculation of finished goods inventories in order to facilitate the knowing of finished goods inventory in the warehouse . In that regard there are some things that should be discussed about how the calculation of finished goods inventory at PT. Prima Indah and how the entrance and exit of preparing reports and statements of finished goods inventory accumulation . The final task is to try to discuss and analyze problems that occur in the calculation of the inventory of finished goods . And the result will be directed to the company as a suggestion to use a computerized system in order to save costs and time as well as the accuracy of the information produced .

The volume of expenditure for labor costs and related payroll has a significant effect on the net income of most business enterprise. Accordingly, it is important that the accounting information System of payroll provides safeguards to insure that payment are in accord with management’s general plans and its specific authorizations. All employment of a firm expect and are entitled to receive their remuneration at regular intervals following the close of each payroll period. Regardless of the number of employees and of intricacies in computing the amounts to be paid, the accounting information system of payroll must be designed to process the necessary data quickly and assure payment of the correct amount to each employee. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran Inkuiri; (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya berpikir abstrak lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya berpikir Abstrak; dan (3) untuk mengetahui interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya berpikir Abstrak terhadap hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan Medan tahun akademik 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari empat kelas dengan jumlah keseluruhan populasi 145 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling berjumlah 78 masiswa yang terdiri dari 38 mahasiswa kelas A dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan 40 mahasiswa kelas C yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Inkuiri. Instrumen penelitian ini untuk mengukur hasil belajar digunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda dengan lima pilihan jawaban dengan jumlah soal sebanyak 38 soal dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,968. Uji normalitas menggunakan uji Lilliefors sedangkan uji homogenitas dengan uji Fisher dan uji Bartlett. Teknik analisis data adalah Anava dua jalur pada taraf signifikansi α = 0.05 yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Scheffe. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) rata-rata hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah = 28,5 lebih tinggi dari pada rata-rata hasil belajar Fisika Dasar mahasiswa yang diajarkan dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri = 27,27, dengan Fhitung = 13,05 > Ftabel = 3.96; (2) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dengan Berpikir Abstrak tinggi = 30,3 lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa Berpikir Abstrak rendah = 25,9 dengan Fhitung = 4,24 > Ftabel = 3,98 (3) terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir Abstrak terhadap hasil belajar Fisika Dasar jurusan Teknik Elektro Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Harapan Medan dengan Fhitung = 10,1> Ftabel = 3,9. Dari hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang tepat digunakan pada mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir Abstrak tinggi adalah strategi pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah sedangkan mahasiswa dengan berpikir Abstrak rendah, strategi yang tepat digunakan adalah strategi pembelajaran Inkuiri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini secara khusus ditujukan kepada Dosen Fisika Dasar yaitu dalam penerapan strategi pembelajaran memperhatikan karakteristik mahasiswa khususnya karakteristik cara berpikir Abstrak

One of the routine activities undertaken to as an evaluation tool to assess how much ability and understanding and skills that have been obtained by the students is to conduct exams. In Conventional , exam requires paper stationery items and devices. In addition , the conventional exam vulnerable to fraud and requires teachers to correct students' answers .For reasons of efficiency , it can be built by using the online exam application Local Area Network ( LAN ) . The application consists of two , namely the application server ( for administrators and teachers ) and the client (for students ) . Under this system , admin ( head or deputy principals ) determine the schedule of exams and teachers to enter the exam through an application server . Then , the students answer exam questions through the client application . Problem is sent from the application server to the client , the first randomized sequence, so that each student will get about random sequence .Then , the students answer exam questions through the client application . The development of technology is currently growing rapidly, this requires every company to continue to improve the system used for the management of its business. Expected in each field using the computerized system. No exception in the field of accounts payable. In the Commercial Employees Cooperative Makmur Wika Beton Sumatra, tbk accounts payable data management is still manual and very likely there was an error in the recording. The number of tables of contents and folders different storage places is very influential on the data inputting error. Accounts payable so the data is very vulnerable to errors and data becomes invalid. The authors felt the need to discuss the management of data on goods production accounts payable so the future can be computerized. Each transaction is concerned with accounts payable starting from ordering goods, until payment of accounts payable will be processed and stored disistem. The system will be discussed in this thesis is a system that is able to manage every transaction accounts payable for goods production that occurred in the Commercial Employees Cooperative Makmur . With a computerized system admin will be able to manage data Kopkar payable as easily as searching the details of the data based on the number spb faster , the possibility of duplicate data can be solved , as well as the report clearly displays the classification of loans receivable based on the number spb.

The objectives of this study are to find out whether 1) The Differences of The Students Achievement which were taught by Story Circle Technique and Think Pair Share Technique ,(2) The Differences between the Learning Achievement of the Students who have Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation in Learning Writing Narrative,(3) Interaction Between Teaching Strategy and Learning Motivation in Learning Writing Narrative. An experimental research with factorial design 2x2 was used in this study. There were 80 students of grade XI of 202/2013 academic year of SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Sunggal as Sample of this study. The students were divided into two groups, an experimental group an a control group. The random sampling techniques was applied to take the sample. The first group as an experimental group consists of 40 students with intrinsic motivation was given treatment by Think Pair Share and the second groups as a control group that also consist of 40 students with extrinsic motivation was given treatment by using Story Circle. The findings shows that (1) the average of students score which were taught by Story Circle is 75.75 and Think Pair Share is 71.47 with F observed= 2.571> F table= 2.321 (2) the average of students score who have intrinsic motivation is 75.7 and extrinsic motivation is 71.5 with F observed= 0.0001< F table= 2.323 Ho accepted Ha rejected.(3) there is interaction between teaching technique and students motivation on students narrative writing achievement with F observed= 17.423> F table= 2.285. Thus, it can be concluded that (1) The students achievement in writing narrative of which were taught by using Story Circle Technique is significantly higher than of the students taught by using Story Planner Strategy,(2) The Student achievement in writing narrative who have extrinsic motivation is significantly higher than that of the students who have intrinsic motivation (3) there is significant interaction between story circle technique and think pair share technique and students’ motivation to the students’ achievement in writing narrative. It implied that teachers should apply teaching strategies which are suitable with studets’ motivation so that the students can improve students’ achievement in writing narrative.
