Abstract

Laser cutting is one of the processes used as an alternative to conventional machinery that has goodcutting qualities and minimizes product damage. The workings of laser cutting is to direct the output of high laser power on the material to be cut, the material then melts, burns, evaporates by gas, and produces edges with a good quality surface. This study aims to determine the effect of laser head distance from the laser cutting machine on the spot diameter produced on the polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) material. This study used a laser machine with 60 watts of power and variation of laser head distance with an interval of 1 mm at a distance of 1-28 mm. Spot diameter value was gained measurement from using stereo zoom microscope with 30 X magnification and mapping. The result shows that the spot diameter was 0,229 - 0,990 mm. The factors that affect the value of spot diameter is the laser power used and laser head distance from the material.

Abstract

The disaster that occurred in Sumedang district was the main concern of the services provided by the BPBD of Sumedang Regency, the handling of disasters that was fast and precise became the motto of BPBD. But in practice there are many obstacles, one of which is the lack of community participation in disaster reporting and many other technical constraints. Whereas with this reporting BPBD can quickly and responsively handle the disaster. E-disaster report based on Android BPBD Sumedang district is present as an electronic disaster reporting service to overcome problems in the BPBD of Sumedang district. This e-disaster report was built using a prototype software design methodology. This methodology is very suitable for software that continues to grow such as Android-based software. With this disaster report, people can easily report disasters. The location of the disaster can also be detected with the GPS feature on the Android smartphone. The community only needs to attach a photo of the event and the description of the incident and the report will be processed immediately by the investigating officer. With this application, Sumedang District people can participate in disaster reporting, and the BPBD of Sumedang District can be helped in carrying out the handling and handling of disasters quickly and precisely in Sumedang District.

Abstract

Violence is one of the characteristics needed by the ball mill. To get this trait up to now is still done by trial and error so it is very ineffective. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the parameters that affect the hardness of the ball mill and the optimal level. There are three parameters that are thought to affect ball mill hardness, namely the temperature of raw material (Tm), the initial temperature of the quenching process (Tq) and the final temperature of the quenching process (Tt).

Abstract

Arisankita is a business program owned by CV Dwi Idea Kreasi to assist the community in obtaining goods according to their needs and managed cooperatively. The management of the Arisankita system still relies on traditional accounting and is not yet computerized, especially during accessing and storing information. The purpose of this study is to discuss a web-based system for Arisankita's business program by applying the RUP method, to improve the accuracy of data processing at the company, to optimize automatic scheduling, and to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. The RUP (Integrated Rational Process) Method is a system development process that covers the entire development cycle of a device that provides help to assist and be responsible for organizational development, which consists of 4 phases, including initial, elaboration, construction, and transition.

Abstract

Investment is a principle thing in the business world, because investment is one source of capital that can be owned by capital holders. The public still has a perception that shares or capital markets or exchanges are something complicated, expensive and have high risk. A survey conducted by OJK in 2012 explained that the level of literacy and financial inclusion of Indonesian people was still relatively low at only 3.7 percent literacy and accountability. Only 0.11 percent is inversely proportional to the number of Indonesians whose numbers are always increasing every year. Let's Save Stocks is a campaign that was inaugurated in 2015 by Indonesian Vice President, Yusuf Kalla in enhancing the role of the community in shares. An interesting promotional media is needed to introduce shares to the public, one of which is an animated film that is able to be consumed by people of all ages, education and economics. Moreover, motion graphic is a technique that is able to make still images to move and be interactive.

Abstract

The application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Sugeno, and Mamdani methods in determining poor families in Sumedang Regency can be done by the three methods using poor family outcomes which differ from the results of all data calculations. From all data calculated using the fuzzy logic method of the Tsukamoto, Sugeno, and Mamdani methods, it can be concluded that there are 4 data classified as poor and 16 data classified as not poor in the Tsukamoto method, 8 data classified as poor and 12 data classified not poor in the Sugeno method, and 10 data classified as poor and 10 classified as not poor in the Mamdani method. These results indicate that each method has different results even though the input used is the same.

Abstract

According to UNAIDS until 2018, there are around 690 thousand people with HIV in Indonesia. Until now HIV is a virus that is slow to diagnose, but there are ways that can be used to diagnose the HIV virus. One way to find out whether someone is infected or not is by taking HIV test accompanied by counseling in the clinic (Voluntary HIV Counseling and Testing). Prospective patients feel ashamed during the initial diagnosis of a health examination. To solve these problems, it is necessary to build a system capable to diagnose HIV / AIDS using the best first search algorithm. The result of this study is to be able to facilitate patients checking their health by computerization easily, quickly and precisely, especially about HIV AIDS. Based on the system evaluation of the respondents, RK test results are obtained from the convenient use of the HIV expert system application that has a value of 3.72 with the title of satisfaction. the RK test results from the benefits of using the HIV expert system application has a value of 3.96 with the title of satisfaction.

Abstract

Network devices as media file sharing and can be used as file servers have begun to appear, just as smart router devices can be used as file servers by adding USB Thumb drive as storage media. With the diversity of router devices, it becomes a challenge in digital forensic science when a case occurs by utilizing a smart router device related to file-sharing services. Then it is necessary to study the right method in investigating smart router devices. This paper discusses the use of the live forensics acquisition method in investigating smart router devices, against system log files related to file-sharing activities. In identifying the process of searching, recognizing, and documenting potential things as digital evidence of processing devices and digital media storage. The acquisition process uses two methods, namely the live acquisition method on the router device and physical acquisition on the device that is used as storage media on the smart router.

Abstract

SMK 2 Cimahi is an educational institution Vocational high school in Cimahi. Vocational high schools play an important role in creating the best graduates for the needs of the workforce. The graduation process is the latest activity of student management. Student graduation criteria for national exams must meet minimum scores, complete all subjects, take school exams, national exams, and competency tests. In the 2015 class of 300 students, students who did not pass the national exam were 1 student, in the 2016 class of 299 students, students who did not pass the national exam were 1 student, whereas in the 2017 class totaling 302 students 100% students graduate on time. However in the coming year, it is still unknown whether students will be 100% graduated or not. Therefore this study was conducted to predict student graduation using the C4.5 algorithm + Genetic Algorithm. C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 99.78%, precision of 99.78%, 100% recall and 1 second execution time. While the C4.5 + genetic algorithm has an accuracy rate of 99.78%, precision of 99.78%, 100% recall AUC 0.500, and 36 second execution time and after T-test testing between the C4.5 Algorithm and C4 Algorithm .5 +, Genetic Algorithm is said to be significant if alpha = 0.050. The results of this study obtained alpha = 1,000.

Abstract

The use of fingerprints for identification has been done a lot, both in the police for investigations, in government for absences, in population and much more. To identify fingerprints, various methods are widely used which purpose is to produce a better level of accuracy. This is as reference to find out how important the function of the method will be used before the identification process is applied. The renewal of this research prioritizes how far the function of GLCM (GRAY LEVEL CO-OCCURRENCE MATRIX) is useful to improve the accuracy of fingerprint identification using the backpropagation method. The test results showed that GLCM can affect the increase in accuracy to 83%.
