Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine emperis Perception Group/Farmers, the Agricultural Extension Workers (PPL) and on the distribution of Subsidized Fertilizer Retailers. The research hypothesis testing using Friedman techniques with the intention to test three group differing perceptions of distribution og subsidized fertilizer. Research shows that the perception of group/farmer/and agricultural Exention, react different to the distribution of responsibilitas beyond or outside the ragion are found, farmers are still no fully registered in the Definitive Plan of Group (RDKK).  Warning implications of this study provide the retailer, group/farmer/as well as the Agricultural Extension workers (PPL) to comply with the rules og the minister of agricultural and trade minister

Abstract

Improving customers’ satisfaction is important in the hospitality industry. On the other hand, quality services encourage customer satisfaction. Therefore, offering product (tangible) and services (intangible) to customers need to be standardized.Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali committed to excellent serviceby implementingLeading Quality Assurance (LQA) standard.LQA standard is specializes in providing quality assurance audits, benchmarking analysisand training services to the luxury hospitality industry. This research is aiming to evaluatethe implementation of LQA standard to improve the customers’ satisfaction in front office department. Data is analysed by using Context, Input, Process, and Output (CIPP) method and supported by SPSS 17.0for windows. The finding of implementing LQA standard is in excellent categories. The finding proved that LQA standard is well implemented by Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali management

Abstract

This research is to test the brand of citra and circular influence, so that the variable of research are 2 independence variables: brand of citra (X1) and circular (X2) and the dependent variable is decided of buying (Y). The population of this research is a consument who buys Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram and it is unknown numbers, this sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The criteria of this sample is a consument who is from Mataram and who has been upper 20 years old. Data was gotten by spreying 60 cuisioners to the respondend who buying Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. Data is analized by using Regresi Linier Berganda, this result shows that brand of citra variable has T count is bigger than T table, it is 5,665>2,00247. Which can be said that the variable brand of citra was significant influenced at the decision of buying at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. The variable of circular has T count is bigger than T table, it is 4,451>2,00247. It can be said that the variable of circular is significant influenced decision of buying at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. The result of testing simultantly shows that F count is bigger than F table. It is 140,176>3,16. This means that the variable of citra brand and circular is significant influenced simultantly to the buying decisions Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. Meanwhile, the result of analysis to the koefisien determination (R square)  is 0,825. This means the next variable is fritter at R square as much as 0,175 is influence of another variable which is not included into researching.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of both partial and simultaneous about the characteristics of work and work environment on employee job satisfaction on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch of Mataram. The type of research used in this study is an associative research. The sample in this study is the total number of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Mataram. While data analysis is generated through SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis, partial determination, F test and t test. The results showed that job characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously through F test, work characteristics and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction where the value of f count is higher than f table that is equal to 171.098 > 3.20. Work environment is the most dominant variable to affecting employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination also shows that the ability of independent variable consisting of work characteristic and work environment in explaining variation of dependent variable is considered high enough. It can be seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination that is equal to 0.876 or 87.6%. Furthermore, the residual value of adjusted R square (0.124 or 12.4%) is the influence by other variables which is not included in this research study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work experience and education level on employee performance at the health service of Mataram City. This research consist of 2 (two) variables that is independent variables work experience (X1), education level (X2) and also dependent variables of performance (Y). The number of population in this study as 91 people, the number of samples taken is the whole and samplestaken use nonprobability sampling. Data were collected by interview/questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data obtained were analized with correlatin data which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The result of this study indicate that the independent variables work experience that has a strong relationship /close with the value of coefficient 0,559<0,5 to dependent variable (performance) and level of education have weak relation to dependent variable (performance) because have coefficient value 2,11>0,5 on the staff of Mataram City health office.

Abstract

This study aims  to determine a company's financial performance as measured using the Return On Investment with Du Pont System approach.  To determine a company's financial performance as measured using the Residual Income. Objects in this study conducted at the company PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in the form of financial statements ie balance sheet and profit / loss taken in the annual report prusahaan. These results indicate that the ability of companies in the process of return on investment is not setabil by showing the percentage up and down each year for research preode. It shows that the company has not been able to optimize the return on sales and investments are undertaken each year, but if in view of the general standard or average industry company's ability to return on investment can say either as a result of the calculation of ROI analysis of more value of the general standard or average industry. Meanwhile, when viewed from the calculation of residual income (RI), obtained a positive value RI. With positive RI means that the company is able to generate economic added value for shareholders and investors. It shows also that the financial performance in doing is effective and efficient (RI> 0)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of hospital management on the importance of environmental performance in sustainable development and environmental management accounting information required in environmental management. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the management or waste management officers of each state and private hospitals in Mataram City. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that hospital management has understood the importance of environmental performance in sustainable development and environmental management accounting information required by hospital management in the form of physical information and monetary information/cost, among others, the percentage of materials obtained from recycling, the amount of energy consumed and saved, the amount of water obtained from nature and wasted, the amount of waste treated and disposed of, the cost of evaluating and selecting environmental control equipment, the cost of developing/designing process/environmentally friendly products, the cost of training the employees for environmental issues, the cost of developing the environmental management system, inspectors of production processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, emission test costs, wastewater inspection fees, processing fees and disposal of hazardous waste, maintenance costs of waste treatment equipment, and polluted environmental cleaning costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tumpangsari padi gogo beras merah dengan kacang tanah dan kacang hijau terhadap pertumbuhan, serapan nitrogen dan hasil tanaman padi gogo beras merah, dengan melaksanakan percobaan lapangan di desa Nyiur Lembang, Kecamatan Narmada (Lombok Barat) mulai bulan Oktober 2012 sampai dengan Januari 2013. Percobaan ditata menurut Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan 4 blok dan lima perlakuan yaitu padi gogo beras merah monokrop (p1); tumpangsari padi gogo beras merah dengan kacang tanah yang ditanam bersamaan (p2); tumpangsari dengan kacang tanah yang ditanam 10 hari setelah tanam padi (p3), tumpangsari dengan kacang hijau yang ditanam bersamaan dengan padi (p4), dan tumpangsari dengan kacang hijau yang ditanam 10 hari setelah tanam padi (p5). Untuk perlakuan tumpangsari, satu baris kacang tanah atau kacang hijau disisipkan di antara barisan tanaman padi, dengan jarak 20 cm dalam barisan, sedangkan padi ditanam dengan jarak tanam 20 x 30 cm. Padi gogo hanya diberi pupuk dasar tanpa pupuk N susulan. Data dianalisis dengan uji kontras-ortogonal, dengan membandingkan antara padi monokrop dan tumpangsari, antara tumpangsari dengan kacang tanah dan kacang hijau, dan antara tanam bersamaan dan tanam legum 10 hari setelah tanam padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum laju pertumbuhan, persentase jumlah anakan produktif dan jumlah malai per rumpun lebih tinggi pada sistem padi monokrop dibandingkan dengan tumpangsari, tetapi sebaliknya indeks panen lebih tinggi pada sistem tumpangsari dan persentase gabah hampa lebih rendah pada sistem tumpangsari. Di antara sistem tumpangsari, laju pertumbuhan jumlah daun, jumlah anakan dan persentase jumlah anakan produktif lebih tinggi pada tumpangsari dengan kacang hijau dibandingkan dengan kacang tanah; demikian pula kecenderungan hasil gabah, kadar N total dan serapan N pada daun bendera. Namun demikian, ada pengaruh perbedaan waktu tanam kacang-kacangan, di mana laju pertumbuhan jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, jumlah malai, kadar N dan hasil gabah pada tumpangsari dengan kacang tanah lebih tinggi jika kacang tanah ditanam 10 hari setelah tanam padi, sebaliknya pada tumpangsari dengan kacang hijau, laju pertumbuhan, kadar N dan jumlah malai lebih tinggi jika kacang hijau ditanam bersamaan dengan padi. Namun demikian, di antara kelima perlakuan yang diuji, hasil gabah tertinggi (5,23 ton/ha) diperoleh pada perlakuan tumpangsari padi dengan kacang hijau yang ditanam 10 hari setelah tanam padi

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the significance of the effect of financial compensation to the Employee work motivation. (2) To determine the significance of the effect of non-financial compensation for work motivation. (3) To determine the significance of financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (4) To determine the significance of non-financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (5) To determine the significance of the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction.This type of research used in this research is associative or causal (causal). Data collection method used in this research is census method on 128 Employee Dikpora East Lombok. Data collection tool using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis (path Analysis) with the help of the program Amos 21 for windows.The results showed (1) Compensation Financial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (2) Compensation Nonfinancial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) Financial compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Financial compensation has a significant impact on job satisfaction when through work motivation (4) Compensation Nonfinancial have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation Nonfinancial have a significant impact on job satisfaction through work motivation. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction

Abstract

This research is to find out the role of Perception Organizational Support (POS) as mediator of relationship between Organizational Reward (O_R), Procedural Justice (PJ) and Supervisor Support on affective commitment on the teachers in Pondok Pesantren Al-Mubarok, Serang City. A total of 43 teachers were sampled in this study with sampling technique using random sampeling. Analysis of data used is Path Analysis with the Lisrel program 8.80. The results of his research indicate that Perceptions of Organizational Support (POS) have been shown to positively mediate between the Organizational Awards and Affective Commitments; Perception Organizational support (POS) has not been proven to influence mediation between Procedural Justice and Affective Commitment; Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has not been shown to have an effect on mediation between Supervisor Support and Affective Commitment; and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) proved to have a positive and significant impact on Affective Commitment. Implications and suggestions are discussed in this study.
