Abstract

One of the information technology developments by STIE AMM is the on-line academic system. This study aimed at identifying the effect of the students’ (user) interaction with information systems, Support/Reward/Punishment, information system security, information access speed/ease, information accuracy, computer network/Internet accessibility and utilities to the students’ satisfaction in using information system.Causality research was implemented in this study and it was conducted in STIE AMM Economics School. Questionnaires were employed to collect the data. 100 Students who are majoring accounting were chosen as the participant. The independent variables in this research were Support, Reward/Punishment, information systems security, information access speed/ease, information accuracy, computer network/internet accessibility and utilities. While dependent variable in this research was student satisfaction in using information system. Instrument analysis which is reliability and validity test was conducted and then continued with conducted the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test before implementing the analysis phase. After conducting classical assumption test the next step was conducting multiple regression analysis using T-test, F-test and determination test. The results of hypothesis testing with T-test showed that Students’ (user) interaction with information systems, information systems security and accessibility and computer network/internet utility had a significant effect on student satisfaction in using the information system. While Support, Reward/Punishment, information access speed/ease and information accuracy had no effect to the students’ satisfaction in using information systems

Abstract

Improving customers’ satisfaction is important in the hospitality industry. On the other hand, quality services encourage customer satisfaction. Therefore, offering product (tangible) and services (intangible) to customers need to be standardized. Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali committed to excellent service by implementing Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standard. LQA standard is specializes in providing quality assurance audits, benchmarking analysis and training services to the luxury hospitality industry. This research is aiming to evaluate the implementation of LQA standard to improve the customers’ satisfaction in front office department. Data is analysed by using Context, Input, Process, and Output (CIPP) method and supported by SPSS 17.0 for windows. The finding of implementing LQA standard is in excellent categories. The finding proved that LQA standard is well implemented by Belmond Jimbaran Puri Bali management.

Abstract

This research analysis titled the quality of services in a Clinic Laboratory Gora. The purpose of this research was to know if the quality of service in terms of dimensions consisting of tangible services, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy by Clinic Gora. Type this research, descriptive research in methods of data collection the sampel survey.The sample of the trophy is some 82 respondents to technique purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and question form. Instrument data collection used is the questionnaire. Instrument the analysis used is analysis quality value services and diagrams of the kartesius. Based on the results of data analysis quality value services shows that the quality of services applied when viewed of the dimensions of service exhibited by clinic gora is in the category of less than good. This is shown by the result of reckoning NKJ 0.92 as much as .Where based on the assessment criteria that NKJ < 1, So the quality of services applied is less well. While on a Cartesian Diagram, the quality of service that is considered important by pasen for improved again in this Clinic Gora is on dimensions of service skills and knowledge of employees, cleanliness and comfort of the room, intensifitas information provided companies, companies will need pasien, guarantee an effective service, and courtesy to pasien.

Abstract

Business Development Hospitality or better known as the hospitality is growing and developing city of Mataram today, this growth trend is certainly an impact on economic growth, especially for stretching around the affected masyarakarat directly from destination tourism sector development is a mainstay of NTB's in an effort to improve Budgets. This study was conducted to see to what extent the role of hotels in absorbing and empower local communities that the spirit of development, as well as the extent of government involvement through BPMP2T institutions as partners businessmen, and representatives of the community. The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts of the ideals of this development has not optimally met along with various constraints that followed, while hotel’s role to support the local government’s program to enhance MICE tourism (Meeting, Insentif, Conference, Eksibition) at this time has collide with central government policy, whereas the domino effect which resulted from this kind of tourism is large enough not only for hotels ennterpreneur which has have decreasing worker, but also has decending in service sector and small-medium bussiness

Abstract

This study aims to find out the "Transparency and Accountability of Financial Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Moyo Hilir Sub-district of Sumbawa Besar Regency". The type of research is descriptive, the population used is the village apparatus and the village community residing in 10 villages in Moyo Hilir sub-district of Sumbawa Besar Regency. Sampling using purposive sampling with certain considerations. The sample of 140 respondents consists of 40 village apparatus (village head, village secretary, village treasurer and head of village development) and 100 people from society who understand about ADD financial management. The data used is quantitative data, sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results show that the transparency of financial management of ADD when viewed from planning and implementation aspect, the transparency is good or has been transparent. This is indicated by the respondent's answer 96.73% answered "Yes" for the planning aspect and 85.35% answered "Yes" for the implementation aspect. This is also evidenced by the participation of the community in the Village Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangdes). While the accountability of the financial management of ADD in terms of implementation and supervision and accountability has also been good or accountable. It is shown 86.67% respondents answered "Yes" for implementation aspect and 94,17% responded "Yes" to supervision and responsibility aspect. This is evidenced also because the village government is always accountable for all activities of the use of ADD in the form of Accountability Report (LPJ)

Abstract

The phenomena of the used clothes trade nowadays are getting more attracting. Proven by the increasing number of spots offering various kinds of used clothes, one of it is Karang Sukun used clothes market, located in the heart of Mataram city. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of customer perception related to risk, variation, quality and price of the product toward the preference of used clothes customer. To be more specific, there are four hypotheses aimed to be proven through quantitative approach. Analysis method applied in this research is double linear regression (using SPSS 16.0 for windows as data managing tool). According to data analysis result, it concluded that: first, customer perception variables that consist of perception on risk, product variation, quality and price of the product are equally (simultaneously) influencing the preference of used clothes customer. Second, partially (each free variable/ customer perception) as proposed in hypothesis formulation, provides evidence that the hypothesis are supported by managed and analyzed data, in other words, all of the formatted hypothesis in this research is statistically unrejectable. Third, customer perception on quality of the product is dominantly influencing the preference of used clothes customer.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) examine the direct influence of motivation on performance; (2) examine the direct influence of motivation on job satisfaction; (3) examine the indirect influence of motivation on performance through job satisfaction; (4) Examine the direct influence of the work environment on performance; (5) Examine the direct influence of the work environment on job satisfaction; (6) Examine the indirect influence of work environment on performance through job satisfaction; (7) Examine the influence of job satisfaction on performance. This research was conducted in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Branch of Mataram with population of 50 people, the researcher took 45 people as the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire.Analysis method using inferential statistic and path analysis. The results showed: (1) motivation directly has a significant influence on the employee performances; (2) Motivation directly has a significant influence on the employee satisfactions ; (3) Motivation indirectly has no significant influence on performance through job satisfaction. Thus job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of motivation on performance; (4) The work environment directly has a significant influence on the employee's performance; (5) The work environment directly has a significant influence on the employee satisfaction; (6) The work environment indirectly has no significant influence on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of the work environment on performance; (7) Job satisfaction directly has a significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of maturity, collateral, firm size, profitability, leverage, spread, firm reputation, and bond quality toward the accounting-based convenant. The sample of this study was index kompas 100 during the period of 2014- 2016, so that sample total is 114. This research was conducted based on documentation, while data is acquired through the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Fact. Data were analyzed based on multiple linear regression, and t-test using the e-views. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the collateral spread,firm reputation and bond quality, have significant influence on the accounting-based convenant while maturity, firm size profitability, and leverage does not

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness and contribution of the implementation of government regulation number 46 year 2013 on tax revenue in the tax service office on the Lombok island. Penelitian using a quantitative approach, where the subject of research focused on the tax office on the Lombok island. Data analysis in this research use multiple regression.The resulting model and significance test found that the level of effectiveness and contribution rate of application of Government Regulation no. 46 year 2013 partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on tax revenue in three tax offices on the Lombok island.

Abstract

This research is to test the brand of Citra and circular influence so that the variable of research are 2 independence variables: brand of Citra (X1) and circular (X2) and the dependent variable is decided of buying (Y). The population of this research is a consumer who buys Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram and it is unknown numbers, this sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The criterion of this sample is a consumer who is from Mataram and who has been upper 20 years old. Data was gotten by spraying 60 questioners to the respondent who buying Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. Data is analyzed by using Regresi Linear Berganda, this result shows that brand of Citra variable has T count is bigger than T table, it is 5,665>2,00247. Which can be said that the variable brand of citra was significant influenced at the decision of buying at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. The variable of circular has T count is bigger than T table, it is 4,451>2,00247. It can be said that the variable of circular is significant influenced decision of buying at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. The result of testing simultantly shows that F count is bigger than F table. It is 140,176>3,16. This means that the variable of citra brand and circular is significant influenced simultantly to the buying decition Honda Vario at PT. Astra Brawijaya Mataram. Meanwhile, the result of analysis to the koefisien determination (R square) is 0,825. This means the next variable is fritter at R square as much as 0,175 is influence of another variable which is not included in researching
