Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang semakin modernmenciptakan berbagai macam teknologi, hampir seluruh bidang manusia menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dapat memberikan transformasi bagi kehidupan manusia akan kebutuhan pertukaran informasi yang cepat dan tepat. Kondisi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah untuk memasarkan produk – produknya, khususnya dalam bidang kuliner atau makanan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah teknologi sistem informasi khususnya berbasis Androidsebagai upaya dalam peningkatan pelayanan dalam Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah sehingga transaksi yang dilakukan lebih cepat dan tepat tanpa perlu pelanggan untuk datang ke merchantatau outlet. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall, pemodelan yang digunakan yaitu Unified Modeling Language. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu Dartdengan framework fluttersebagai front-end androiddan PHPsebagai koneksi database(Back-end) serta databaseyang digunakan adalah MySQL. Hasil pengujian aplikasi didapatkan nilai interpretasi sebesar 90.95% yang menandakan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun sangat layak untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of recruitment, training and consulting in the provision of human resources. Currently PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia has more than 500 outsourcing employees, puts hundreds of Indonesians into the job market and serves more than 30 multinational companies, of course companies need systems that are able to manage and carry out company work operations. This research study aims to conduct an assessment of Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia which focuses on the DSS01 domain (manage operations) is measured using the Capability Level in the Cobit 5 Framework. The results obtained from this assessment are needed as an evaluation and input for improvements to Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the future. The level of ability of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the DSS01 process is at a value of 2.80 while the expected level of ability is at level 3 (established process). The recommendation to reach level 3 is expected to be implemented to improve the performance of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia according to the DSS01 process.

Abstract

The use of IS / IT in a company is one of the keys to success in achieving the company's vision, mission and goals. PT. XYZ is a company that has not fully implemented the use of IS / IT to help its business operations, namely in terms of business project management. As time goes by, the impact of the use of IS / IT has not been implemented yet, it is evidenced by the number of project works that experience delays within a certain period of time. In this study, data were obtained from observations, interviews and analysis of company documents. This research refers to the Ward and Peppard method. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint or description of business strategy, IS / IT management strategy and IT application to achieve corporate strategic goals.

Abstract

The role of information technology is very important for the progress of a company, by using information technology, strategic planning for the company's development will be better, some companies will definitely take advantage of information technology for the progress of their companies, this is also used for Toko baju Surabaya cabang Surakarta. This shop is a company engaged in the sale of clothing, this company uses the SmartConsole application to support sales. However, there are still sectors in this company that have not implemented an information system, one of which is in the section on stock data collection and payroll. Therefore, an appropriate IS / IT strategic planning is needed. This research was conducted using the Ward and Peppard method with SWOT analysis, Five Forces Porter, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The output produced from this study is in the form of strategic recommendations from the results of the internal and external environmental analysis of the company's information system, as well as a proposal for an Information System to be mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid to be applied to companies in the next two years.

Abstract

The Timor Tengah Selatan Regency Tourism Office is one of the regional apparatus organizations that has the authority to implement the regional government's authority in the tourism sector. Information Technology Systems are factors that affect the sustainability of organization's activities. The Timor Tengah Selatan Regency Tourism Office still encounters obstacles in the application of information systems that do not support the entire business process and the lack of IS implementation makes performance inefficient. One of the contributing factors is that there are not enough human resources who have the skills in managing information systems and information technology properly. The purpose of this research is to develop a strategic planning of information systems in accordance with the needs of the organization. In the preparation of information systems strategic planning research using the Ward and Peppard approach with various analyzes such as SWOT analysis, Value Chain, and Mc. Farlan Strategic Grid. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations to be carried out including the creation of Contract Making Administration System, and Mobile Tourism Information System and the development of Regency Tourism Website Timor Tengah Selatan regency, SIPD (Local Government Information System), and SIMDA (Regional Management Information System) GOODS.

Abstract

The developing of marketplace makes many changes in commerce. Start from conventional way and now become online shopping. One of the biggest marketplace in Indonesia is Shopee. Due to the massive electronic commerce activity, this study aimed to know the factor that influenced behavioral intention and use behavior of shopee’s user. This study adopted UTAUT 2 model which has seven variables; performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivations, price value and habit also moderated by age, gender and experience. The analysis of the model was conducted by using SEM-PLS method and analysed with SmartPLS 3. The data of this study was collected by using questionnaire and designed only for Shopee user who stayed in Palembang. The result show if behavioral intention influenced by social influence with T value is 1.985, P value is 0.048 and F square is 0.105 and also influenced by habit with T value is 4.755, P value is 0,000 and F square is 0,512 which achieved the standart value in this study. In other side, this study show if use behavioral influenced by facilitating condition with 2.762 T value , 0,006 P value and 0,140 F square.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 outbreak is increasingly widespread in Indonesia at the beginning of the year 2020, the government considers taking policies that focus on implementing the learning and teaching process at all levels. This research focuses on identifying the perception, interests, and challenges of online learning for informatics’ students at AMIKOM University Yogyakarta during the global pandemic. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey instrument. This research has succeeded in capturing an overview of the ease, obstacles, and challenges of the informatics’ students in joining online learning from the study results. Discussions and contradictions to these results will undoubtedly be different if they are carried out on different student entities and with various subjects. This research contributes to higher education institutions, especially AMIKOM Yogyakarta University, to evaluate the online learning process. Although the case study presented in this research cannot represent other subjects, students' perceptions can be used as essential feedback for educational institutions.

Abstract

Telecom service providers are engaged exhaustively in providing various kinds of IT services for their customers. These IT services should be customer-oriented, and quality-based to be competitive in the market. To this end, organizations should manage their IT services effectively and efficiently by introducing various Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) mechanisms. However, improving or developing optimal ITSM mechanisms is a subject of great concern that needs further investigation academically. To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, little or no research has been conducted to design and develop ITSM frameworks for the telecom sector in Ethiopia. Previous studies focused on the implementation, adoption, tailoring, and system or model development for selected ITSM processes within the Ethiopian context. Ethio telecom (ET), the sole telecom service provider of Ethiopia, has a gap in the existing ITSM practices. Hence, this research study intends to investigate the current ITSM practice of Ethio telecom and propose an ITSM framework based on ITIL best practices that ensures the quality of IT services and improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Lembang Village Office is a government institution that operates at the Village level in the Bengkayang Regency area. The Lembang Village Government has not implemented an Information System in carrying out its duties, this can be seen from the obstacles faced by the Village government. The obstacles faced are the frequent accumulation of old data, so it is difficult when it will be recorded again, even usually there is data lost so it requires a system that can help data storage. The purpose of this research is to provide directions or directions to be able to implement an information system for data storage. performance in the future, the method used this time is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) ADM (Architecture Development Method).This research will produce a blueprint and provide a roadmap using the elements that exist in the togaf at the Lembang Village Office in order to implement an information system on future performance.

Abstract

The GKJ Synod is one of the Church Foundations located in Salatiga which is an institution that focuses on the field of information data center and media services for the GKJ Synod. The Salatiga GKJ Synod currently has a system but still has problems with Information System problems that have not been implemented optimally, so there are often obstacles when doing work. Because it does not run quickly and well, therefore an Information System Strategic Planning is needed, this research aims to be able to help the business processes contained in the GKJ Synod implement information systems in the organization to run well. The purpose of this research is to propose and plan using the method Enterprise Architecture Planning. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is the process of defining the architecture in the use of information systems to support the architecture implementation plan. By using the approach, the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP)method can help the GKJ Salatiga synod to plan data quality oriented to business needs in order to achieve and support business goals for agencies and organizations, besides that, the advantages of using Enterprise Architecture Planning are a supporting method for making decisions and good planning for an organization.
