Abstract

Arduino-Based Fire Detection System Prototype in the Server Room at the Kendal Health Service. Fire disaster is a disaster that can occur anywhere and at any time. Fires can also be caused by human negligence, natural conditions, and so on. Fire is also a problem faced by the community due to officers' delays in handling it, resulting in a lot of losses that can occur, including loss of life or material. Residents who are at the location of a fire must receive early warning information if the fire starts to get bigger. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a fire detection tool using an Arduino Uno equipped with an extinguisher with an SMS gateway notification. This system will work where if the flame sensor and MQ-2 sensor have received fire or smoke input, the GMS module will automatically provide notification in the form of SMS to the cellphone. This fire detection system can also reduce the impact of fires which will grow and be extinguished by the water pump. installed on the tool. This fire detection tool solution can solve the problems faced by sending SMS notifications to officers and can be handled quickly by this tool.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an information system for orthodontic treatment reservations and installment payments to address manual operational challenges at partner dental clinics. Currently, conventional scheduling and financial recording processes often lead to schedule conflicts, risks of overdue receivables, and a lack of medical progress transparency for patients. Using the Three Major Phases framework development method, this system is designed to integrate dynamic reservation management, phased payment schemes with automatic notifications, and structured patient medical progress tracking features. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development of this system aims to enhance clinic operational efficiency and provide easy information access for patients to monitor their orthodontic treatment progress in real-time. Through the implementation of a website-based system, it is expected that clinic administrative processes can be better digitized to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Electronic Control Unit (ECU) serves as the primary electronic component within the fuel-injected motorcycle combustion system, functioning to regulate fuel supply and ignition timing based on sensor parameters. This research aims to evaluate the performance differences of 150 cc fuel-injected motorcycles utilizing standard ECU versus racing ECU. The methodology employed involves experimental testing using a dynamometer to measure horsepower, torque, and Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC). The results indicate that the racing ECU is capable of increasing maximum horsepower by approximately 17% and torque by approximately 6% compared to the standard ECU. However, this performance enhancement is accompanied by an increase in fuel consumption of approximately 12%. This study provides a quantitative overview of the trade-off between performance improvements and fuel efficiency resulting from the application of racing ECU.

Abstract

Novice investors often experience difficulties in selecting appropriate stocks due to limited understanding of fundamental analysis and high subjectivity in decision-making. This condition may lead to suboptimal investment decisions. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to assist novice investors in stock selection using the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) method. The Fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied to handle uncertainty in data and criteria assessment through a fuzzy logic approach. The criteria used include Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and implemented as a web-based application. The results show that the system is able to generate objective and measurable stock rankings based on their closeness to the ideal solution. Therefore, this system is expected to improve investment decision quality and enhance financial literacy among novice investors.

Abstract

A common problem in the financial administration department of SMAK St. Augustinus Kediri is the lack of work efficiency in terms of time and effort, and the resulting reports, from income to expenditure, are still inaccurate. The current system is computerized, but in the administration department, each officer still processes data independently according to their resource capabilities. As a result, the accuracy of the data produced for reports or information needed by the Principal and the foundation is not well integrated. The result of this study is an analysis to produce a new system design that handles financial administration to process payment transaction data from students and expenditure transactions. The researcher then reported the results of the analysis and design of the new system to the foundation and the Principal to get recommendations for implementing the new system in the future.

Abstract

Post-harvest losses of mangoes in Indonesia reach 30–40% due to subjective manual sorting procedures that are unable to detect early-stage pathological anomalies. This study aims to compare the performance of the ResNet50 and MobileNetV2 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures for mango fruit fitness classification based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 3164:2009. The method used is transfer learning with a dataset of 1,700 images from Kaggle containing cluttered backgrounds to replicate the real conditions of Indonesian agricultural MSMEs, divided into 80% training, 10.6% validation, and 9.4% testing sets. ResNet50 was evaluated in two scenarios (base and fine-tuned), while MobileNetV2 was evaluated without fine-tuning. The results show that MobileNetV2 achieved the highest accuracy of 97% (F1-Score = 0.97) with an inference latency of 7.60 ms and a training duration of ~55 seconds. ResNet50 base only achieved 78% with a latency of 12.70 ms, and ResNet50 fine-tuned achieved 94% with a latency of 12.80 ms and a total two-phase training duration of ~272 seconds. In conclusion, MobileNetV2 is superior to ResNet50 in both accuracy and computational efficiency on cluttered background datasets, making it an optimal candidate to be converted to TensorFlow Lite and implemented in real-time on Indonesian farmers' and MSMEs' smartphones to eliminate post-harvest losses.

Abstract

Batik is a distinctive Indonesian art form rich in diverse types and patterns. In the Solo region, several popular motifs exist, including Sawat, Semenrante, and Satriomanah. However, the high visual similarity among these three motifs poses challenges for manual identification. To address this issue, this study implements the Decision Tree (DT) method for automated classification. The extraction of texture characteristics from batik images is conducted using the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method. The research stages encompass dataset collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification. The experimental results demonstrate that the Decision Tree algorithm is highly capable of distinguishing types of batik fabric motifs. The model's performance yields an accuracy level of 96.11% in the 70%:30% dataset split scenario and increases to an optimal accuracy of 97.5% in the 80%:20% dataset split.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis cara kerja algoritma  metode Fuzzy dalam perankingan prioritas siswa penerima dana Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM). Batasan variabel penelitian adalah membuat perankingan siswa penerima dana BSM melalui empat kriteria yang diuji meliputi jumlah penghasilan orangtua, keadaan bangunan rumah orangtua, jumlah saudara siswa, dan jumlah anak yang masih ditanggung orangtua. Metode analisis yang dipakai meliputi pengklasifikasian, menganalisis, dan memaknai data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Kriteria pertama dan kriteria kedua dalam permasalahan ini memiliki acuan nilai yang telah ditetapkan pihak panitia, dan kriteria ketiga maupun kriteria keempat bergantung kepada  isian  pada  angket  kuisioner.  Langkah  pertama  dalam  metode  Fuzzy adalah membuat grafik fungsi keanggotaan dan fungsi-fungsi keanggotaan untuk tiap-tiap kriteria. Pencarian solusi dilakukan dengan query statements sesuai kebijakan pihak sekolah. Metode Fuzzy lebih tepat dipakai untuk mencari solusi jika kriteria-kriteria yang akan dimasukkan ke dalam query statements dapat mengalami perubahan sesuai dengan perubahan aturan/kebijakan dalam pendistribusian dana BSM. Perubahan ini bukan merujuk pada perubahan macam kriteria, namun memilih kriteria-kriteria mana yang akan diproses di dalam query statements untuk mencari solusi.

Abstract

Dengan adanya laporan keuangan yang berdasarkan pada SAK-EMKM (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah)maka laporan keuangan ini dapat digunakan untuk berbagai hal, salah satunya sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan pemberian kredit. Salah satu aplikasi yang sering digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam mengelola transaksi juga penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan bantuan perangkat komputer adalah Olsera. Olsera memiliki sistem Point Of Sales (POS) berbasis web dan memiliki dua sistem yaitu Olsera POS dan Olsera Back Office. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah TB Sari Gamping Sukoharjo yang merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan bahan bangunan. TB Sari Gamping belum sepenuhnya menerapkan pembukuan keuangan sesuai standar yang disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman. Pemilik sering kesulitan dalam perhitungan jumlah keuntungan bersih. Penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi Olsera diawali dengan identifikasi neraca saldo awal pada bulan januari 2024. Kemudian memasukkan data barang di sisi back office aplikasi Olsera, mencatat pemasukan juga pengeluaran dan transaksi harian di fitur kasir Olsera POS. Hasil laporan keuangan dari Olsera antara lain laporan neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal dan laporan arus kas. Penerapan aplikasi Olsera di TB Sari Gamping dapat membantu pemilik dalam pengelolaan transaksi baik pembelian, penjualan dan stok.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang pengembangan game "Wibu Quest MultiPlayer" dengan menggunakan RPG Maker MZ, yang menerapakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). Pendekatan GDLC memandu tahapan pengembangan game dari konseptualisasi hingga rilis.  GDLC melibatkan serangkaian tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan peluncuran. Dalam konteks "Wibu Quest MultiPlayer," tim pengembang merancang cerita, karakter dalam dunia permainan. RPG Maker MZ menjadi alat utama dalam pengembangan, memfasilitasi pembuatan dunia permainan dengan alur cerita yang mendalam. Artikel ini menyoroti bagaimana alat ini mendukung tahapan GDLC, mulai dari pembuatan peta, karakter, scripting dan integrasi elemen permainan. Selama pengujian, artikel ini membahas pentingnya mengidentifikasi bug dan masalah lainnya untuk memastikan kualitas permainan sebelum peluncuran. Kemudian, game "Wibu Quest MultiPlayer" siap untuk peluncuran, memberikan pengalaman Multipemain. Hasil akhir dari pengembangan adalah menciptakan game "Wibu Quest MultiPlayer" yang memberikan pengalaman bermain menarik dengan menggunakan pendekatan GDLC dan alat RPG Maker MZ.
