Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge, ability and experience of work to the performance of employee at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. The object of research is the performance of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. This type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the type of sample used is a saturated sample, with samples are the entire population of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja of 43 persons. The results showed that there was no influence between knowledge to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with the results of tcount <ttable (1,122 <2,023), there was no influence between ability to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with tcount < ttable (1,861 <2,023), there is a influence between work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with t test results where tcount > ttable value (4,110> 2,023), and there are influence of knowledge, ability, and simultaneous work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja with the results of Fcount> Ftable (5.958> 2.85).

Abstract

Various conflicts between workers and employers always occur. Besides the issue of wage rates, and other related problems. Termination of employment is a latent conflict in the interaction between workers / employers allegedly trying to reduce severance pay, retirement fees, compensation payments, and costs as compensation for layoffs. So that the problem arises in this study about the Synergy of Law No. 13 of 2003 Article 156 Paragraph 2and Islamic Law. With the aim of understanding how the purpose and objectives of the Manpower Act Article 156 Paragraph 2 is reviewed from Islamic Law. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to the description of severance. And the results of research on the Synergy of Labor Law Article 156 Paragraph 2, is one of the severance pay in Article 156 Paragraph 2 based on the achievement of tenure and the amount of salary / wages. The lowest value for tenure less than one (1) year is one (1) wage month, while the lowest value for tenure more than eight (8) years is nine (9) wage months. And the provision of severance pay is made when the employee stops working. The view of Islamic law on the obligation to pay severance pay as compensation for layoffs is a mandatory law, as Islam requires the strengthening of contractual agreements for work to ensure the rights and upholding of justice among all people, and Islam also considers that the contract is carried out in accordance with the rules that have been stipulated and agreed.

Abstract

A number of indicators can show developments in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe and interpret the results of observations regarding the Development of the Sharia Banking Industry, especially in Financing Distributed (PYD) in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the approach used is library (library research) in which the collection of data and information obtained from library sources (readings) derived from books, journals, articles, and other reading material that has relevance to the topics in this research. Observations were made by examining the theories, concepts, statistical data, and regulations related to this research. So that in each analysis the main reference is found in the source of data concerning the development of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the financing channeled. The results of the study show that the PYD in the Islamic banking industry continued to show an increase from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 the PYD was at 343 trillion rupiah with a growth percentage of 12.94%.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The financing income at Bank Syariah Mandiri is increasing every year and the higher the interest of the customers to carry out mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri which will certainly make a big contribution to the bank's income. The author wants to know more about the effect of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on the net profit of an independent Islamic bank. The method used is a quantitative approach, using Bank Syariah Mandiri monthly financial report data for the 2017-2019 period and the number of financial reports of 36 months. The technique for selecting samples uses saturated sampling where all populations are sampled. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21 application.The results obtained from this study simultaneously are that there is an influence between mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing on the net profit of independent Islamic banks and partially mudharabah financing has a negative effect of 0.248 and is significant on bank net income. Syariah Mandiri and Musyarakah financing have a positive and significant effect on the net profit of Mandiri Islamic Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence financial literacy and inclusion have on the use of the financial technology system. This research is motivated by the widespread use of financial technology among students. Financial technology helps to buy and selling transactions so that the payment system becomes more economical and efficient and remains active. The method used in this research is quantitative through a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection used questionnaires with research samples from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The results showed the effect of financial literacy, as evidenced by the usefulness indicators and linear ease indicators on the use of the financial technology system for students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Respondents of 48% admit that literacy regarding the use of financial technology has been felt and is proven by the respondent's knowledge of financial technology, which can facilitate the process of business transactions or services. Also, research on the effect of inclusion is in line with the use of the financial technology system. Respondents of 70% admit that the development of financial technology at this time can be done to make online payments.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the procedure for submitting financing and the application of the 5C principle (character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition) in Bank bjb Syariah Rancaekek in financing iB Maslahah homeownership.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation study. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman interaction.The research results show that the iB Maslahah home ownership financing in Islamic bank bjb has implemented the 5C aspect. However, of the five aspects, the dominant one taken into consideration is the character aspect. Analysis of character aspects is carried out through curriculum vitae, customer reputation in the work environment, conducting bank to bank information, looking for customer information in the neighborhood where he lives, looking at customer responsibilities, family circumstances, customer hobbies. Capacity is a slip or a detailed list of the customer's salary, other business fields owned, savings and current accounts related to the business carried out by the customer. Capital through the ownership status of the house where the previous customer lived, the type of transportation or vehicle the current customer has savings or savings owned. Collateral through collateral in the form of a house to be purchased by a customer with a loan from a bank. Condition through conjunctive conditions, government regulations, world political and economic situations, and other conditions that affect the market.

Abstract

The level of BRISyariah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for the period 2015-2019 is already in the very healthy category (above 12%), while the level of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) is still in a fairly healthy category (around 85%), the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income ( BOPO) is in the unhealthy category (above 95%), as well as the level of Return On Assets (ROA), especially during 2019, is in the unhealthy category (below 0.5%). This study analyzes the influence of CAR, FDR, BOPO on ROA in BRISyariah. This research is a quantitative type with an associative approach. With secondary data in the form of published quarterly financial reports of BRISyariah for the period 2015-2019. Tests conducted to determine the relationship and influence between variables partially and simultaneously, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a negative effect of CAR on ROA where the value of tcount>ttable (2.352>2.120) is on the negative side with R2 of 23.5%, (2) there is no effect of FDR on ROA where the tcount value is<ttable (-0,127<2,120) with R2 of 0.1%, (3) there is a negative effect of BOPO on ROA where the tcount>ttable (11,823>2,120) with the tcount on the negative side, while the R2 value is 88.8 %. (4) simultaneously there is a significant effect of CAR, FDR and BOPO on ROA with the results of Fcount>Ftable (331,743> 3,24) with a R2 value of 98.4%. The concluded that the risk of own capital (CAR) in high number and the more inefficient bank operations (BOPO), make ability the bank's is low to increase profits.

Abstract

Based on the results of the observation that this research is based on, which is the variability of participation by the member of Koperasi Karyawan PT. Indoneptune Rancaekek. The research aims to determine how the effect/influence of member’s knowledge on member’s participation, to determine the impact of management’s creativity on member participation, also to verify the impact of the member’s knowledge and management’s creativity instantaneously on the member’s participation as a whole on the members of Koperasi Karyawan PT. Indoneptune Rancaekek. This is an associative quantitative type of research. The type where the data is a primer and uses a form of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires as its techniques to collect the data from. While using a random sampling technique out of 86 people from 591 members. The results shown that there are no significant effect/influence between the member’s knowledge and the member participation, with t test result where tcount < ttable (0,948 < 1,66342). Meanwhile there was significant result concerning the influence between the management’s creativity and the participation of the members, with tcount > ttable (-4.060> 1.66342). Simultaneously there was a significant spike of impact/influence between the member’s knowledge and the management’s creativity on the members participation of Koperasi Karyawan PT. Indoneptune Rancaekek using the F test where the Fcount > Ftable (8.151 > 2.37).

Abstract

The knowledge management process will create a new culture, namely knowledge sharing that is strong enough and able to create good organizational performance, however, there are still many organizations or companies that have not implemented knowledge management properly. This study aims to determine whether the application of knowledge management has a significant influence on the performance improvement of Majalengka University with organization culture as an intervening variable. The research method used is a survey method with the type of associative research. The author took a sample of 77 permanent lecturers and DPK Majalengka University. Data were collected through a questionnaire in the form of a statement list, the method of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the application knowledge management and organizational culture contribute directly positively and significantly to improving the performance of Majalengka University, knowledge management contributes positively and significantly to strengthening organizational culture, and organizational culture is able to mediate knowledge management in contributing to improving the performance of Majalengka University.
